Staff are courteous and helpful, bathroom could have been cleaner as the grout between the tiles was quite dirty.

Really enjoyed our stay apart from no heating in room and water went cold. Understand there was a heating issue but disappointing. Hotel didn’t offer refund or another nights stay or even contribution towards another nights stay. Reception staff were apologetic about situation and offered another potentially warmer room but there was no heating in there and room was just as cold. Expedia gave me £25 in points for another stay which was a nice contribution.
