Malheureusement, nous avons constaté que cette étape était nécessaire puisque des saletés en sont sorties. Je ne crois pas qu'elle soit nettoyée entre chaque client. Mais pour le reste tout était très bien.

Premièrement, il n'y a pas d'ascendeur et nous avions une chambre au 2e étage. De plus, il n'y a aucun service de restauration. Pas de déjeuner, pas de service de café à la réception. Il n'y a pas non plus de restaurant avant quelques kilomètres de l'hôtel. Pour ces raisons, le prix est trop élevé

Très grande chambre confortable et propre avec une salle de bain d’une propreté irréprochable. Le matelas était hyper confortable. Le coin est calme et l’hôtel est tranquille. Petit frigo, micro-onde et cafetière dans la chambre. A vingt minutes d’Ottawa sur l’autoroute tout le long, donc rapide. Si nous retournons dans la région, nous y séjournerons à coup sûr. Bravo pour cet hôtel si bien tenu!

What's unique about this property is that it really looks smaller on the outside, but pretty big and has a variety of rooms in it! It gives me the cottage vibe, and I absolutely loved how clean it is. It is located right off the highway, and it looks like it's in the middle of no where, but it's because it's a hidden gem. The staff was very accommodating. I was driving in from Toronto and was running in late, but Ben, who knew I was stressed from that, assured that everything is okay and waited for me to check in! As soon as I walked in, it smelled amazing and instantly calming. There are a few places - like Tim Hortons and a gas station within driving distances. Unfortunately, Hotel Napoleon does not offer breakfast, but conveniently offers a coffee maker in every room, a fridge and a Tv for entertainment. The bathroom was amazingly clean, clean towels were provided every day that we stayed. There were also extra pillows and a thermal blanket offered as well, incase we needed. The beds were a little odd, being bolted to the floor and plywood as the baseboard, so the mattress did move. I would recommend Hotel Napoleon for quick stays.

We stayed in the suite, particularly because of the in-room hot-tub, which was lovely. The room was comfy, if a bit stark-feeling - I think a lot of that effect was simply that the lightbulbs are a high wattage and give a brightness that's a bit more industrial than cozy. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well.

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the bath tub was a perfect touch — clean, relaxing, and just what I needed after a long day. First room was unmade. Second room, door lock broken. Third time I suppose was a charm. Being pregnant, going up and down stairs 8 times was not ideal. First time they didn’t properly take my credit card info. Bed slides everywhere. Salt truck depo behind bedroom causes too much noise at night. Too much of a hassle to stay again. They could at least comp the room.

When I arrived there, in spite of the fact that I booked online, I was told that I did not make reservation. I told the front desk that that was my second time to book online and I did not any ossue for the first booking. I also told them that I received confirmation via text. A little back and forth and the feont desk said they can now see the email from expedia but not the reservation. They had to enter all information manually. Another thing is that I was asked to give them my visa card. I told them that I paid it online and why. Inwas not asked to give my visa card during my first booking. They said, since they entered the info manually, I had to give them. I hope my card infonis safe.

Excellent hotel. Located just off the highway. Super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Perfect in every way. Food is not walkable, but located only 3 mins away by car. There is an IGA, Tim Hortons, Subway, Pizza. For sit down dining highway is located close and places are only 10 min drive. Highly recommend for a stop over. We were on our way to the Gaspe Bay and this hotel was a great place to stay.

Just 30 mins away from Parc Omega. Very clean and well kept. Few mins drive to Tim Hortons, Subway and Pizza shops Reasonably priced. Worth the money spent

Nice, new, modern, seem like in the middle of nowhere but in fact there are places to eat, 700m to Tim Hortons etc One suggestion for the place would be to install some hooks for the towels in the bathroom. What to do with a damp towel if nowhere to hung it?
