Pool borders not well maintained

The setting was beautiful. Restaurants, pool, and plenty of places to rest. The staff was accomating and friendly.

I booked 3 rooms , my room sink. Toilet and shower kept clogging. My hest friends rooms when they will trun on one of the fans the fan in the other room will turn on which it was weird since they stayed on opposite sides .. fyi you have to pay to use the pools and the jacuzzi eventhou its in the same property.. we had an okay experience. .. will not stay there again.

Excellent spot for a stay in Valle De Guadalupe. Loved the private pool and spa. Super comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Would love to come back and enjoy the stay!

booked because of Hottub but it was cold and then the fire pits were not able to be turned on because of issues so I do not recommend this property in the winter

First time staying here. This place is beautiful and quiet. We have hot water in the shower, tv and wi-fi. We visited the restaurant, it was really nice, great service. They have live music, it was super relaxing and a nice way of finishing our night.

Bonitas instalaciones, muy buena atención guardias de seguridad, check in y out sin problemas. Alberca limpia y recomiendo no saltarse montar a caballo 🏇.

Very nice and beautiful place, food was great they offer horse back riding, more than one pool available it was a great experience to get away for the weekend with the family.

I stayed here for two days and I will never be back. Here\'s why: 1. While there is a gym and Jacuzzi available, those are off limits to most guests unless you pay $90 per day to use the spa! Which is not stated when you book your stay. Let me repeat, it\'s $90 per day if you want access to the gym,ha. 2. Their continental breakfast "meal" portions are for toddlers. I was literally served 3 grapes, 3 blueberries, three paper thin slices of cantaloupe and pineapple. And a pastry that can only be described as a cookie. 3. The hotel didn\'t stock my room with hand or face towels. I asked for some towels three times and each time I was told a different reason why they could not bring me some. The final reason was that they were being dried in Ensenada. Who doesn\'t have towels for guests over a two day period? 4. In the wee hours of the morning on my last day, the toilet in my room was clogged. Which meant I had to use the restaurant bathroom. How lovely. 5. The person who checked us in didn\'t do a great job or even a decent job. They didn\'t tell us about any amenities, info on breakfast( which I now know I was not missing out on much). The guests before us who were checked in were helped to their room and had their bags carried for them. Us though? We were left to do that on our own, which we do not mind doing but it\'s odd seeing that service given to others but not us. The only positive thin bout this stay was the great service we received at their restaurant Fuego.

Bed sheet dirty and towels too

I didn't like that the jacuzzi wasn't working. Not to mention my room was not clean, I was able to notice hair in the kitchen area and chairs. No hot water till it was reported to reception. I would reconsider staying in this hotel.

I recently stayed at this 2-star hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the room was poor, with a persistent sewer smell that made the stay uncomfortable. The amenities advertised were not provided, including the absence of a mini refrigerator. The balcony was extremely dirty, making it unusable. Additionally, both the shower and sink flooded, causing further inconvenience. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to these issues.

The room looks dirty, looks like it has not been cleaned. There was only one towel in the room and it had stains on it. No wash cloths. Bathroom sink was really nasty with toothpaste stains. Shower had water all around and we had not used it yet. Toilet was dirty with poop around the tub. Charged a deposit for using fridge. Bed spread had stains. And blankets need to be replaced. Futon was dirty with lots of stains. First time staying there and it will be the last. Not like the pictures.

Yes, the room was clean with lots of towels

Las instalaciones, habitaciones y restaurantes se encuentran impecables. El servicio es excelente, siempre atento y profesional, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más agradable.

El lugar es bonito, sus instalaciones son cómodas y aunque el clima no ayudó a disfrutarlas creo que tienen buenos espacios. Mi única observación y no menos importante es en la limpieza de la habitación que para mí es fundamental. - olía feo la habitación. Entre drenaje y humedad. - El lavabo se encontraba salpicado y durante la estancia jamás lo lavaron. - la cama no tenía sábanas y lo que cubría el colchón parecía usado y percudido. No olía a limpio. - el 2o día nos dimos cuenta que no sacudieron la cama solo pusieron de nuevo el edredón. - a la habitación le faltan muchos amenities como jabón corporal, tapete para salida de baño, toallas. - Las toallas de baño estan desgastadas. - el frigobar no lo abrieron durante nuestra estancia. - No había vasos para tomar agua. - hablé a recepción para pedir lo básico para nuestra estancia y aunque el chico fue atento la limpieza siguió siendo muy mala. No regresaría y tampoco recomendaría esta opción para hospedarse en Valle. Considero que hay mejores opciones.

El hotel es general está bonito, durante las noches no hay nada de ruido pero si se escuchan las habitaciones de arriba, y en las mañanas no pude descansar bien porque se escuchaba el ruido de la cortadora de césped, también se escuchaban camiones, en cuanto a los alimentos es limitado dentro del hotel tendrías que salir para tener más opciones, mi cuarto estaba amplio pero si se veía con tierra como que tenían tiempo sin limpiarlo y el baño también estaba algo sucia la regadera. Para ir a un evento está bien pero si quieres descansar y no salir del hotel no están buena opción.

The room needed cleaning especially the floors and windows. We loved everything about this place and would go back but will take my cleaning supplies with me.

The rooms were spacious. Just needed a few more things . Like towel bars. Also floor mats in Bath area.

Tuve una boda cercana al hotel, el cuarto con una distribución poco práctica especialmente el baño y el clóset. Se ve que tuvo mejores épocas.

La primera habitación es horrible no servís nada el ventilador trabado el lavabo occidado el baño humedad chiquito el sofá horrible muy duro no sirve para dormir

Great place. We stay on cabin 3 and 4 the only problem is the noise eco you can heard from your neighbor. If you are alone friends is OK but be minded when you jags stanger next to you. Other then that it's a great place

El lugar y ubicación son excelentes, solo que la descripción de las habitaciones en tipo loft me confundieron, no son lo que parecen, los colchones y almohadas no son para descansar, todo lo demás nos gustó.

Solamente sugeriríamos que mejoren el Internet, ya que en la habitación fue prácticamente nulo durante durante los cinco días que estuvimos

Room was not as advertised. Paid for an upgraded room and received something completely different. When I asked the front desk clerk he told me they were aware of the false advertising when it came to roon dimensions and to just report the issue with whom I made the reservation with.

Nice room with comfortable bed and hot shower. The hot tub was nice. Javier at check in was friendly and helpful too. The restaurant on site is great too

no me dieron habitación que pague era un Superior Suite con Balcon, me dieron una clásica en primer piso, comenté que esa no era ,me mandaron a otra en primer piso, y por tercera vez mostré la foto y nombre de ja habitación que yo pagué y aún así no me dieron una en segundo piso. Quería darle sorpresa a mi esposo por ser aniversario de boda. Ya estando en habitación,,no había paper de baño y pedí, al día siguiente al meterse a bañar mi esposo nos dimos cuenta no había toallas llame y no contestaban en recepción llamé de mi celular y pedí después de 10min. No llegaban y volví a llamar

To start off, at around 8:30pm a random guy who apparently was “staying in the room next to ours” opened our room door !!!!!!!!!!!!! You read that right a random guy opened our room door, you can only imagine the fear we felt. We called the front office and they just came to change the key but common who the hell is going to be comfortable after that happens. After a sleepless night the next morning it was time to shower and get ready and sure enough there was absolutely no hot water so I called the front desk and they simple said they couldn’t do anything about it!!!!!!! Hotel itself is not bad but after these incidents I won’t be staying here again nor do I recommend anyone to do so.

El hotel lindo y tranquilo, pero el personal de recepción con muy mala atención, no te informan, ni te reservan tours, ni te aconsejan que actividades hacer.

This place made a mistake with my reservation yet they made up for it by giving us two Villas because I fell in love with the property and staff I extended my stay the wine selection can improve but overall it was great

Everything was perfect for a quick getaway from Mexicali with my wife, the place, the food, staff was just perfect.

The staff was super nice. When we arrived the air conditioning was not working. They managed to fix it. The next day when we came back the air conditioning was not functioning again. We called for an extra towel and it never came. The night person came to see if he could fix it and they were not able to. It was already night time. They did offer us to change rooms but with our daughters stuff and everything out we were too tired to pack everything up. We enjoyed the food and the pool… But I don’t know if we would stay again longer than 1 day.

I absolutely love coming here. The service and food are one of the best I’ve had in Valle. Even when I don’t stay here, I come by for the food. I highly recommend and will continue coming back time and time again.

Their kitchen closes very early at 9 pm. And the store only sell drinks no chips no fruits no sandwich . If you haven’t taken food with you , you are not going to be happy . Dining options after certain time no option . We requested extra blankets and never arrived . We requested water bottles never arrived . The rooms don’t have water bottles . Toilets by the restaurant was dirty and didn’t have toilet papers

This property is beautiful. Nice aesthetics. The reason for my tatting was low is bc disappointed at the customer service. I would love to do 4. But customer service was poor. I asked for towels they were never brought to me. I asked for cleaning service and they never cleaned.i was never greeters, during check out they did not care to ask how my stay was. I did not feel welcome. I'm on vacation I want to feel at ease and welcomed .

The staff, restaurants and property are outstanding. The only problem is the lack of asfalt on the track (200 feet) that can be unsafe when rain for sime regular formal cars.

Excellent location and great facilities and excellent price

Very friendly staff, pets stay for free. They gave us an upgrade on the room, very nice view. Close to the wineries, and restaurants.

We had a new room. It wasn't completely finished but was still gorgeous. The breakfast options were simple but great! Everybody is friendly. Had a weird charge come up after we checked out but it was corrected. Must try the new Omakase bar at hotel.

The property is nice,but the restaurant service is terrible. You have to wait a long time to serve you. Customer service needs to be corrected for this hotel to be good. The road to the hotel is also terrible.

Clean room, comfy bed amazing food.

It was confortable and clean. The pictures are definitely different from the real thing which was somewhat disappointing. The service was very slow but the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was very minimal and not like the ones I had before; there was no real bread or anything other than small slices of fruit, coffee and flavored water. Unless you’re on a strict low calorie diet, you still have to buy breakfast if you want more than a few pieces of fruit and a small cookie. We love the pools and the drinks were great. The room was spacious but missed out on some basics that would have been convenient like a microwave. Overall 3.5 stars

They closed the restaurant early because of the rain. Also the sushi bar closed early because they ran out of things. Had to call room service and beg for food before they actually told me they closed early without any warning. Just seemed like they wanted to close early. Sucked.
