Fin liten hytte. Fint område rundt. Praktisk med gratis parkering rett ved hytta. Renholdet kunne vært bedre. Det var en del støv. Rester av syltetøy på bordet. Dusjen var tett. De store vinduene i taket gjør det veldig lyst på natten og vanskelig å sove godt.

Wir waren mit 2 Personen in einer Explorer Cabin mit Blick auf den kleinen Bach. Es war sehr sauber. Vorhanden ist ein Kühlschrank und eine Kochgelegenheit. Topf, Pfanne Geschirr sowie eine kleine Nespresso-Maschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt kein Backofen, Toaster, Mikrowelle etc. Aber es ist auch völlig ok, denn man befindet sich auf einem Campingplatz! Frühstück kann optional gebucht werden, wo auch die üblichen Dinge bei einem Buffet vorhanden sind. Sogar für Allergiker gibt es glutenfreies Brot und Müsli. Dafür das es ein Campingplatz ist, ist es ein sehr gutes Angebot. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. An jeder Hütte ist ein Parkplatz. Am Haupthaus gibt es E-Ladestationen. Zu Fuß nach Tromsø geht man ungefähr 40 Minuten. Zur Eismeerkathedrale ca. 16 Minuten. Taxen- und Busverbindung ist vorhanden.

We enjoyed our stay at Tromso Camping. The lodge is surround by beautiful landscapes and staff were polite and accommodating. We had a cabin with no toilet/kitchenette but the shared facilities were clean. Our con would have been how far the walk wasn’t the facilities, being I believe the only rooms without toilets it’s strange they are the furthest from the facilities. Made it a bit difficult when I needed the bathroom in the middle of the night and my child was sleeping. I didn’t want to leave her alone. I knew it had no toilet which was fine, I should have checked how far away it was.

The lodge was perfect - clean, a good size and well equipped. We ate breakfast onsite for 2 days and the food was lovely and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Sicuramente da consigliare il soggiorno presso questa struttura, riservata, silenziosa, colazione a buffet eccellente, personale cordiale e disponibile. Da rivedere un pochino per quel che riguarda la pulizia, capelli nelle lenzuola e doccia non propriamente pulita, ma è tutto superabile. Sarebbe utile se aggiungessero un servizio di navetta che parte ad orari prestabiliti per il centro della città, e viceversa, o almeno per la fermata del bus che dista 10/15 min a piedi, con i bagagli raggiungere la struttura è davvero difficile, inoltre la strada è spesso ghiacciata, in inverno ovviamente. Ma come già detto CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTA STRUTTURA.

Not clean, dirty and dust everywhere. Smelly fridge, oven is not clean, dirt in the kitchen. There was one slipper left in one of the bedroom. A few receptionists were not helpful and did not care or response when cheking-in and when I told them about the house was not clean and there was a slipper from earlier guest left in the house. No apologise, no offering to clean the house properly, not professinal at all.

Le chalet est très basique, très bien pour une nuit mais pas pour plusieurs jours. Le tarif est trop élevé par rapport au niveau de prestation. Le petit déjeuner est bon et complet. Le ménage était limite : nous avons retrouvé au dessus du lit superposé un paquet de mouchoirs, un forfait de ski et un chargeur de téléphone.

Die traditionelle Hütte, hatte alles was wir brauchten. Manches ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür zahlt man ja auch kein teures Hotelzimmer.

The cabin was beautiful, so comfortable, very warm and accommodated the party of four very easily. We walked everywhere and we needed a taxi. It picked us up from our front door. Also, the food at the cabin was delicious.

Really cosy and clean cabin. Perfect for our long weekend exploring Tromso and the surrounding area. The double bed is pretty small but otherwise the cabin was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t complain about anything. Will definitely be coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The cabin was so cozy, and warm regardless of the very cold days! It was walkable from the next bus station, as well as from some hiking spots in the surroundings. The place is also nice to see the northern lights of conditions are given (I was lucky and could see them from the glass ceiling of my cabin! I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Haben uns vor Ort auf ein Upgrade von einer Traditionellen Hütte auf eine DeLuxe Hütte entschieden, da die Betten in der Traditionellen Hütte mit teilweise Doppelstockbetten sehr schmal waren. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Das Personal freundlich & hilfsbereit, alles war sehr unkompliziert.
Haben uns vor Ort auf ein Upgrade von einer Traditionellen Hütte auf eine DeLuxe Hütte entschieden, da die Betten in der Traditionellen Hütte mit teilweise Doppelstockbetten sehr schmal waren. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Das Personal freundlich & hilfsbereit, alles war sehr unkompliziert.

Our lodge was great. It was clean, in really good condition and warm and cosy. The reception staff were really helpful and able to answer all of our questions. I'd recommend staying here if you want to stay outside of the city centre. The location of the property was great, a 15 minute walk away from the Arctic Cathedral and a short bus ride into 'Central' Tromsø. If you are travelling to or from the airport and not hiring a car, and it's snowing heavily, I would highly recommend a taxi. Although the taxis in Tromsø are a bit of rip off (circa £30 to the airport), the distance from the lodges to the nearest bus stop is a few hundred meters, and dragging cases through snow was not fun and was hard work, as we found out when we arrived. We made sure we booked a taxi (which can be done in reception on a tablet) back to the airport.
Our lodge was great. It was clean, in really good condition and warm and cosy. The reception staff were really helpful and able to answer all of our questions. There was a little misunderstanding during check-in. We ordered 2 cabins, however only one was initially offered. When I showed Expedia reservation confirmation on my phone, they were able to find second room and provided second key.

Schöne kleine Hütten auf eben einem Campingplatz. Schöne Umgebung, aber doch recht weit weg von der Innenstadt. Taxi kann man rufen, zahlt aber drauf, damit es erstmal einen abholt. Das Frühstück war gut, besonderes Lob an die Restaurantmitarbeiterin. Die Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt, deshalb kann man abends keinen Kaffee oder Tee mehr bekommen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren größtenteils freundlich, doch wirkten teils etwas gelangweilt. Generell könnte man mehr Flair reinbringen, bspw. ins Clubhaus. Das Frühstück war doch recht teuer und sie waren keinerlei kulant bei besonderen Anreisefragen. Alles in allem eine nette Unterkunft, die aber eben ein Campingplatz.

O serviconfoi extremamente eficiente apesar da situacao. Estavamos com 1 metro de neve entre as cabanas e a recepcao, e mesmo assim o servico de limpeza do acesso funcionava adequadamente.

Not clean, dirty and dust everywhere. Smelly fridge, oven is not clean, dirt in the kitchen. There was one slipper left in one of the bedroom. A few receptionists were not helpful and did not care or response when cheking-in and when I told them about the house was not clean and there was a slipper from earlier guest left in the house. No apologise, no offering to clean the house properly, not professinal at all.

Cabin was neat & tidy with everything you’d need & a good size too, staff were really helpful with us checking in late & explained everything perfectly & also once arrived polite & friendly, buffet breakfast was also really good, loads to choose from & tasty! Views from this location is simply an added bonus!

The cabin was so cozy, and warm regardless of the very cold days! It was walkable from the next bus station, as well as from some hiking spots in the surroundings. The place is also nice to see the northern lights of conditions are given (I was lucky and could see them from the glass ceiling of my cabin! I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Stayed there as a family of 4 in a cabin. Not the largest accommodation but that was intended as stayed outside dealing with the snow anyway. Nearest bus station is 15mn away walking.

Our lodge was great. It was clean, in really good condition and warm and cosy. The reception staff were really helpful and able to answer all of our questions. I'd recommend staying here if you want to stay outside of the city centre. The location of the property was great, a 15 minute walk away from the Arctic Cathedral and a short bus ride into 'Central' Tromsø. If you are travelling to or from the airport and not hiring a car, and it's snowing heavily, I would highly recommend a taxi. Although the taxis in Tromsø are a bit of rip off (circa £30 to the airport), the distance from the lodges to the nearest bus stop is a few hundred meters, and dragging cases through snow was not fun and was hard work, as we found out when we arrived. We made sure we booked a taxi (which can be done in reception on a tablet) back to the airport.

Booked this hotel for a group of 4. Couldn't have asked for better, great location away from the main island, with amazing views and easy access to the cable car. Room was able to warm up fast, shower was good, and the entire cabin was spacious. Breakfast was as expected for a continental and a little expense as around £14 per person, but I've had much worse. Hotel was around a 45 minute walk to the city centre, and the airport is around 10 minutes away via Uber. Staff were great as we had to do some unique changes to our stay and they allowed us to stay in the same room across a different booking. Thanks for making our stay great

Wir waren mit 2 Personen in einer Explorer Cabin mit Blick auf den kleinen Bach. Es war sehr sauber. Vorhanden ist ein Kühlschrank und eine Kochgelegenheit. Topf, Pfanne Geschirr sowie eine kleine Nespresso-Maschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt kein Backofen, Toaster, Mikrowelle etc. Aber es ist auch völlig ok, denn man befindet sich auf einem Campingplatz! Frühstück kann optional gebucht werden, wo auch die üblichen Dinge bei einem Buffet vorhanden sind. Sogar für Allergiker gibt es glutenfreies Brot und Müsli. Dafür das es ein Campingplatz ist, ist es ein sehr gutes Angebot. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. An jeder Hütte ist ein Parkplatz. Am Haupthaus gibt es E-Ladestationen. Zu Fuß nach Tromsø geht man ungefähr 40 Minuten. Zur Eismeerkathedrale ca. 16 Minuten. Taxen- und Busverbindung ist vorhanden.

We enjoyed our stay at Tromso Camping. The lodge is surround by beautiful landscapes and staff were polite and accommodating. We had a cabin with no toilet/kitchenette but the shared facilities were clean. Our con would have been how far the walk wasn’t the facilities, being I believe the only rooms without toilets it’s strange they are the furthest from the facilities. Made it a bit difficult when I needed the bathroom in the middle of the night and my child was sleeping. I didn’t want to leave her alone. I knew it had no toilet which was fine, I should have checked how far away it was.
