Charming place with a couple of quaint outdoor areas to relax. Staff were attentive. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, could just improve on those wet scrambled eggs! San Blas area is great for attractions, restaurants. Highly recommend Local 525 for dinners. Lots of hill climbing tho, take it slow and wear good shoes!

A wonderful experience in a great neighborhood. Highly recommend this area just up the hill from the Plaza de Armas. Not for anyone walking up the hill that is not in good shape. My favorite neighborhood in Cusco. Great food and service. A bit cold at night, but they give you an electric heater. We stayed in the inexpensive rooms as well as a suite. They were both nice.

The staff were very helpful and even helped call a taxi for us. I loved the backyard at the hotel and the San Blas neighborhood — it’s easy to walk around with lots of great restaurants and cafés. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco, as long as you don’t mind walking up a small hill.

The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. One time the safe our my room wouldn’t open and they made sure they immediately fixed it. The breakfast was also decent and they provide water everyday. Overall, a great experience for us!

Cute little find in the vibrant san Blas neighbourhood. Nothing too fancy but it was clean, had pleasant outdoor seating areas, comfortable beds, water provided daily, decent enough breakfast. Walkable to the downtown district/ plenty of great restaurants and even a very large archeological site.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious room with comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Good and plentiful breakfast. Pleasant garden with sun loungers. Well situated with easy walk to main square but far enough away from the crowds, so area is quiet. Very good value hotel.

Stayed 5 nights with the family. First, super nice staff, very polite, helpful and want to do anything to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Everyone in the staff deserves a star. The place is clean and quiet with nice sitting/tables in the middle. The location is excellent, close to the main square and tons of stores and restaurants in walking distance.

En general, la ubicación es céntrica pero no se puede llegar fácil con vehículos, taxis etc. Las instalaciones son con una temática rústica lo que hace que por ejemplo las ventanas sean antiguas y el frío ingresa a la habitación, no tienen calefacción integral, sí calefactores pequeños.

We had a great experience at Tierra Vivo. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, location was convenient, and breakfast was great. The staff was also very accommodating and welcoming, and allowed us to keep our luggage there for 4 days while we did our Machu Picchu trek. Only complaint is that in the second room we stayed in, there was a gap at the top of the door which allowed a lot of noise to come through. Other than that, highly recommend and would stay here again!

The bed was very comfortable and an extra large king size. The room was comfortable and we had enough space for our things. The staff were helpful anytime we asked for anything. The location was nice - away from the busier parts of the city, but still quite close to easily walk to them. We used the laundry service and found it very convenient and fast.

Quarto grande e só tinha um aquecedor. O banheiro tb era grande mas tinha uma janela que não tinha como fechar, o que deixava o banheiro congelante. O vaso sanitário ficava bem embaixo da janela, então era sempre uma tortura sentar no vaso congelado. O chão do banheiro nem se fala, era congelante tb. Fraco em amenites. O café da manhã era ok. A porta da entrada do hotel tinha uma campainha e tarde da noite eles não desligavam. Passávamos a madrugada ouvindo a campainha. O que salvou foi a localização.

We Loved the area it was in. Close to Plaza de Armas and a short walk to Sacsayhuaman. The staff was so helpful, they called taxis for us when we needed it and answered all of our questions. Our room was perfect.

I had an incredible stay at Hotel Tierra Viva Cusco San Blas! The service was simply amazing, and everyone, especially Liliana, Jimmi, and Agustin at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable with their helpful tips and recommendations. Very nice hotel with nice rooms and a good breakfast. We stayed during the political instability with demonstrations, curfews etc. Thus our MP trip was cancelled and we needed extra nights. We had already scheduled nights after our original MP trip but the hotel allowed us to advance those nights and use them right away. Great flexibility and Pamela in the reception was perfect. We felt safe the entire time

Great property. Rooms are a bit smaller but it's not like you're there to do anything other than sleep. Wifi is a bit weaker, but enjoy Peru, get off your phone. No elevator but it's one floor. The location is a tad far from Plaza De Armas and up hill, but I liked it because I ate so much for dinner so it was goo exercise

Wonderful hotel in San Blas neighborhood. All the staff were helpful and friendly and kind. At the end of a long day exploring surrounding Sacred Valley sites, it was fantastic to get back to our rooms and have a hot shower and a very comfortable bed. We liked that there was always a variety of hot food for breakfast as well as staples like bread and scrambled eggs. The chef was always making sure food was fresh and not sitting around for hours.

Great location, small hotel, very well located. Clean and crispy bed linens, but do not expect turn over. Towels can be renovated. Breakfast is really complete with fruit, cereals, eggs, fresh juices, coffee and more! This be my first choice in Cusco.
