A very enjoyable stay. Only issue was being made to pay to replace towels that had dirt on them, instead of just washing them was asked to replace them entirely. Didn't really make sense to me. Rooftop bar by the pool was under construction, other than that it was an enjoyable time.

Staff is friendly and goes the extra mile. Hotel location is close to most restaurants, shopping centres and potato head beach club. Rooms are spacious and tidy. Pool area is great with great entertainment and good priced bar.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge room and bed, nice with kettle and fridge. Big bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Rooftop pool and bar nice. You could swimm proper lanes. Spa in hotel had a very good service. Lobby was comfortable to wait in. Quiet place end of road. Good selection of food at breakfast

Et bra hotell. Noe er litt slitt, men hotellet har alle fasiliteter. Spaavdelingen er ikke mye å skryte av. Det luktet ikke bra der. Neglbehandlingen jeg tok var amatørmessig. Gode senger. Det er mulig å koble til chrome cast. Det er bra wifi. Peronalet er vennlig og vi opplevde bare god service.Bra basseng og pool bar, men det er vanskelig å finne skygge ved bassenget. Kort vei til restauranter og barer. Man må ta taxi for å komme tlil den beste stranden i området

Had 3 rooms here and had problems with 2 of them. Could be a great place but lots of construction going on and the deck around the pool is in poor condition. Its pretty cheap to stay here and you get what you pay for.

No doubt about it, this hotel is fantastic value for money. Simple, clean, quiet location and only a short walk to Seminyak eateries and shopping - they also offer complimentary transport service to Seminyak Square with hotel cart. Such friendly staff - especially Oka at the rooftop pool! Only thing that could be improved is the very dated gym equipment I tried using during my stay. Will certainly be back, cannot go wrong with this lovely place.

Check in was handled rather smoothly, room size was as expected, furnishing adequate, however, I find the room a little too dim to my liking, need more lightings! Breakfast choice was average, typical egg station, and they vary the local selection daily. Pool and pool side restaurant was refreshing, and menu was rather varied and cozy place to dine and unwind. Staff were attentive, and any requests were attended to with urgency and deligently. Overall, a rather good stay! Will consider a return visit if I were to return and stay in Seminyak area.

For the price I guess it's ok. I had 3 rooms for our family. One room had multiple issues with the door lock. Another room the waterfall shower didn't work. Pool and view on top very nice but the deck is messed up and they were doing construction up there as well. Buffet breakfast was below average but ala carte was ok if very slow. Biggest pet peeve was as I was trying to go after checkout they came out wanting money for a dirty towel that I used to clean the dirt off my feet from their dirt floor and a spot of pasta sauce on a sheet. The location is nice and if u want cheap in that location it's an ok place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the hotel itself was not the same standard as the pictures (and I do not believe it is hotels.com standard). The hotel was very worn with rust all over in the roof top pool area, a hole with water dripping inside the hotel, the shower in the room not working properly, and also it was very moist/humid in the room (after having showered in the bathroom with the ventilation on, the entire hotel room’s floors were wet from the moist/humidity, even several hours after).

Had a great 1 week stay at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and modern and the whole place is very clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff are amazing! Location is great too, right in the middle of Seminyak with all the best restaurants on your doorstep and a free shuttle service to the beach or Seminyak Square. That said the hotel is down a side street so also very quiet.

I stayed for about a week, and everything was great. The shower was clean with plenty of hot water, and the toilet was spotless with no issues. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, making it very comfortable. The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would love to stay here again. ■部屋ベランダにジャグジーがあるタイプの部屋に宿泊。サイズは広くもなく狭くもなく。ジャグジーは大人2人が余裕もって入れるくらいのサイズ。お湯貯まるまで小一時間はかかると思います。半分くらいためて諦めました。部屋は全体的に薄暗く、どんなにエアコンを効かせても湿気がひどく不快。部屋全体がかび臭い。おまけに布団やまくらの一部もかび臭かったり、場所によっては生乾きのような匂いがして閉口しました。チェックイン時間も遅かったのと寝始めてから気づいたので部屋の交換等はしてもらいませんでしたが。さらにベランダのドアに隙間があるからか蚊も部屋の中にいて安眠できませんでした。シャワー、トイレ等は問題なし。 ■ジム写真で見ると広くて綺麗に見えるんですが、写真はうまく鏡を使って撮ってあります。実際はかなり狭いです。カーディオ用のマシンは3台、ウェイトは25kgまで、ベンチは微妙に高くて安定していないのと変なバーがあって使いづらい。ウェイトマシンは整備不良で使えない部位が多い。おまけにエアコン入れても暑い。冷蔵庫にある冷たいタオルが救いでした。 ■レストランウェルカムドリンクはノンアルですが美味しかったです。朝食は品数は普通くらいですが、炭水化物が多くタンパク源が少ないです。味は美味しいものが多かったです。テラスに直結しているので少し暑いです。夜は周りにお店が多いので使っていません。 ■プール屋上にあります。そこまで大きくはないです。なにより屋上の半分くらいが改装中で雰囲気がありません。 ■スタッフ受付に一人ツンツンした感じの方がいましたがそれ以外は皆さんフレンドリーで親切、真面目でした。英語もほぼ通じます。 ■クリーニングその日中に仕上がるので便利です。値段も普通。 ■周辺周辺にはクラブやレストラン、バー、コンビニ等が並んでいる通りがあり、一通り、夜遊びはできます。ビーチにも10分くらい歩けばつくので便利でした。Bambuのインドネシア料理、Mano Beach houseが良かったです。 ■総評立地、値段を考えると人によってはそこまで悪いと思わないのかもですが、部屋が外れだったので、あえてまた行きたいとは思いません。

Massive room with a huge bathroom . Slightly dated but very clean. Very good buffet in general but not enough vegetarian options . Buffet had very nice views on roof . Service was fantastic by all the staff. Clean property . Free shuttle to mall and beach was convenient. No set time , if the shuttle was there they would take you straight away. 部屋も広く丁寧に清掃されていました。ベランダのジャグジーも気持ち良かったです。朝食会場は景色もよく品数も充分で毎日、美味しくいただきました。プールは広くベッドもたくさんあり快適でした。メイン通りから１本入るので静かです。スタッフの方もフレンドリーで楽しかったです。ぜひまた行きたいホテルです。

We had a fantastic 5 night stay at de Vins Sky Hotel! We flew in late but the reception was still open as they are 24hours and super quick and easy check in. From there they were very helpful and accommodating of all our needs. The view for breakfast and the buffet itself was delicious! Only thing about the room was that the toilet was behind a panel of frosted glass so not much privacy from the other person in the room. Other than that it was clean with all amenities and staff were wonderfully friendly! Also it is in a great location, far enough from the main strip that it’s not too noisy at night but also an easy stroll to access restaurants, markets, bars and shops.

We loved the whirlpool room, only the bathroom could maybe use some renovation. All the staff members are amazing and the roof terrace is a perfect spot for breakfast.

So many things to say about this Hotel. The staff are some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Thanks to Bagus, Beny, Dina, Oka and if I was to name everyone I’d be here all day. From the security that keep you safe, to the drivers of the cart, the lobby staff and spa staff. They take the time to learn your name and offer incredible service. Would highly recommend.

Hotellet ligger fint og sentralt plassert, i rolige omgivelser. Fine hotellrom, men det vi hadde var meget fuktig og flere ting som ikke var helt i stand. Som dusjhode i badekaret som kun hadde 4 stråler igjen- de andre hadde forkalket seg. De er helt rå på service og man blir tatt veldig godt vare på av alle ansatte. Deilig frokost med masse utvalg og fin utsikt. På kvelden kan man benytte takterassen for å få med seg solnedgangen fra bassenget. Trist å se at hotellet har forfalt litt med vedlikeholdet de siste årene, men alt i alt veldig fornøyd med oppholdet til den prisen.

Such a beautiful property with beautiful people! Couldn't recommend it more. Walkable to the main area of seminyak and the beach but there's also a shuttle which takes you one way. The rooftop pool and bar is stunning and the breakfast buffet is great with lots of choice! Fabulous stay!

Staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet was incredible! However, overall the stay was mediocre - sadly the photos are deceiving and we are surprised this is considered to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel is quite “tired” looking and is in need of a renovation. It also has a very damp and musty smell throughout common spaces and within the room.

The property was beautiful and the staff was awesome.... Went above and beyond. Eka from the blu restaurant and bar was such a a friendly person and a face we enjoyed seeing everyday. The coffee bar was a great morning treat and the breakfast buffet was top notch. The views from the rooftop pool were great and the hotel was within walking distance to many things. The only downfall the resort had was that the room smelled very moldy and mold was on the floor when we woke up in the mornings, the ac and hot outdoor temps mixing did not like each other, with some more weatherproofing of the glass deck door this facility would have been a hidden gem for the price.
