The room was lovely but was overly hot with an inefficient fan, The toilet didn't flush, The linen and toiletries were lovely. I booked this place on the restaurant reviews. After complaining about the total shockingly bad meal we were served, we were told there was an agent chef on. I cannot put into words how bad the food was. There was a very passive aggressive female who made us feel the lack of flushing loo was our fault and could not be dealt with until 12pm that day. Our breakfast order was incorrect and again made to feel this was our fault. I feel the whole place was understaffed. Uncleared glasses.. Just very unprofessional. Waste of money. Poor quality food an unprofessional staff
