Aged and worn in the hallways and elevators, kitchenette was great and well stocked. Bed was sagging lower at the head than at the feet. Fitness amenities were lacking. Only a few cardio machines tucked into the corner of a transition space to the pool area. All employees though were great and overall would recommend staying here in future, these small upgrades would just make the stay that much better.

Don't like hotel pillows, so I bring my own, and for the first time I didn't need it, finally pillows that I could use. Only thing I didn't like was underground parking was not secure.

What I like is it is near reataurants and grocery stores. there are also convenient stores within the block. What I don't like is you have to practically walk in your swimwear across the lobby from the pool to get to your rooms. Most of the equipments in the gym are broken and ancient. The pool is very tiny but I like it has both sauna and steam room. It would have been nicer if there was a direct access to a shower and change room from the pool. The front staff didn't give us any directions and any introduction as to what are the available amenities since it was my family's first time to book in the place. We were also told there was no airport shuttle. It would have been more convenient otherwise.

The rosedale condominiums were a fantastic location for our recent shopping and concert trip to Vancouver. Great location downtown and easily walkable to shopping, Roger’s Arena and BC Place. The condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The pool and fitness centre were dated and sparse. The fitness centre was not even worth a visit, which was disappointing. Overall I rate the location and facilities a 4/5.

Great location. View from apartment was good. Very helpful staff. We arrived early morning and they stored our bags and then phoned us once the room was available. Availability of indoor pool although the access to the pool and changing facilities are very close to public areas. Demand for laundry facilities is very high so there is sometimes a wait.

Super helpful and accommodating for a big group arriving at different times. Nice rooms and pool/hot tub/steam room/sauna. Good area. Only complaint was the hide-a-bed was pretty uncomfortable.

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada. Las instalaciones están bien. Lo malo fue que sólo ofrecian desayuno continental y a ciertos planes de reserva (el de nosotros no incluía el desayuno), igual preguntamos y se nos hizo carísimo 23 can por persona! Por solo pan con mantequilla y cafe!! Otra cosa que no nos gustó es que nunca limpiaron la habitacion, no recogieron la basura ni reemplazaron el jaboncito para lavarse las manos. Entiendo que esto no se hiciera diario, pero estuvimos 6 dias!¡ ni siquiera una vez lo hicieron. Y lo peor fueron las camas y los cojines. Super aguada. Deberian de cambiar ya los colcbones. No creo regresar.

Hello! Checkin was fine. We found crumbs in he sleeper sofas so we weren’t sure if the sheets were clean we were sleeping on. There were dead bugs in the two bedrooms on the carpet.:-(

The room was spacious and bed comfortable. We were on 19th floor Which have is a wonderful view of the many buildings in the area. Beautiful architecture as each building was a different style that its neighbours. Property is within a 20 minute walk of Gastown, Chinatown and the Yaletown Roundhouse station on the Canada Line, which whisked us to the airport in no time.

I liked where the motel was located, easy to just walk around the city and see what we were interested in, the WIFI was decient, not great be ok (kept going in and out), there was no channel guide for the TV, other than that the bed was very comfortable. The one main conscern was the noice from what I guess was house keeping, very noisy with there big carts banging them up aginst the hallways early in the morning.

Clean but a little dated-in need of remodel. I understand floors are not guaranteed but our third floor unit had no view. The air control was also not super efficient-a little warm in the unit on a pretty warm Summer day in Vancouver. Staff was very friendly and location was great with lots of food/coffee nearby and walkable to sites downtown.

Nice hotel and staff! Make sure to bring earplugs though. Sometimes the police/ambulance sirens at night can wake you. It’s not a bad neighborhood, but the sound carries upwards.

The hide-a-bed is the worst my husband and I have ever slept on. The springs are almost poking through, creeks really loud with slightest move. Needs to go to the dump. The king bed was comfortable, there were 4 of us staying.

The hotel and the location is superb...walking distance to all the sights...special shout out to my concierge Andrew...you are amazing and so awesome on recommendations on where to go. The property is comfortable, however it wasn’t pleasant not to have the room cleaned and bed made every day. Reception, at times with one person, was a bit slow. First time in my life I need to pay to hold the luggage upon checkout for two hours. What a silly way to inconvenience a customer paying over 150 dollars a night with a charge of 6 dollars. Eliminate it!!!!!

It was a very cosy stay, and we had a great time. The room we stayed in had a dining area viewing downtown, with many amenities included. We did however found some difficulty communicating with hotel services. The main phone number found online was a company number not for the hotel reception. We had to call Rosedale Robson to receive the help we needed. Aside from that it was a great stay with amazing service.

We loved the help from the bell boy, we had a lot of bags and he un loaded and loaded the cart for us. So sweet and kind. Check in was easy. Room was perfect temperature and clean. Close to BC Place and neighbourhood had good options for late night food.

Great central location and within walking distance to a lot of different areas. Went during the summer and the air conditioning worked well and windows opened a decent amount to allow air circulation. The older isn’t brand spanking new but it is a good clean spot for families. Our bed seemed hard at first but honestly I slept like a log (which I never do at home) every night so it must have been exactly what I needed!

The location was by far the best feature of this hotel. Short walking distance throughout the downtown area. Lots of restaurants nearby and less than a 5-minute walk to BC place and Rogers arena. Biggest downside was parking insecurity in the area… car was broken into in a nearby parkade that seemed ‘safe’, even though nothing was visible in the car.

Love this hotel, try to stay here every time we're in Vancouver. The pool and decor is maybe a bit dated, but the rooms have been recently renovated and are perfect mini suites, in the heart of the city, for a very decent price. There's a croissant place next door that is second to none, and so many great dinner places within a ten minute walk. The bed was very comfortable, and my daughter slept on a pullout couch, and slept better than she does at home. Staff is friendly, and for this price point, you can't really ask for anything better.

We had a comfortable stay at Rosedale. We enjoyed sitting on the bar patio people watching. Our beds were comfortable. We had good food at the bar/restaurant. My main complaint is that there was no coffee anywhere in the morning. The coffee in the room was not drinkable. I don't know if it was just stale or what. But I tried it twice and had to throw it out. Instead, you had to put on shoes to go to the little bakery (nice breakfast sammies!) next door.

We stayed in a small, efficiency apartment. It was perfect. There was an IGA right around the corner so we stocked up on breakfast and snack items. The location is very convenient to many things and the staff was helpful and courteous. Recommend!

wonderful suite on the 13th floor. Fire station across the street so we had been warned to avoid lower floors. Great restaurant adjoining with happy hour and breakfast. Any meal would have been good there. Great location and safe neighborhood. 5 minute walk to Yaletown (restaurants, bars, etc. and close to get lil water taxi over to public market.
