Lovely hotel with amazing friendly staff, room was a little small but more than adequate for what we needed, great location close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to. Food in restaurant was amazing. Would definitely go back and stay in the same hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Overall great stay; immaculate, modern room. Only thing missing was somewhere to dispose of trash in the room? Also, my room was on the 1st floor which meant I could hear chairs dragging (constantly) on the floor from the restaurant below

This property was a fantastic find. My wife and I had booked a different location but once we arrived we decided to stay elsewhere. I looked online and found this gem of a hotel. It's quaint and very comfy. The amenities were good and even has a coffee shop in the lobby. The location was perfect. There's a metro stop right around the corner and most major attractions are within walking distance. I highly recommend Letoh Letoh and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends or anyone coming to explore Madrid!

Ideal location in the centre of the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room too small for a couple, and no tea/coffee-making facilities. Apart from a coffee shop in the main foyer which was only open from 8am to 8pm there was no place within the hotel to obtain a drink of any description.

Easy reachable with Metro, friendly staff with 24h reception and coffee shop for quick breakfast. Modern and stylish interior, rooms are quite small though (bathroom sink installed in the room instead of bathroom). Cleaning service okay, apparently not too much into details.

Das Bett war wirklich super, das bequemste was ich je in einem Hotel hatte! Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, selbst ein vernünftiger Föhn. Man sollte allerdings nur mit einer sehr nahestehenden Person dort übernachten, denn die Toilette ist lediglich durch eine Glasschiebetür direkt neben dem Bett getrennt und man schaut direkt durch das Glas auf die Toilette. Ansonsten gibt es einen Safe, genug Steckdosen und Kleiderbügel, alles perfekt für einen tollen Städtetrip in Madrid. Schade ist nur, dass es kein richtiges Frühstück gibt. Man kann sich unten im Foyer einen Kaffee holen und süße Teilchen, allerdings nur im Pappbecher. Aber es gibt tolle Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Für mich entspricht das definitiv nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we have had the pleasure in staying in. The bed was super comfortable and it was perfect for us after a 4-hour delay arriving to Madrid. The coffee shop on the ground level served super good coffee and there was no need to go to Starbucks. The only minor concern is that the rooms can be small. If you can pay for it I suggest you won't book the smallest room available.

When we arrived for check-in, we were informed that we had received a complimentary upgrade to a superior room — which made us really happy at first. However, upon entering the room, we were disappointed to find that the air conditioning was broken. In the scorching Madrid summer heat, with temperatures around 38°C (100°F), the room felt like an oven and the stay became extremely uncomfortable. We asked to change rooms, but were told the hotel was fully booked and no alternatives were available. As a “courtesy,” they only provided a fan, which was far from enough to deal with the heat. A frustrating experience.

Although the hotel is clean and brand new and the staff is friendly, the rooms are minuscule and claustrophobic. I could not unpack becase there was literally nowhere to hang my clothes. Although this may well be the standard in Madrid, next time I'll try my luck at another hotel. I see no reason to come back here.

Siamo finiti in Overbooking e quindi partiti con un volo il giorno seguente. L'albergo non ci ha permesso di cambiare la prenotazione nemmeno con un sovra prezzo. Abbiamo pagato la camera lo stesso una Vergogna.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. They booked tickets for me, booked a taxi for me to the airport, held my luggage after checkout since I had a late afternoon flight and came to my room to help me turn on the A/C. I will stay here again. I had a wonderful experience staying here.

For my first stay in Madrid, I chose Letoh Letoh over all the other properties listed on Expedia. The main reasons were the price, the ambience of the room based on the photos, the good customer service mentioned in the reviews, and the central location, which was close to Gran Via, the Madrid Metro, and tourist attractions such as the Royal Palace. Simply put, my stay at Letoh Letoh met all of these expectations, and in some cases, exceeded them. I would definitely book there again if I decide to go back to Madrid.

Wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff are super helpful and friendly there. The hotel is located 1 block of the very busy Via Gran, which was perfect for us. Close to the action but not the noise. Easy walking to many attractions, trains and buses are all right there. Could not ask for a better location.

Very good location, only 50 meters from Gran Via, in a quiet side street. Close to Royal Palace. Friendly staff, small but nice room, comfortable bed. Certainly worth staying here when visiting the center of Madrid!

This hotel is just off Plaza de Espania and you can walk to shopping, The Prado, Palacio Real, bars and restaurants, etc all within 30-40 minutes or less. If you prefer not to walk a metro stop is just around the corner. The staff were very kind and helpful. Only slight negative is the room is a bit small for two people and the bathroom has frosted glass walls so you can see through them (neither of these things bothered us though).

While in the city we went to a few places and the hotel was perfectly located. If you enjoy shopping you’ll like the location as well as it is close to a ton of stores. The room was small just with; a queen bed, sink, an open wardrobe, a bathroom and toilet divided by glass all laid out in a very tasteful manner. You don’t feel cramped for it being a small room. The staff was helpful and friendly. They don’t have breakfast but there is a coffee shop on the premises which we didn’t try but it looked appetizing. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Overall great stay; immaculate, modern room. Only thing missing was somewhere to dispose of trash in the room? Also, my room was on the 1st floor which meant I could hear chairs dragging (constantly) on the floor from the restaurant below

This property was a fantastic find. My wife and I had booked a different location but once we arrived we decided to stay elsewhere. I looked online and found this gem of a hotel. It's quaint and very comfy. The amenities were good and even has a coffee shop in the lobby. The location was perfect. There's a metro stop right around the corner and most major attractions are within walking distance. I highly recommend Letoh Letoh and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends or anyone coming to explore Madrid!

Das Bett war wirklich super, das bequemste was ich je in einem Hotel hatte! Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, selbst ein vernünftiger Föhn. Man sollte allerdings nur mit einer sehr nahestehenden Person dort übernachten, denn die Toilette ist lediglich durch eine Glasschiebetür direkt neben dem Bett getrennt und man schaut direkt durch das Glas auf die Toilette. Ansonsten gibt es einen Safe, genug Steckdosen und Kleiderbügel, alles perfekt für einen tollen Städtetrip in Madrid. Schade ist nur, dass es kein richtiges Frühstück gibt. Man kann sich unten im Foyer einen Kaffee holen und süße Teilchen, allerdings nur im Pappbecher. Aber es gibt tolle Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
