I liked that it was convient to everything in downtown Strasbourg. The thing that I did not like was that you could not drive up to the properly. There was no directions to the parking which you had to drive up on the side walk to get to the door.

Notre séjour dans l'hôtel ClapClap pour une nuit était vraiment bien, la chambre était propre, la literie incroyable ! Je recommande cet hôtel. Nous avons réservé une place de parking, celle-ci ce trouve en face du batiment de l'hôtel, il faut rouler sur le trottoir afin de rentrer dans le parking. Tout était bien dans l'ensemble, nous sommes satisfaits.

Hotel super sympa et deco soignée, proche de la gare et du centre-ville. Le personnel est souriant et arrangeant. Le café et la terrasse sont vraiment un plus, très agréable pour travailler pendant la journée. Petits ajustements à faire au niveau du petit dej.

It was very difficult to park the car. The hotel claims to have available parking and yet there was no availability at all. You have to find a parking garage or else and then you have to walk to the hotel with your suitcases as the road is closed for cars in front of the hotel. Location is impossible for cars but it is a good location to walk after you settle in.

Fun vibe hotel. The room was configured a bit strange but it worked for our family of 5. The decor was fun and the beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and the location of the hotel was amazing. Everything we needed and all the tourist spots were within a short walk. Only negative was parking and driving. We found a spot off site but securing that and also trying to find the hotel and drivable streets was a challenge.

Terrible. Point form for limited space: -booked 4 person suite (queen bed & couch) only thing available under $700 a night when booked - found out the Xmas Market was in town starting next day (after check out) so the high price tag vs. previous weeks was ridiculous -easy going travellers and found this place disgusting -checked into a 7 person room (queen/3 twin/couch).Asked if something smaller available and told no they were sold out, despite booking a smaller room (no sense in fighting but I was pretty sure I didn't book a 7 person room - just needed to get some sleep after long day travel). -room not cleaned in weeks -snot and blood and hair on curtains & bed sheets (and stains) -bathrooms had soap scum all around the bottom of the shower (inside and out) and filth on the floor from previous guests. Paint splatters on floors in bathroom from reno in 2022 still and small pieces of used toilet paper were around toilet -temp set at 29.5*C and too hot to sleep (A/C in ad did not work) -food from prev. guest under front of couch -crusty white stuff on coffee bar -shower too gross to use -we stayed against better judgement and left in the morn eager to get to next place to shower. Leaving our room to check out, we saw the cleaning caddy and it was mostly a restock station of sad coffee products. -@checking out, I mentioned all this and was told it would be passed on to director (apparently this was an upgraded room) -review on site wouldn't submit b/c was bad

When we arrived, we were wow'd by the property. However, our room was in a back annex building that was much less impressive. We knew the second bed was a couch bed but it was very uncomfortable and the sheets/comforter did not fit it properly. Also, there were no outlets on that side of the room so the two of us that slept there could not charge our phones overnight. The shower head was broken and leaked badly. And, the shower itself looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time.

Accueil chaleureux, le personnel est très aimable, sauf que sinon il n'y a pas grand-chose de bien dans cet hôtel. La propreté très moyenne, des cheveux au sol, de la poussière accumulée, des traces sur les murs blancs ... Draps et serviettes très biens (heureusement), lit et oreiller confortables. En revanche, un filet d'eau sous la douche pour se laver, certes chaude mais peu abondante, pas pratique. Et alors une soufflerie ininterrompue ... alors que j'ai coupé clim et chauffage ... juste pourquoi ?? Les espaces communs : couloirs et escaliers, auraient grand besoin d'un bon coup de neuf ! Et la chambre dans laquelle j'étais aussi (rien à voir avec la photo montrée en appel sur le site). Le petit-déjà correct mais la personne au service était débordée, table et chaises pas bien nettoyées. Produits corrects mais plus de lait demi-écrémé (normal) "il a été commandé" ... Expérience vraiment moyenne, voire juste passable. J'y ai passé une nuit, dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Je n'y reviendrai pas.

This hotel is convenient to the train station and the most beautiful part of Strasbourg waterways. But it is very dated and not very clean. The breakfast was well below par with the worst coffee I’ve ever had in Europe. On the plus side, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The location is good, in between train station & Petit France. The hotel is worn down. The room is dusty everywhere with broken things all over the room. The staff does the bare minimum. Breakfast was okay. The hotel is fine but not great.

The Hotel is in a good location. You can reach La petite France and the museum in minutes. Parking is impossible in the area. The receptionist were polite but not really professional. It's more like a hostel and the price is relatively high for the standard. The bed was comfy but full of different hair from other guests and in the morning you get waked by the noise from slamming doors of the other rooms! For 1-2 nights ok, but definitely not for longer and too expensive for the quality.

Zimmer 3 Sterne will nicht ganz sauber. Personal 5 Sterne weil sehr zuvorkommend und super nett. Extra Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. 1 Stern Dämmung zur Straße hin. Ob Fenster offen oder geschlossen machte vom Geräuschpegel der Straßenbahn keinen Unterschied, man hörte außer Absätze der Frauen die unten legen bei geschlossenem Fenster. Schlaf ab 0430 für uns nicht mehr möglich. Die Gegend mit den Imbissläden sehr laut am Abend. Ansonsten wäre das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis perfekt. Wer schläft sie ein Stein ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Well-located just 6 minutes from the main station and 15 to the cathedral. Hotel had everything you need for a weekend trip. Room was comfortable and clean. Rooms were not entirely soundproofed however this was not a big issue. Free mulled wine/hot chocolate offered was a nice touch. Overally a nice stay!

The first room assigned was really old & dingy and the a/c did not work on a very hot day/night. Was told there was no other room available so the night was very uncomfortable. The next day they moved us to another room which was better but then on the 2nd night the a/c stopped working so another miserable night.

Es wurde täglich sauber gemacht, das war in Ordnung. Eine Duschwand war lose, außerdem hing im Bad ein elektrischer Schalter locker aus der Wand.

Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good enough. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable and the room was incredibly hot - even with our heat turned off. The housekeeping was a bit lacking. However,we’re rating it a 4 star because the location and front staff were great

Location is superb, next to the old town area and a few minutes walk to the train station. Hotel itself is decent. We booked a room that can accommodate 6 ppl for 4 of us. The room total area is large but it’s split in 2 levels so didn’t feel very large. Washroom is small especially the wash basin…..so small it feels like a toy size basin.

The location is ideal for exploring and easy access to the central train station. First stay had a room facing the street which was noisy with the tram station. Our second stay was in the back overlooking the courtyard which was more quiet. Rooms were clean but could use a decor update and freshen up the scuffed paint. Very good value for the location.

Hôtel propre . Très bon accueil . Merci pour l'attitude professionnel à Fayçal qui a pu trouvé une solution rapide et efficace .Nous avoir guidé et bien expliqué,après avoir passé 2 heures pour trouver l'hôtel suite au difficulté route barrée. Hôtel compliqué d'accès en voiture pour déposer ma famille et les valise. Merci encore Fayçal de l'accueil.

Nous avons ete super bien accueillis par lhotesse daccueil super souriante et tres agreable. En revanche l'état de l'hôtel est plus que moyen sol abimé traces sur les murs manque de peinture , bref nous entrons dans la chambre , simple et classique je pense que la fenetre est ouverte tellement il y a de bruits exterieurs mais non elle est bien fermee . La chambre donne cote rue avec le tramway et des gens qui hurlent dehors ( il est 23h ) . Eau tiede à la douche le lendemain matin. Nous avions pris le ptit dej a l'hôtel il y avait du monde nous sommes recus piur donner le numero de chambre par 2 hotesses tres sympas mais qui semblaient debordees elles couraient partout. Nous patientons car aucune table de libre du moins elles l' etaient mais non debarrassees. Je decide d'en liberer une moi même..un petit dej convenable malgre l'absence de cafe en milieu de service...manque de personnel au petit dejeuner. Amazing location, parking tricky but after 5 attempts we cracked it! Don't just watch the video once!!! Quirky urban hotel with spacious room and very friendly reception crew. Great dinner recommendation and handy bar. So well located right next to Petite France and Strasbourg was so pretty. Tea and coffee in room as well. Room was clean and slight need of TLC lost in urban chic decor! Stairs up to room bit grubby but room and bathroom lovely and clean. Really good place to stay!!

Well-located just 6 minutes from the main station and 15 to the cathedral. Hotel had everything you need for a weekend trip. Room was comfortable and clean. Clap clap was wonderful! Big rooms, very convenient location (right next to the train station and also close to petit Paris). The staff was lovely and very accommodating - we had an early train to catch and they made us breakfast to go! Would definitely stay here again.

The location is ideal for exploring and easy access to the central train station. First stay had a room facing the street which was noisy with the tram station. Our second stay was in the back overlooking the courtyard which was more quiet. Rooms were clean but could use a decor update and freshen up the scuffed paint. Very good value for the location.

good location just outside the central very busy area so perfect for us. also just 6 or 7 mins walk to the station for daytrips etc. friendly staff. clean, bright, good breakfasts,good coffee available in reception / sitting area.

El Hotel muy bien, las habitaciones impecables pero los alrededores están HORRIBLES!! Muchos mafiosos y gente poco agradable. Se siente inseguro caminar por ahí. No hay estacionamiento cercano y se tiene que caminar con las maletas enmedio de gente poco agradable. Una vez que se cruza el río las cosas cambian. Las almohadas horribles porque están durísimas.

Arrivée à 9h40 il ne restait plus grand chose pour un service devant durée jusqu'à 11h. La gestion des quantités et Stock disponible devrait vraiment être revue. Plus de viennoiseries, plus de brioche, plus de yaourt....

This hotel is convenient to the train station and the most beautiful part of Strasbourg waterways. But it is very dated and not very clean. The breakfast was well below par with the worst coffee I’ve ever had in Europe. On the plus side, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
