THE WHITE PALACE Rabat

Amazing staff! The property was a very cool old classic estate. The restaurant was very good and the location was peaceful and a good setting. I can’t say enough good things about the hospitality of the staff. Multiple nights we were out late and they ordered food for us before the kitchen closed. We had an amazing stay.

The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and well appointed and the restaurant is amazing. Probably the best place I ate at during my time in Rabat. We practically lived there. I will be back

The room itself was excellent and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool and restaurant area. The staff were pleasant friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was very basic but tasty with croissants, bread, olives, preserves and an omelette being offered most mornings. The attraction for staying at the white Palace was its spa features with an internal pool, unfortunately I found out the day before arrival that these Spa features were not in use. Only the external pool was in use, which was very cold and unable to swim in for long periods. The lack of spa features led to spending more time away from the hotel than expected which was disappointing as it was meant to be a relaxing getaway. However, I must say that if the spa features were in use I would go back to the hotel in a heartbeat.

Staff was courteous and attentive. Wonderful staff. Great food and dining experience. The building interior and furnitures need to be updated to restore it to former palatial glory. Pictures online make it seem flawless but it needs beauty treatment.
