I just opened and office in Pangyo and this hotel is ideally located. Lots of food options nearby as well as shopping (Hyundai Dept store). The hotel is excellent … a step up from the Courtyards in America. Excellent service, wonder staff, nice suites and a breakfast buffet that one normally finds only at 5 start hotels. My new home when I am in Korea.

Room was clean and modern with comfortable amenities, Breakfast was extensive with both English and Korean foods. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Highly satisfied.

Service is excellent. Keep in mind a refundable deposit of about $150 is due at check-in because they had smoking customers who damaged rooms. Overall, will gladly visit them again.

Very nice restaurant staff, they are very kindly team . Especially, the manager was perfect in the morning and everything. But reception desk was a bit disappointed as they are very dry face. They were very friendly team last time. Hope will be better next time

방은 깔끔하고 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 다만 조식 관련 안내가 이해가 잘 되지 않았습니다. 체크인할 때는 이메일로 조식이 포함된 것처럼 안내가 와서 확인을 요청했더니 잘못된 이메일이라며 조식은 포함되어 있지 않다고 했고, 저녁에 전화로 조식을 신청했을 때는 다음 날 아침 식사 전에 프론트에서 결제하라고 했습니다. 그런데 다음 날 프론트에 가니 조식 먹는 곳에서 결제하라고 하고, 조식을 먹고 나와 결제하려 하니 이번에는 이미 조식이 포함된 상태라며 결제할 필요 없다고 하더군요. 결국 체크아웃할 때 조식을 결제했습니다. 시스템의 문제건지 직원들의 숙지 문제인건지, 메리어트라는 이름을 보고 숙박을 결정한 터라 이 부분은 다소 실망스러웠습니다.
