지난 출장 여행 이후 가족여행으로 두번째 투숙하였습니다. 이미 좋은 곳으로 알고 갔기에 만족을 하며 룸타입이나 이층침대 등 아이들 친화적으로 되어 있기에 행복했습니다. 딱, 한가지 아쉬운 점은 너무 좋은 수영장을 한번만 이용할 수 있도록 제한을 둔 부분은 아쉽습니다!

This is a great place for a quick 하캉스. Check-in was smooth. The front desk staff all seem to speak English well. We loved our room, especially our 5-year-old son. It was clean with an attractive view outside. The mall conveniently connected to the hotel is bright and spacious with a variety of restaurants and fun places to spend time with children. The swimming pool is very nice! The fitness room has several treadmills, an adjustable flat bench, a dumbbell rack with a wide range of weights, a foldable exercise mat and even foam rollers. The fitness room itself is small but has what you need if you know what you're doing. The breakfast buffet was very good with a decent variety of well-prepared foods! The price is pretty good, especially compared to other buffet restaurants and hotel buffets these days. All the staff we encountered were kind as well. We definitely look forward to coming here again when we need a quick getaway from our daily routine.

Pricey, but we enjoyed our stay. Nice, clean and spacious room. Good breakfast. Pool and sauna were lovely, but note there is only one 1.5 hour swimming time slot per day you stay (unless you want to swim at 7:30 am, then it is 2.5 hours).

룸은 엄청 넓고 생각보다 방음도 잘되었으나 침대랑 책상, 쇼파는 깨끗하고 욕실 컨디션이 좋지 않았어요.. 욕조엔 머리카락이 많고 수건에서는 심각한 악취가 나고 먼지가 많아서 불쾌했어요.. 출장 준비때문에 바빠서 따로 교체요청은 하지 않았고 얼굴빼고 물기만 털어내는 용으로 썼네요. 샤워가운도 누더기같았어요... 1개는 큰 구멍이 나있고 1개는 구멍은 없지만 얇고 빳빳하고 먼지가 많았어요. 이정도 상태의 수건과 가운은 처음보고요... 네스프레소랑 캡슐2개가 있어서 물을 여러번 추출하고 사용했어요. 방자체는 나쁘지 않은데 수건이랑 가운은 꼭 교체해야 합니다ㅠㅠ

다 좋았어요. 몇년째 이맘때쯤 분당 올 일이 있어 올때마다 여기에 묵었는데 이번에도 괜찮았습니다. 다만 한가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면 입실 했을 때 방 온도가 23.5도로 세팅 되어 있어 너무 추워서 놀랐습니다. 너무 더운 여름이라 시원하라고 그렇게 세팅 해주신거라지만 온도가 너무 낮았다고 생각합니다. 한 25도정도도 괜찮았을 것 같아요.

The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. We checked in late in the evening and checked out the next morning so didn't get a chance to explore the area. The bed was very comfortable and I especially loved the upgraded quality of the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I normally travel with my own but didn't on this trip so especially appreciated these.

Every staffs at the hotel knew their jobs and were always trying to help me whatever questions I had regarding using facilities of the hotel and traveling within Korean. They arranged transportation to the airport and even had a free shuttle van circling around the hotel. This service was very convenient to get to the Pangyo subway station. I want to stay at this hotel later when I visit Seongnam.

우선 체크인을 하는데 있어서 굉장히 긴 줄에 불편함이 있었습니다. 단순 체크인을 하는 인원이 상당히 많이 몰렸던 것일 수 있고 많은 인파 속에서 친절하고 침착한 응대에 감사하지만, 로비 직원분들의 처리속도나 체크인 테이블을 늘리는 등 조금은 개선이 필요해 보였습니다. 줄 서는 시간동안 지연된 시간에 대한 보상또한 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 객실 내부는 전체적으로 깔끔한 느낌이 들었지만, 침구에서 나오는 먼지가 너무나 많았습니다. 예민한 편이 아니지만 눈에 침구에서 나오는 털이나 먼지가 보일 정도로 많은 먼지가 있어서 개선이 필요해보였습니다. 객실 엘레베이터는 아주 빠르고 쾌적했으며 숙소 근처에는 놀거리, 먹을거리도 많아서 좋았습니다.

위치나 시설은 나쁘지 않으나 체크인시 직원의 응대가 친절하다 느껴지지 않았어요 예약자 외에 투숙객에대한 신분증 제시요구가 사전에 공지 된바 없이 있었는데 외국인이어서 그런건지 아님 원래 정책인지는 모르겠으나 갑자기 요구된 신분증 제시요구가 당황스러웠어요 상비약은 구비가 안되어있었어서 그부분도 좀 불편했어요 나중에보니까 베개도 선택할수 있는 부분이었던데 그에대한 안내도 체크인시 이루어지지않아 아쉬웠습니다 시설은 괜찮았으나 친절함과 시설이용에 대한 설명이없이 인쇄된 종이한장을 내주고 마는것도 좀 그렇더라고요

施設はきれいで部屋も広くて快適でした。同じ建物のパミオスモールにお店やレストラン、スタバ、カフェ、コンビニがあるので便利です。韓国語が少ししかできないけれど、ホテルのスタッフの方が手伝ってくれました。フロントの女性はタクシーアプリの操作を丁寧に教えてくれました。プールのティムさんという男性の方には忘れ物をしたことのサポートなどで本当にお世話になりました。日本語が話せるので助かりました。ホテルのスタッフの皆さま、楽しい旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。韓国が好きなので、これからも韓国語の勉強を続けて訪問したいと思います。

I stayed there with my husband, we checked in the late of a night, the front desk is not very nice,. There were only three large bath towels and they looked worn out, yellow, and dirty. No toothbrush. Breakfast choice is very limited, not tasty at all. Not a three star hotel, it's just a motel + a cheap breakfast

This is definitely a hotel I would return to on my next trip to Korea! The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a different menu every day, which I really appreciated. The only minor inconvenience was that the swimming pool required a reservation and had limited hours, but I plan to book it in advance next time. All the staff were incredibly kind and explained everything in detail, which made the stay even more pleasant. The parking lot is spacious, and the elevators are easy to access, so getting around the building is very convenient. One of the biggest advantages is that the hotel building itself has many restaurants and fun spaces for kids, along with great amenities like a convenience store, hospital, and pharmacy—all in the same building, so you don’t have to go far. The surrounding area is quiet since it’s mostly office buildings. If you don’t have a car, I highly recommend using the hotel shuttle—it makes getting to nearby stations and bus stops very easy and comfortable. Since we stayed for a week, the laundry facilities were a huge plus. They have both washers and dryers, and everything worked perfectly—plus they use Samsung machines, which was great. Overall, we had a wonderful stay without a single inconvenience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again on my next trip to Korea!

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location and very safe. The room is spacious, well-equipped, modern, and spotless. The Bed is very comfortable. It is connected to a mall with several good food options and a Starbucks. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Outstanding.
