The good - Front desk staffs were great. Polite. Willing to help immediately. The bad - 1. Room smelled cigarettes smoking so bad when checked in. 2. Room facing the river are not sound insulated. A good location but I was disappointed with the overall quality of services at the hotel. Wanted to book my "VIP s discounted spa services" at the spa only to find out they have VERY limited products/services available. Unfortunately it was too hot to sit out and enjoy the pool which had absolutely no shade cover. Breakfast options leaned towards asian-style only. It would have been nice to have some plainer or western options to balance. It looked fantastic but the service overall was quite average compared to other places we visited.

We're checking in a room with over humidity the moisture stays covered all the glass windows with a terrible smell. After complaining they're switching to another room which is exceptional although still has some smell but not too bad. Overall the 2nd room worth the money and staying. Breakfast foods seam like leftover but the service is excellent
