The place was interesting with the italian touch everywhere; it was impeccable, very quiet, and the bed was comfy. We had a small balcony with the view on the hot tub and the place for the bon fire: two fun things for guests to use if desired. For breakfast we had fruits, juices, coffee and fresh hot pastries waiting for us outside our room. We were able to eat outside since the weather was nice but I would suggest to add a small table in the Bellissima bedroom for when the weather is not cooperating.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and comfortable. We loved the continental breakfast and being able to relax at the fountain on the property. Very close to Wellington and many things to do. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

We went in the off-season, check-in was a breeze. This is a small, locally owned property in the middle of farmland and nearby to the winery bike route. The photos are exactly as it appears in real-life. We very much enjoyed our stay - the breakfast was yummy, there was Netflix on the in-room tvs, and the room was cozy and comfortable. They make fudge at this property and we were pleasantly surprised to find some in our room on arrival! I really like that they have a shared microwave in the hallway, as well as a toaster. There was a fridge in our room which was a nice place to put our wine! The only negative I can say is that the hot tub was brrrr - cold! I assume it wasn't on high because it was the off-season. I would definitely stay here again! p.s. There was a small dog there to greet us! :)

Nice quiet area close to vinyards and everything in the PEC area. Cute and cozy and loved the big king size bed which was very comfortable. They have a fire pit area, sitting area, hot tub and large water fountain. Breakfast was excellent and had everything you needed to start your day. Only thing that i didnt like was that the dual split heater systems temp light on the wall was too bright and hindered me trying to sleep. I couldnt find a way to turn it off so i just draped a small towel over it and that seemed to do the trick. Otherwise pretty easy to place to navigate since it is a self serve type accomodations. I would definately stay there again. Thanks

Villa di Casa - Boutique Hotel Nous avons été agréablement surpris... Situé dans un emplacement enchanteur et très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont jolies, pratiques, très propres et confortables. Nous avons aussi apprécié pouvoir faire un feu à l'extérieur, ce qui nous a donné l'opportunité de faire d'intéressantes rencontres. Le petit déjeuner était un pur délice composé de café, jus, fruits frais et pâtisseries. Le propriétaire Sean, nous à gentiment donné de bonnes informations et suggéré les meilleurs endroits à visiter lors de notre court séjour. On ne pouvait demander mieux.

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of July. When we arrived the owner came out to greet us and gave us a map and lots of helpful suggestions of places to visit in the area. The room was very thoughtfully designed and constructed; it was beautiful with lots of unique and really cool touches. I loved the half barrel sink (hope to recreate that in my own home one day!). The room has a wine fridge as well. In the hallway with the suites, there is a Keurig machine for coffee and a water cooler. In the morning they put out breakfast pastries and fruit. There are also extra towels here if you need to replace yours. The grounds are well maintained and you have access to a fire pit and hot tub if you are so inclined. The fountain and statues are perfect for taking photos. My only complaint about the property is that there is no shade. A few umbrellas would definitely help and maybe start planting some trees to eventually provide extra shade. It was very hot when we were there and unfortunately couldn't really sit outside during the day because there were no shaded areas. All in all, a beautiful and unique place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone and could stay there again.

This place is a taste of Italy in miniature! The fountain of Trevi, the Vespa, the many statues, etc all evoke memories of being there. Loved all the Italian touches in the clean, comfortable room. Plenty of things to see and do for a short stay: wineries, dinning and outdoor activities. Thanks Shawn, for the visitor tips! We fulfilled most of them. We were sorry we left without sampling their homemade fudge. Maybe next time!

The room itself was clean & nice but small. The location is great if you want to drive into Wellington (only 4-5 minutes away), but not convenient for anywhere else in PEC. Lack of amenities and hotel staff (only there sparingly during the day) make this hotel essentially a self service place to stay. Bed, sheets and pillows were very good. The price was about $100 a night above the value provided… our bill was $973 for 3 nights, taxes in.

This really was not a boutique hotel. More like an unhosted bed & breakfast. Didn't see or speak to a living soul and were told that we were on camera in the one common area. Bed was comfortable, no closet or anywhere to put clothes. Breakfast was good but we had to eat it in our room. Would not recommend.

The fountain and statues are perfect for taking photos. My only complaint about the property is that there is no shade. A few umbrellas would definitely help and maybe start planting some trees to eventually provide extra shade. It was very hot when we were there and unfortunately couldn't really sit outside during the day because there were no shaded areas. All in all, a beautiful and unique place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone and could stay there again.

We went in the off-season, check-in was a breeze. This is a small, locally owned property in the middle of farmland and nearby to the winery bike route. The photos are exactly as it appears in real-life. We very much enjoyed our stay - the breakfast was yummy, there was Netflix on the in-room tvs, and the room was cozy and comfortable. They make fudge at this property and we were pleasantly surprised to find some in our room on arrival! I really like that they have a shared microwave in the hallway, as well as a toaster. There was a fridge in our room which was a nice place to put our wine! The only negative I can say is that the hot tub was brrrr - cold! I assume it wasn't on high because it was the off-season. I would definitely stay here again! p.s. There was a small dog there to greet us! :)

We had such a fabulous weekend in Prince Edward county. What a cute and comfortable stay! You are short drives away from wineries and the room is well appointed and comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again for a weekend away from the city.

Lack of amenities and hotel staff (only there sparingly during the day) make this hotel essentially a self service place to stay. Bed, sheets and pillows were very good. The price was about $100 a night above the value provided… our bill was $973 for 3 nights, taxes in.

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of July. When we arrived the owner came out to greet us and gave us a map and lots of helpful suggestions of places to visit in the area. The room was very thoughtfully designed and constructed; it was beautiful with lots of unique and really cool touches. I loved the half barrel sink (hope to recreate that in my own home one day!).
