good location if you know your way around and dont want to be far from the airport, if you are a non Spanish speaker then ask for tips from the owner as she is biligual. I think its a good deal and the earthquake that I lived through on the 4th floor didn't really bother me much as the property can handle an 8. There is no elevator but the location provided me with what I needed and make sure to check your reservation as they are some rooms that have a shared bathroom. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

For the price you pay, it's a pretty good deal. I stayed on the 3rd floor. There was hardly ever people, so I had the bathroom to myself. Although small, it had hot water and was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, no complaints there. Just the location was a bit far from everything, except the airport. There's plenty of shops and restaurants around as well as a market. I'd stay here again.

The property was located in the most dangerous district in all of Peru. There was graffiti in a locked gate with no signs, and no response from the hotel, or the alleged taxi driver that was supposed to pick us up from the airport.
