Five star staff all the way, so helpful and courteous, beautiful Riad, we had a large room with comfy bed. Enjoyed a Hamman-would recommend it for a new experience. Staff gave us sandwiches, fruit and some of their home made shampoo on departure, such a lovely surprise. Location was perfect.

Service is what sets this place apart: 5 star attention to guests and phenomenal full fresh breakfast! Location is walking to palace, Sauk shops and restaurants. On a small road so tours won’t pick you up yet Quiet for sleeping! WiFi, small pool in courtyard with lots of tropical plants and a second relaxing space up on roof!

This hotel is an old fashioned Riad, which is quiet, comfortable and relaxing. The staff were all attentive and helpful. It has a slightly unusual arrangement in that the swimming pool formed part of the dining room, which meant that diners and swimmers were only a few feet apart. Hotel reception were very helpful in organising taxis where necessary. All in all, a good insight into old style Marrakech living.

Lovely Riad. Close to Palais Bahia. Great staff. So helpful and kind. Went out of their way to celebrate my daughter’s birthday when we were there. Beautiful inside. Lovely roof top terrace. Pool looked lovely but didn’t use it. No alcohol. No tea/coffee maker in the bedroom. Breakfast was so good! Loved the food and the very good suggestions. Great Atlas trip. We also enjoyed the nearby Culinary Museum for a fabulous cooking class. Nicely located to easily walk into souks but a peaceful paradise to step back from hectic pace of a souk experience. Would absolutely recommend Anika!!!

Booked to stay here for 5-nights. We found it perfectly located as it is far enough out of the medina to be quieter from all the motorbikes and noise but super close to walk into the square and souks within 10-15mins. The riad is beautiful and we stayed in a deluxe room which was on the first floor. The hotel staff are an absolute credit to the riad and made our trip with helpful tips and looking after us superbly. The riad provides a substantial breakfast each day which was fruit, yoghurt, breads, cakes and your choice of eggs as well as fresh juice and coffee. Each afternoon there was also juice and cake. The pool was a refreshing 25 degrees and whilst we had a swim one day I can imagine it’s lovely in the height of summer. Our room was comfortable with a sofa and arm chair and twin beds with en-suite shower. Each day housekeeping were great and provided fresh bottled water, fruit and cookies each day which was much appreciated. I’d certainly recommend the riad if you are looking for somewhere quieter to stay and a little further out of the medina. There are restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the riad which were convenient. We also paid for a Hamman and massage in the hotel, the hamman was lovely although the room quite cold. Some thought needs to be put into the area used for hamman as we were walked (unclothed) between two curtains one which weren’t fully closed and people could have seen into which wasn’t ideal. A true treasure! Just outside the main hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. It was a 10 minute walk to the main square. The hotel itself was fabulous. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We were made to feel so at home. They made a huge effort for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The pool was a refreshing 28 degrees. The rooftop terrace was lovely to relax on. Breakfast was a feast well worth making time for and was from 8-11am. Dinner has a limited menu but filling after a busy day travelling. WiFi drops out at busy times so would not be worth trying to do work there. We will definitely return.

We had the fabulous stay at Riad Ksar Anika. Located away from the hustle and bustle but walking distance within a couple of minutes. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. We had a superb massage in the Riad on the stay. The building is exceptionally beautiful and the rooms were huge. Will be returning as soon as I can.

The Riad was beautiful, quiet, serene and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, so many items and all fresh and well presented. A dip in the pool before dinner was very calming after the chaos of a day in the souks. Great place and would highly recommend.

The staff are amazing! Everyone was super friendly and very helpful! The hotel was clean. Room was spacious so was the bathroom. No kettle in the room but understandable, i asked for hot water daily to make my tea and it was never any trouble. Great location especially for taxi access. Very well decorated. Small pool, never used it. Lights in bedroom were very dim so difficult to get ready in terms of make up etc but bathroom has plenty of light. Breakfast was plentiful, you just order your drink and how you like your eggs and then sit back and watch the amazing staff serve you your breakfast. It was delicious and very filling. Take cash to convert into dihrams as the atm nearby was broken and most places in the old town area take cash only. I would definitely come back here and recommend staying here! On check out we even received a good bag (an actual bag) with breakfast, fruit, shampoo and shower-gel (x2 for both of us) which was provided in the bathroom and topped up daily! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Exceptionally clean hotel, very comfortable, wonderful staff - especially Ahmed who checked us in, was very polite and was on-hand throughout our stay to help with things. The hotel itself is very well furnished and maintained. Every corner is picture worthy. The rooms have everything you need - would have liked a dedicated iron and tea facilities, but these are provided when needed. Very clean and daily room service was done without fail. Location is within the medina - 15-20 min walk to Jemaa El Fna square, and you manage to avoid the craziness of the central area. The hotel is an oasis and highly recommended.

The staff are good, friendly, approachable and evidently hardworking. It's as good as advertised. It was adequately air-conditioned considering the intense heat outside. I have always loved the sudden change in temperature when you come from the heat into the cool Riad. If I had to mention an area of improvement I would say the bathroom in the room we stayed in was a bit outdated and the stains on the wall which can now only be removed by a refurbishment could do a whole lot good. Bathrooms without windows anywhere in the world need extra attention as they are susceptible to moisture, especially when they aren't completely tile. Lastly, the light in the dining area of the room wasn't working and the one over the bedroom was more of a disco light when you try to dim it. We didn't stay indoors for too long so that didn't bother us that much.

Really good hotel with excellent staff. A true oasis of calm in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Breakfast was very good and the staff were always friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean, nice roof terrace and refreshing pool to cool off in. Highly recommended.

The highlight of this hotel is the staff, extremely friendly and always willing to give you advice on your stay, they also surprise you with little gifts and the breakfast and free snacks and tea is excellent. My only complaint would be that the riad looks a little dated in places, cracked tiles in bathroom and some damage from aging in places as well as a faulty lamp in our room. Besides this though, we had an excellent stay.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and veey clean. The pictures do no justice. It is located in a great locatuon close to everything so you can walk everywhere no problem. The staff was some of the nicest and sweetest people and always going above and beyond to make your experience even greater. Special shoutout to Yunus for being so kind and attentive. Definitely will be staying here next time I am in Marrakech.

Lovely welcome. Staff so friendly. A beautiful Riad and huge perfectly decorated bedrooms . The whole hotel was so picturesque and beautiful , the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in . Pool was lovely . Such a nice relaxing atmosphere . Staff could not do enough for us , they were fabulous . I would definitely recommend this homely hotel . The only criticism would be there is not any air conditioning where you eat breakfast & dinner and in the seating areas so we tried not to spend much time their as was very hot ,

If I had to mention an area of improvement I would say the bathroom in the room we stayed in was a bit outdated and the stains on the wall which can now only be removed by a refurbishment could do a whole lot good. Bathrooms without windows anywhere in the world need extra attention as they are susceptible to moisture, especially when they aren't completely tile. Lastly, the light in the dining area of the room wasn't working and the one over the bedroom was more of a disco light when you try to dim it. We didn't stay indoors for too long so that didn't bother us that much.

Tout était exceptionnel ! De loin le meilleur hôtel où nous avons séjourné ! Le lieu est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses, calmes, propres. Le riad est très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et très bon, on s'est régalé ! L'équipe et leur accueil était parfait, beaucoup de petites attentions qui rendent le séjour inoubliable. Merci a toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons c'est sur! On ne peux que recommander !

Absolute world class customer service. The staff are off the scale. The most delightful we’ve encountered anywhere!! Rooms were enormous. Moroccan breakfast was fresh and generous! The negatives? Rooms require more lighting and the rooftop sundeck needs to be freshened up!!

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, and we loved it, specifically for the following: 1. The staff team are amazing and professional. We were welcomed with mint tea and a useful briefing of the area and stuff to do. The chefs were superb with their food and professional conduct. Unfortunately I don't remember most of their names, but they are all worth a mention because they were good. 2. The rooms are spacious and neat. The hotel itself looks clean and relaxing. At first glance of the outside of the riad you would think you messed up, but step in and you'll love it. Unfortunately it didn't get hot enough for us to dip in the pool (the inside of the riad is always a little cooler than the outside, therefore it has to be a pretty hot day for you to swim...but we didn't mind that at all). 3. The breakfast is lovely - variety of foodstuffs (as is synonymous with Morocco), changes at least every 2 days, and there's also free snack/lunch-like in the afternoon. Just perfect. 4. It's conveniently placed - about 15min walk from the Jemaa El-fnaa sq, close enough for an easy walk (which in itself is a tour btw), and far enough to have a peaceful stay outside the buzz of the medina. 5. Value for money - of course we can't speak on behalf of other riads, but this is definitely a good deal for the money you pay. 6. Organising your shuttle to and from the hotel - it was a smooth transition, we were collected and dropped timeously. Needless to say, we loved our stay :)

Highly recommend this place! The staff is amazing; they care about you as if you were a close relative. We arrived very early and they fed us and gave a room way before the official check-in time. On departure, they packed us a lunch and their handmade shampoo as a souvenir. Loved it. Thank you!

Five star staff all the way, so helpful and courteous, beautiful Riad, we had a large room with comfy bed. Enjoyed a Hamman-would recommend it for a new experience. Staff gave us sandwiches, fruit and some of their home made shampoo on departure, such a lovely surprise. Location was perfect.

Everything about this hotel was 5 star. The staff were ALL very professional, very courteous, very attentive and made us feel most welcome as guests. We stayed 3 nights and even when we were up at 5am they were on hand to make sure we had some refreshments and snacks to start our day. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech.

I rarely bother to write these reviews, but we had absolutely incredible service here. Staff went above and beyond- even made us a pack lunch for our trip outside the city to stay in a villa we’d previously booked. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Exceptionally clean hotel, very comfortable, wonderful staff - especially Ahmed who checked us in, was very polite and was on-hand throughout our stay to help with things. The hotel itself is very well furnished and maintained. Every corner is picture worthy. The rooms have everything you need - would have liked a dedicated iron and tea facilities, but these are provided when needed. Very clean and daily room service was done without fail. Location is within the medina - 15-20 min walk to Jemaa El Fna square, and you manage to avoid the craziness of the central area. The hotel is an oasis and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the pool area, with pool chairs and afternoon snacks. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Bedroom was very comfortable with good AC. Only downside was the walk to the Souk along a narrow dirty and busy road with lots of blind turns where you had to be quite careful to avoid the cars and bikes.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with mint tea and sweets, followed by a helpful orientation to Marrakech that really set the tone for our stay. The Riad is located inside the old city walls, in the Jewish quarter of the Medina. Yes, it’s a bit chaotic outside with mopeds, taxis, and even the occasional donkey — but that’s part of the charm and exactly why you choose to stay in the Medina. Once inside, it’s a peaceful oasis. The quiet courtyard, complete with a pool, lounge areas, pool table, and a restaurant/bar, offers a perfect retreat from the busy streets. Our room was spacious, with excellent air conditioning, a separate living room area, a refrigerator, and even a balcony overlooking the pool — a wonderful touch. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding each morning. I’d also recommend using the hotel-arranged airport transfer instead of a taxi — much smoother and more reliable. At checkout, the staff even sent us off with a delicious lunch bag for the trip home — such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, this Riad is an exceptional value for the quality of amenities and the level of service provided. We loved being inside the city walls — it made the experience truly unforgettable

On nous a présenté la ville et les us et coutumes avec un plan détaillé. nous avons pu visiter Marrakech à pied, sans aucun problème. le riad est situé juste a côté du palais Bahia, et à 15/30 min de la grand place principale. Fantastic stay. We had such a good time and the staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived until the time we left everyone was so accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were perfect. Great location too, it was just on the outskirts of the Medina so taxis could get there. It was a 10 min walk to the souks and palace.

Great place to stay, amazing staff and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The place is a few minutes off the beaten path, which we liked as it's quieter; a short 5-10 minute walk outs you in the action and bustle of the markets.

This Riad is located beside the Bahia Palace, but to be honest, its location is not the best. To get to the Palace, the Medina, or anywhere else, you have to walk some pretty narrow streets with traffic. It is not for the faint-hearted. The property itself is nice, but the staff is amazing; they could not be more helpful. Our room was spacious and well kept, the bed was comfortable (if noisy), the shower was not the best, you had to run the water for 5-10 mins to get hot and the pressure was low at peak times. Breakfast was lovely and again the service was first-class. They arranged our airport transfers (for a reasonable cost) and gave us a gift and a packed lunch on departure.

Excellent service above all. Right from the moment youbwnter, they will treat you royally. Don't miss their mint tea.They will go above and beyond to help the customer. Location is very convenient. Very near to medina and the square. Breakfast served was good, and decent options for vegetarians. couple of minor issues were slow water drain in shower, and uncomfortable pillows. Overall, I would definately stay here again.

Lovely welcome. Staff so friendly. A beautiful Riad and huge perfectly decorated bedrooms . The whole hotel was so picturesque and beautiful , the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in . Pool was lovely . Such a nice relaxing atmosphere . Staff could not do enough for us , they were fabulous . I would definitely recommend this homely hotel . The only criticism would be there is not any air conditioning where you eat breakfast & dinner and in the seating areas so we tried not to spend much time their as was very hot ,

Lovely Riad. Close to Palais Bahia. Great staff. So helpful and kind. Went out of their way to celebrate my daughter’s birthday when we were there. Beautiful inside. Lovely roof top terrace. Pool looked lovely but didn’t use it. No alcohol. No tea/coffee maker in the bedroom. Breakfast was so good! Loved the food and the very good suggestions. Great Atlas trip. We also enjoyed the nearby Culinary Museum for a fabulous cooking class. Nicely located to easily walk into souks but a peaceful paradise to step back from hectic pace of a souk experience. Would absolutely recommend Anika!!!

They really could not help anymore & nicectoych leaving with a small gift. Breakfast was like a banquet - really good and set you up for the day. They were happy to pack some if you were heading out on a tour to take with you. Rooms spacious & comfortable. No noise issues and a good location to walk anywhere. Internet perfect too. A true treasure! Just outside the main hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. It was a 10 minute walk to the main square. The hotel itself was fabulous. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We were made to feel so at home. They made a huge effort for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The pool was a refreshing 28 degrees. The rooftop terrace was lovely to relax on. Breakfast was a feast well worth making time for and was from 8-11am. Dinner has a limited menu but filling after a busy day travelling. WiFi drops out at busy times so would not be worth trying to do work there. We will definitely return.

The Riad was beautiful, quiet, serene and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, so many items and all fresh and well presented. A dip in the pool before dinner was very calming after the chaos of a day in the souks. Great place and would highly recommend.

The Ksar Anika is a wonderful property. We stayed four nights and loved our time there. The breakfasts were very good. The dinners reasonable and shareable with lots of food. The room we had was very large and the air conditioning kept it cool. The location of the Riad is walkable to the market and other sites. Can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed the property. A must stay!

The room we had was very large and the air conditioning kept it cool. The location of the Riad is walkable to the market and other sites. Can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed the property. A must stay!

They treated us like royalty! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well as very kind. It had a pool, which was a blessing in Marrakech since it got so hot. Their breakfast was also amazing, specially their omelette with lamb! Could not recommend a place enough

Amazing riad. Gorgeous property. Our room was spacious. Super clean. Great pool. Awesome breakfast. The service was out of this world. They will do anything and everything to make you comfortable and enjoy your stay. Close to all the souks/medina. You’re in the middle of it here. Marrakech and the area is extremely safe, despite your first impression. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect stay if you’re looking for a comfortable place that’s close to the centre but away from the noise. It’s a bit of a walk from the centre - about 10-15mins but it’s not too bad. The pool is really nice to cool off in. The staff are probably the best part of this hotel - every single one of them go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. The only small thing we would ask is stronger A/Cs. Apart from that, would recommend to anyone!
