Excelente hotel , muy buena atención a cliente , todo muy bien . Lo único negativo que no me gustó es que no pude disfrutar de alberca o jacuzzi porque el hotel deja entrar gente externa con un brazalete que no son huéspedes que pagan por el día . Mientras nosotros de huéspedes no pudimos relajarnos porque estaba lleno y el aérea es pequeña . Muy buena atención a cliente muy amables

Valet is very bad. The cars are park far away and something’s the valet people are not even there. The last night I stayed they change our sheets and they had mildew smell which was very hard for me to sleep since u am allergic. After I complained the receptionist told me is very hard to believe because they check everything so carful. Instead of being nice to me. Any reason for me to lie? My husband fell coming outside de jacuzzi cut and cut himself. The place is nice but is not well taking care of.

The hotel is new, and its design and architecture are outstanding. Located right next to a shopping mall that connects to it thru the elevator. Is close to everything, dinning, nightlife, Chipinque, etc. I love the conference rooms, gym, lobby and pool terrace. The staff service has to improve. The night I arrived it was around 11pm so the front desk was not busy at all, well the young man there did not acknowledged me nor said hello and after waiting more than 5 minutes he finally gave me my room key. The food at restaurant took 40 minutes to be served and it was the wrong order, the drinks at the bar took around 25-30 minutes to be served. My room and the room of the other 3 people that traveled with me was not cleaned after 2pm one of the days we stayed there. And I find this very disappointing since the Hilton brand has very high standards but in this particular place did not reach my expectatives. The only people that gave me the service I expected were the Valet men (the older ones) so maybe you should focus on hiring older people that take their jobs more seriously. I will probably stay there again but will be because of the first stuff I mentioned, not for the staff.

Carpet had some weird smells when arrived. Shower took forever to produce warm/hot water so we had to deal with cold showers Restaurant don’t write down orders and constantly forgot or provided wrong meals. For the type of rates they have we were not expecting this many incidents.

Llegué aprox 11:30 am y me dijeron que ya tenían la habitación lista pero que no era posible que me la dieran porque me tendrían que cobrar media renta. Que si tenia Hilton Honors me hacían el 50% de ese cobro. Nunca, en ningún hotel en el mundo me había pasado eso. Me parece absurdo que aunque la habitación ya estuviera lista y eran casi las 12 del día, un hotel de esa « supuesta « categoría no te de la habitación como una especie de cortesía de servicio. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy lindas, pero no volveré jamás!
