Beautiful property, professional and knowledgeable staff, and easy to find from the main town, just make sure to have a rental car/ATV to get around the island! The private pool and patio can’t be beat! Don’t hesitate to book!

If you're looking for the perfect boutique hotel, look no further! Adonis, Tina, and staff were just amazing and really made my week-long stay special.. Brand new hotel, perfect rooms, and private pools with sea view from half a km away.. The wonders of Milos definitely captured my heart, and I will stay at Civitas on my next visit for sure!

The property is stunning. And you feel special because there are only 6 units there. The individual pools outside of each room are a special feature to savor, not to mention the stunning views of Milos. Due to a transportation delay, we did not arrive until after 1 a.m., and there was Adonis, waiting for us, offering us welcome drinks and charming hospitality. This is an amazing place. You can't go wrong!!

We loved our stay in Milos at Civitas. The suite was very comfortable with great amenities, especially the private pool with a great view over the main town Adamas and the harbour. The staff are incredibly kind and had great communication in the days before and during our stay, and they provide a great breakfast each morning. The location is very central on the island - a short drive to the main town and 10-15 minutes to most of the popular beaches. We look forward to staying again.

Civitas Milos exceeded our expectations! The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and the private plunge pool was a perfect touch. The location is convenient for exploring, though not walkable, so an ATV or car is best. I would recommend utilizing the rental company suggested by Civitas, as we had a terrible experience with the Avis/Budget rental agency on the island. One note of caution—the tile, especially on the patio, is very slippery when wet, so take care getting out of the plunge pool. Otherwise, everything was flawless—highly recommend!

This is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Truly nothing can compare to the private patio with a pool. We spent every afternoon here and it was quiet and peaceful. We cannot say enough good things about the staff at Civitas. They made us feel extremely welcome and were kind and helpful. We loved the breakfast each morning which had fresh pastries and delicious Greek yogurt. It was really a treat for us to stay here and we would absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves in Milos in the future. It’s absolutely worth what you pay for!

Evita (receptionist) was very accommodating and provided suggestions for things to do around the island. I would come back in a heartbeat!

The staff were outstanding, very kind, very accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile for us - even going as far to get a booking for a seemingly booked out restaurant same evening. Their hospitality is great and really authentic, coming out to greet us every single time we arrived. This was a really nice touch. So big thank you to Adonis, Evita (sorry for my spelling) and the rest of the team for the top top stay. Everything is super clean and the room is really premium. They clean the pools every day which is also nice. Such a nice view from the pool as well. This resort was better than some 5* hotels I have been too.

This property has the best staff and customer service I have experienced in my life. Adonis made us feel right at home for our 3 night stay. He helped us plan our activities in regards to weather and distance by showing us a map and suggesting best times to do each activity. He even helped us with our car rental and restaurant reservations. The complementary breakfast was a nice touch and the staff prepared us any coffee of our choice. The hotel itself is so beautiful and tranquil. Very clean, private, and spacious. We made sure to spend enough time in the hotel; ordering wine and enjoying the pool.

The property has very unique and beautiful design. The cleaning service was the best we ever see. The only thing is the property in the middle of the island so will need to rent a car or organize transfer before going to any place.

The service was fantastic—everyone was so attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. But what really made the experience stand out were the three brothers who own the hotel. They made us feel so welcome, like we were staying with family. Their warmth and genuine care made the whole trip unforgettable. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you want a truly special stay in Milos, this is it.

I travel a lot and in many countries. Civitas Milos is an exceptional property and value. The stay was very comfortable. The property is quite new ~1 yr. It was like a new house as they maintain it very well. Upon arrival we were greeted and helped with our baggage as you would be at a 5 star hotel. At the reception, we were provided insight into the opportunities on Milos as well as recommendations. Assistance in making arrangements was offered as well. In the room refreshments were provided: coffee, water and coke. It is a small hotel and so it is quite private. There is a morning breakfast where you can have coffee and light nourishment which is perfect for a day at the beach. We were very happy with the amenities as well as the housekeeping. Highly recommended!

Superb property in a fantastic condition. Away from the centre of town, extremely peaceful location and each room offers great privacy. All members of staff provided the most premium level of hospitality, Konstantina in particular went above and beyond to ensure our stay was stress free, seamless and memorable. You will need to hire a vehicle to really enjoy your time in Milos as this property is more remote than others. Thank you to Civitas Milos and the team for an incredible experience. I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Milos. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was centrally located, well maintained, and cared for. The staff was very polite and informative. They were also eager to offer suggestions and checked on us daily to ensure we were doing well. It was a great stay and we really enjoyed our time on the island.

Great stay with views of the bay. Friendly staff who helped arrange for car rental and in room massage therapy. Not walking distance but drives are short distance (10-15 minutes away). Road conditions vary around the island and very narrow at some parts but having a car is a must as the island isn’t really walkable or pedestrian friendly. Would stay there again if visiting Milos.

Honestly I can’t say enough good things about Civitas. Only about a 5 min drive from the Port. 1.5 mile run. Tina, Adonnis, Alex and the whole staff was fantastic. Above and beyond service. Anything we needed they took care of. If you are on the fence because there are only 10 reviews.. Book it! You will not be disappointed. Probably the best overall experience I’ve ever had traveling! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

We had an exceptional stay at Civitas! We stayed here for 6 days and we absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back!! This hotel is so beautiful!! It was everything we imagined from the photos. The staff are all wonderful and so helpful! The breakfast every morning is lovely and they make excellent cappuccinos. The pool and room is so amazing that you will just want to stay there the whole day. We’ve had other private pools in Santorini but loved this one more. The area is very central and quick access to all the popular spots like sarakiniko beach, klima, plaka, adamas etc. There is an adorable cat on their property as well named civi that will hopefully greet you at breakfast. This hotel was absolutely a highlight of our entire trip to Greece and we highly recommend that you stay here. You will be so happy that you did! ❤️
