The checkin and checkout was smooth. The room was adequate for 3 adults and 2 small children. I came at night and there was no parking, one of the staff members moved his car to make way. Beware that it is a small car park and spaces are very small. So big cars will have a problem. There is a paid car park a little further down if you need to park wit bigger space, I think it was £2/night. The area is right in front of shops and pubs. Got noisy at night for a brief while but tolerable. The price is reasonable and the staff service is excellent. Cons: very limited breakfast option. Just beans and scrambled eggs for non-meat eaters. Other branches have atleast hash browns as addition. Rest of the breakfast was similar to what the other HI Express have.

Excellent room - well laid out and welcoming. Shower facilities very good for the time we were there. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Staircases were a little quirky but lifts available if required. Only negative - access to parking facilities from the front very narrow. There is access from the rear but you do have to know where it is.

We enjoyed our stay. Even though the rooms were very small but that was my mistake. Should have checked before booking. The hotel staff was EXCELLENT and very helpful with everything. Parking is super tough with tight spots but there are parking lots right outside the property so no issues at all.

We stayed for just 1 night, arrived early, and getting early check-in was no problem. very friendly check-in and very helpful. super clean hotel and excellent breakfast. The car park behind the hotel is so little hard to find at first but take the right turn before the high street and it's there!

We were only there for 1 night visiting family, but were very impressed. the room was well appointed and very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It is well situated for eating out and taxis are just across the road. Very well maintained and decorated, looks like new. Reception very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very efficient and polite. The hotel breakfast was excellent and so are the facilities in the room. Having a walk in shower is safer for those who have difficulties in their mobility. Everywhere is exceptionally clean and although this hotel has only been open a year and you would expect that, I do believe the owners will maintain this very high standard of cleanliness.

Fabulous hotel, the staff really helpful and the breakfast was free and plentiful. The rooms are to a high standard, however if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night you may wish to request a room at the back of the hotel as we were on the front and it was really noisy with the pub kicking out at 2 am in the morning. Quite funny watching, everybody staggering around in the middle of the road acting like numpties, but not great for noise levels. Parking free and loads of it. Will definitely stay again!

The bed was huge and came with a choice of pillows. No external/interior noise at the hotel. Ample breakfast with plenty of food options. I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel.

We had a room with an accessible bathroom, which we had requested. We have frequently stayed at this hotel before. However yesterday the hotel's wifi was not working, stopping and starting constantly. We also had an issue with a flickering wall light in the room. When I reported this to Reception, the member of staff virtually accused me of lying! "All our wifi and lights are working correctly," Unfortunately, my partner developed a sore eye in the early hours of this morning. Dil, the security guard was very helpful, he searched the first aid kit and then organised a taxi to get me to the nearest Tesco for Optrex and back.

I love this hotel. The room is clean and very nice. There is a big TV with my name on it. “Welcome Ms. Xxx…” All staff are super nice. The young lady at the breakfast service area is very, polite, warm and she is always there when I need help. I especially want to mention that their Duty Manage is super helpful. I hope that I did not misspell his name -Prakash. He helped me with quite a few thing in a effluent & very professional way, including calling Taxi driver quoting the costs and time needed for going to airport.

Having been an IHG member for many years My wife and I feel the best ever property stayed at is this one in Fleet. I would fully recommend this hotel. It is going to be hard to find one which would beat this from management to younger staff such as Rejwan Hussain, meticulously working in the dining room, excelling in keeping it tidy and clean and a continuous smile for customers. Well done. It was lovely to see such dedication, something now lost in many hotels we have been in but we recommend Fleet Holiday Inn as one of the best. Many thanks.

The checkin and checkout was smooth. The room was adequate for 3 adults and 2 small children. I came at night and there was no parking, one of the staff members moved his car to make way. Beware that it is a small car park and spaces are very small. So big cars will have a problem. There is a paid car park a little further down if you need to park wit bigger space, I think it was £2/night. The area is right in front of shops and pubs. Got noisy at night for a brief while but tolerable. The price is reasonable and the staff service is excellent. Cons: very limited breakfast option. Just beans and scrambled eggs for non-meat eaters. Other branches have atleast hash browns as addition. Rest of the breakfast was similar to what the other HI Express have.

Great hotel that is in a good location in the town. Lots of pubs nearby. Car park can be accessed from the front in the town by a narrow road which is fine or can be accessed from the rear. Fabulous hotel, the staff really helpful and the breakfast was free and plentiful. The rooms are to a high standard, however if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night you may wish to request a room at the back of the hotel as we were on the front and it was really noisy with the pub kicking out at 2 am in the morning. Quite funny watching, everybody staggering around in the middle of the road acting like numpties, but not great for noise levels. Parking free and loads of it. Will definitely stay again!

Stayed for one night on our way to Southampton. Hotel modern & clean & in good central location with plenty of eating outlets. Staff very welcoming & efficient. Good buffet-style breakfast was included in the price. Would definitely recommend for an overnight/business stay.

Location is near the shopping area and within walking distance to the train station. Service is good. Room is clean and quiet. Areas of improvement include to replace new cups and replenish teabags every day for stay for more than 1 day.

Great modern hotel. Clean comfortable room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was what you’d expect. Wish they’d have proper orange juice though, on e of my pet hates with Holiday Inn Express.

Great place to stay … would definitely re-book. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were comfortable, towels were great - not often you get a bath sheet! Breakfast was good - lots of options.

Excellent room - well laid out and welcoming. Shower facilities very good for the time we were there. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Staircases were a little quirky but lifts available if required. Only negative - access to parking facilities from the front very narrow. There is access from the rear but you do have to know where it is.

This Hotel was First Class!! The Team here are second to non and really know how to make you feel like a valued Guest. From Check-in to Departure we were made to feel so Welcome. Buffet Breakfast was also Excellent. Car Parking is first come first served so bear this in mind.
