El acceso del estacionamiento al hotel fatal, no hay indicaciones y anda uno con las maletas por el centro comercial y las tiendas buscando llegar al lobby del hotel

Lindo hotel con excelente ubicación. Buen gimnasio, el desayuno es rico y basto.

Muy amable el personal del hotel y la ubicación es excelente. Lo único fue el costo del estacionamiento que se me hizo un poco excesivo.

No tiene estacionamiento , tienes que usar uno que te cobran 120 pesos diarios, aparte que no te lo dicen al momento de la reserva

The hotel smells a little awkward , it has a great terrace in wich a pool or jacuzzi would be great! That is the only thing missing ! The rest of the propriety is wonderful.

Excellent customer service from the entire staff. Excellent location. Property is clean, nice. Wish there’s a pool though and a sauna as added amenities.

Reserve para mi hija,.. todo excelente. Segun yo si hay alberca en el hotel, pero mi hija pregunto donde estaba la alberca y le dijeron que no hay. Fuera de eso, todo excelente, muy bonito hotel y ubicacion excelente. Gracias!

Excelente en general. Un inconveniente importante: durante toda la estancia NO HUBO AGUA CALIENTE EN EL BAÑO. El empleado de la recepción me dió como razón el que tenían una falla en "una tubería"

las toallas viejas y desgastadas, la limpieza de la habitación muy regular, baño y paredes salpicados y sucios. El resto muy bien

The location is very good and convenient. The property is brand new, but it has some water-drainage problems in the terrace. It started to rain and water from the terrace was getting into our room, through a leak from the room's ceiling. Fortunately, our stuff did not get wet. My complaint is with house kipping. When we went to our room to get our stuff in, there were hairs in several areas of the room including the bathroom. I was under the impression that they had not cleaned the flooring at all. After the ceiling leak we were transferred to another room and again there were hairs everywhere. Somebody needs to supervise house kipping. When we reported the incident at the front desk they did not even apologize or say anything other than it was going to be reported.

El hotel esta bien ubicado y tiene muchas opciones al rededor de servicios y comida. El baño podría haber estado más limpio. Comentamos al personal que la regadera tenía moho negro en el techo y que no servía el segundo cabezal. Espero lo hayan arreglado.

The rooms were very small. No room for your clothes, only had two small drawers. It’s classified as a hotel for business travel. Not too family friendly. Restaurant is under staffed, especially for breakfast. Very unwelcoming. The hotel looks very nice and elegant, but needs help in the service portion.

El hotel es moderno y bonito. Pero el sábado a la noche tenían una fiesta en el roof-top, con música muy fuerte que se escuchaba claramente en las habitaciones. Duró hasta la madrugada. Imposible dormir bien así.

El hotel esta nuevo y muy bien pero los servicios son bastante malos: - Wifi, terrible, imposible trabajar desde el hotel, las videollamadas se cortaban y hasta bajar correos fue complejo - Restaurante / desayuno, de muy baja calidad y nivel, no recomendable para negocios.

When I arrived the hotel, they told me that the Wi-Fi in rooms were broken. Three days later, till I checked out, the problem hadn’t been resolved! And I am businessman who need working online and having online meetings a lot! So, how can I trust this hotel again?! I will not try this again in the future.

Location is very nice. Rooms are not very isolated and we were able to hear the conversation of next room.

Location is excellent. However, in the 2 nights we stayed, we were not able to sleep, room face the back of the hotel and every night at 3:00am a trailer park to unload. I understand they are working - but can reschedule delivery time. I did not have hot water. I rented 5 rooms - business other visitors and 2 of them with similar comments.

The staff was courteous but we did not enjoy the stay because the room that gave us was next to a big machine that made noise at night and did not let us sleep. Plus, we requested a room with a view and our view was just the big machine. No scenery at all. Would not stay there again.

This hotel is very modern, clean, new, BUT YOU CANNOT REST. FIRST MORNING. the cleaning lady knocks in EVERY room multiple times very hard and yells “LAVANDERIA” at 7 am on a Saturday. Of course I complained, they said that they don’t do it in rooms that have the do not disturb sign. But it wakes you up anyways. After that, every single person that closed their door, can be heard it slams very hard, and the room seems tonhave ultra thin doors. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The same, the noise in the hallway, can be very much heard in my room. Phone conversations, people greeting others, people telling someone else to hurry, or see you in the elevator. It seems like they are doing it inside your room. Saturday night, there was a wedding on the rooftop, so drunk people where all night and dawn stumbling on the halls shouting, no security whatsoever. The location is excellent, it could have been the perfect hotel, but the noise, and the slamming doors, I heard the telephone conversations, from the people netx to my room and also of two people that stepped outside their room. As id they, were sitting next to me. Stay there if you are the kind of person that sleeps through everything. If not I simply do not recommend, eve if it has one of the best locations in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Monterrey, NL

Excelente opción por ubicación e instalaciones... El trato y servicio fueron excepcionales.

Desde el momento de llegada la atencion fue de primera, el recepcionista me ofrecio inmediatamente un bebida, me informo con tiempo de algunos costos extras como el estacionamiento, los camareros estuvieron al pendiente de nuestras necesidades adicionales tales como almohada, toallas, el servicio al cuarto fue cortes y rapido. Los meseros en el restaurante muy atentos. Los alimentos de excelente calidad y variados El valor Calidad-Costo lo valio Muy recomendable y mi primera opcion en mi proximo viaje.

Great hotel and staff are superior. Our car broke down and one of the hotel staff came down to the parking lot to help us resolve. Cost him a few hours of his time but he did it all with a smile. Would definitely stay here again.

Deben tener más cuidado con los olores en las habitaciones, y cuando les soliciten también alguna habitación en otro piso que la den y no se tomen personal los comentarios que se hacen ya que ese hotel en específico ha tenido varias deficiencias, sobre todo en agua. También. Es molesto que la llave del hotel la desactiven a las 10:30 hrs cuando la salida es a las 12:00 del día. Y también que tengan cuidado con el desayuno que ofrecen porque la calidad era deficiente, la atención pésima, no hubo quien se acercara a preguntarme si necesitaba algo. Solo fueron para decirme en que habitación estaba hospedado , y cuiden mucho la limpieza porque me tocó ver cucarachas chiquitas en el asiento del restaurante, mejor me retiré y me fui a desayunar a un lugar bueno.

La recepción estaba llena, la chica atendía lo más rápido posible pero estaba ella sola, tal vez los fines de semana estaría bien alguien más de apoyo

Deje un porta celulares en el gimnasio y se lo robaron, me acerque con la chica del front desk y fue pesima su atención. Tuvo que ser hasta la 3era vez que logre comunicarme con la gerente y pues el daño ya estaba hecho.

I didn’t like how the workers at the desk did their service, when we arrived we saw how they were treating other people offering things just like water or just paying attention to them and when it was our turn they didn’t do the same with us, that was my only inconvenience.

Me parece excelente ubicación, caminando encuentras muy buenos restaurantes de comida Española, japonesa, mariscos, tacos, panadería, cafeterías de muy buena calidad..

El hotel se encuentra ubicado cerca de hospitales, farmacias, restaurantes, y agradables centros comerciales los cuales visitar durante la estadía. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y limpias. Todo me pareció agradable.

Hotel moderno, bien ubicado. Le empieza a faltar mantenimiento. La caja fuerte no servía y sentimos que el AC tampoco jalaba bien. No enfriaba lo suficiente. El desayuno estaba bien aunque el servicio de meseros regular. Se tardaban mucho en traer la comida y bebidas.

El hotel en general muy bien pero el desayuno muy malo. Un dia nos dijeron que no había huevos.

En general todo muy bien. Solo pondría yo una incoformidad: el desayuno caliente a la carta que ofrecen esta muy limitado, solo te dan 3 o 4 opciones y le falta calidad. Falta un buen cocinero, algo tan simple como unos huevos con tocino, no estaban buenos.

El menu no es variado

Es notable que el lugar es nuevo así es que las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. El personal es muy amable y accesible. ¡El desayuno es buenísimo! Muy contenta de haber elegido este lugar; definitivamente regresaré.
