Once I was in the hotel it was great. I am very glad the hotel gave me specific directions on how to get into the hotel because I would have had a hard time finding it otherwise. The hotel entrance is through a door on the street into a kind of dodgy looking hallway and stairs. There is no lift to the second floor and then just a small sign indicating the hotel entrance, which is locked. The staff person at the desk was extremely cordial and helpful, and the room was spacious, modern, and clean. My only suggestion would be to add a waste basket to the room in addition to the tiny one in the bathroom.

This place was nice enough once we got there. Had to haul our bags up 4 flights of stairs. The room was modern but bad layout. It seemed compared to other places that they just wanted the money and give the guests as little as possible.

Very professional & kind staff, helped me via text to find parking and communicated well about check in. Modern, well appointed room overlooking the National Theater. Easy walk to several restaurants and sights. Parking was in the "Delta" public lot about one city block away. There are a couple flights of stairs to get up to the hotel, but well lit and safe.

But in a beautiful old building with extremely clean beautifully renovated rooms. Located right on the central square old town and with a huge farmer’s market daily just one street away and the marina a few blocks.

The room was very nice. It is definitely more of a place for couples, than friends. The concierge was very friendly and offered us welcome shots! The location was a little challenging to find and you enter through a larger building and climb 2 long staircases up to a floor, which is reserved for guest rooms. There is no elevator and we would not recommend for elderly or people with mobility problems. Overall, location was very central. Coffee and juice the next morning at the adjoining cafe, was nice. Overall, a good stay- just be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs!

Beautiful, newer hotel (5yr old) with all the expected amenities and a few extra! Friendly, helpful staff and easy check in/out. Lots of dining options within steps and the old town was within walkable distance. Avoid if steps are an issue as hotel is up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was so clean and modern. The woman at the front desk spoke fluent English and was very kind. The location is great as well, near so many restaurants, making to easy walking about to explore the city. If I am ever in Rijeka again I will certainly stay here.

We had such a wonderful stay here, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Great location and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very modern and clean.

Appartement très propre et tranquille. Pas d’ascenseur. Près de tout, tout se fait à pied. Personnel super gentil, on nous a bien conseillé pour les visites. Manque une machine à café mais on peut descendre au café en bas pour un café gratuit! Bon séjour.

This is a great place. 3rd floor large windows opening onto the pedestrian street and a glimpse of the harbour. Amy at reception was exceptional. Complimentary coffee, juice, and pastry from the Teatro Lounge in morning was a nice touch.

Their staff were excellent. Nina helped us to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs upon check-in. Vlatka assisted us in check-out and offered to help us with the luggage. Vlatka was very patient and highly professional in explaining the problems with the wifi in our room. She was able to get technical help the next day to fix it. She also assisted me in paying for the car parking. It was very pleasant stay because of the staff. Be aware that the suites are inside a 19th century building which has no elevator. The building door is very old and heavy.

The staff was fantastic. It was all very newly renovated and so charming . The location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It did have many steps which may not work for elderly or disabled, however staff carried luggage for us. They were wonderful and I definitely enjoy this place again !

A great hotel in central Rijeka, with wonderful staff --so kind and helpful with the early check-in and with transfer to a different room when we extended our stay by one day. Thanks a lot! (Older people with reduced mobility may want to be aware that this hotel is on the 2nd floor of an older building and there is no elevator.)

We were greeted so warmly by Vldka and found the location conveniently located very close to the daily market and there is cocktail bar directly below where we had the light breakfast (coffee or tea, freshly pressed orange juice and mini-croissants). The location is close to the harbour from where our bike cruise departed. It is about 10 minute walk to the main shopping street.

This is a great place. 3rd floor large windows opening onto the pedestrian street and a glimpse of the harbour. Amy at reception was exceptional. Complimentary coffee, juice, and pastry from the Teatro Lounge in morning was a nice touch.

This was a tastefully updated boutique room in a great location! Dining and shopping were within easy walking distance. We especially enjoyed our receptionist who checked us in on time and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. She was welcoming and very helpful. We also had complimentary fresh orange juice, coffee, tea and croissants with honey in the morning. We enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable room!

What an absolute gem! Tucked away and simply gorgeous. All the amenities for a wonderful night's stay. Great communication with staff. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Delicious food options just a few steps away. Easy and inexpensive parking close by. Would definitely highly recommend!

We were greeted so warmly by Vldka and found the location conveniently located very close to the daily market and there is cocktail bar directly below where we had the light breakfast (coffee or tea, freshly pressed orange juice and mini-croissants). The location is close to the harbour from where our bike cruise departed. It is about 10 minute walk to the main shopping street.

The room was very nice. It is definitely more of a place for couples, than friends. The concierge was very friendly and offered us welcome shots! The location was a little challenging to find and you enter through a larger building and climb 2 long staircases up to a floor, which is reserved for guest rooms. There is no elevator and we would not recommend for elderly or people with mobility problems. Overall, location was very central. Coffee and juice the next morning at the adjoining cafe, was nice. Overall, a good stay- just be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs!

Beautiful, newer hotel (5yr old) with all the expected amenities and a few extra! Friendly, helpful staff and easy check in/out. Lots of dining options within steps and the old town was within walkable distance. Avoid if steps are an issue as hotel is up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator.

We had the deluxe room which was large with an additional living area and terrace, and everything was very clean. Was easy to stop in front when we arrived to take our luggage out of car before parking it very nearby. The walking distance to the old town was okay, but it was raining so we took the car and was able to easily find pay parking at the port. We travelled the first week of June so it wasn’t as busy as later in the month would likely be. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful. I would book here again.

Lovely location, staff friendly and helpful, parking lot short walk away, no breakfast but restaurant next door (Kings Caffe) was wonderful. Only negative, no plug near mirror. Super convenient to "old town" area and waterfront.

We were impressed! The room was spacious, very clean and modern, The host , I think her name was Ivonne, was super nice and helpful, We forgot some stuff when we left and she called to let us know so we can go back and pick them up, We are very thankful for that, We will recommend this place any time, The location is quite nice as well
