Everton Park Hotel

On checkin advised we were too early by an hour. We were sent to another area for check in but returned to the same place to check-in. Apparently that bloke has worked there for 2 years! Undergoing renovation Restaurant closed No water for more than 6 hour on one day- unable to shower or flush the toilet or obtain drinking water. Daily noise from 0630hrs... workman, drilling, digging, gardening, blowers! AC substandard. No contact with any staff except cleaning staff. Expedia did not advise of renovations restaurant was closed. No mention of this on checkin. No apologies! Unacceptable!!

Room was well equipped for our 2 night stay. Will be a great place when Tavern reopens.

We arrived thinking that there was a playground and restaurant and cafe. The play ground was demolished and no restaurant to be seen. It was horrible for us to be crammed in the tiny room with young children who were excited to go and play at the play area. Only picked it for that particular reason.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a 70th birthday. The updated room was lovely. Had the quietest AC I've ever encountered which was great! The bathroom facilities were excellent! Undercover parking right outside the room door. The bar had meals on offer. The staff we interacted with were really nice and helpful. Good spot located near where we had to go.

Clean and tidy. There is a restaurant and bottle shop onsite. A little far from the city if you don't have a car. Half hour taxi ride to the airport.

Comfortable beds and everything we needed for our week stay. Good location, easy to get around and dedicated parking spot. Food in the bistro was excellent, big meals, delicious and well priced.

Easy parking, clean basic accomodation, good welcome pack, some noise from adjacent play area after school hours, good value for money. Bar and restaurant facilities looked good but I was too tired to use them after a long flight.

Property was under renovations hence the good rating otherwise it would have been excellent. Hotel room was very clean, big bed, big tv and shower. Dinner and beer on the deck was very enjoyable. Close to Prince Charles Hospital.

Very clean accommodation at a reasonable cost ☺️ staff member was very helpful and although dining area was under renovation, was very happy to recommend Cafe 63 nearby which was excellent 👍 great affordable accommodation, do yourself a favour and check it out

Tv in room did not work, the bench under the tv was not cleaned, the bin in the bathroom was not empty and it had sanitary items in it.

I arrived at this hotel and entered my room, only to find dirty black hairs in the bed and in the bathroom sink, also on the ground of the bathroom. The noise from the pub/playground went on until midnight. There was rubbish everywhere outside my apartment door and in the parking bays and not mention it was not just “rubbish” it was filthy broken plastic cups/glass and cigarette butts. The food was not worth the money. Would not recommend this hotel.

It was a tidy and clean room, but we didnt have enough toliet paper, it was very noisy outside and the bins outside were overfilling and smelt

Room was recently renovated and excellent and has free Wifi and great parking.Beds and pillows comfortable. Very slow check in(20 minutes as had 1 other person in front ?.) The temporary signage for direction to the check in was not clear ( Go to sports bar rather than just an arrow may have been more useful !! ) . The outside light above our entry door was very bright and shone through the front window despite the curtains.

Clean comfortable room. Good undercover parking. air conditioning worked well. Location excellent. Limited natural lighting in room. No tissues in the room. No real complaints.

The motel room was nicely renovated and the stay was very comfortable. You can park at the door which was so convenient. Quiet area. A supermarket and some shops next door. A short drive to Everton park dining area.

Well priced accommodation, easy free parking, and loved the bathroom particularly. A nice looking room with comfy mattresses and pillows.

Bed could be better & air conditioner needs a service, better choice of tea The bathroom is great, the shower is the best we have found in motels

Aircon wasn’t working, because all rooms were booked out we couldn’t change rooms. Manager was so accommodating that they offered free dinner for 2x nights. Food was delicious!!!

Was disappointed in the lack of interest from all reception staff aside from Jack. We specifically asked 3 times if we could have a chair for the shower for my wife as she is disabled and nobody bothered to help or follow through on what was discussed.

At checkin I was ignored by a lady at the desk. I then had to pop my head around in front of her so the male could talk to me. I said I was here to check in and he said it was the lunch break so he would call someone. I waited in the playground area and an albeit polite guy started the check in outside. He didn’t know if I’d paid or not (I hadn’t) so off he went again. Then came back with my key and asked if I k ew where the room was. I have never been here before so he showed me and left me to it. On entering the room, there was hair on the toilet lid. Then noticed a tshirt sticker on one of the bedside tables obviously from the previous guest. When plugging my phone charger in on the other side, there was rubbish behind that bedside table. Our last night there I had a sick toddler so could not leave the room. I tried to order food from the bistro to be delivered to my room but their app they have promoted and plastered all throughout the facility, did not work. I tried calling the restaurant 3 times with no answer. So I ordered through Uber eats. The food arrived via a car (cooked and delivered to the same site?!!) Whilst it was palatable, it was stone cold. The staff throughout all seem to wish they were elsewhere. It’s a shame as the actual facility as a whole is great, with having a motel, bistro, playground etc all on the one site, and shops a short 5 min walk

called before booking via 3rd party and was told there was a room. i then booked and was heading to the apartment from work and got a call at 5pm saying we dont have a room. the soltuion was to stay alternatively and that everton park hotel would issue a refund to pay for the new one and also that they would cover the price difference and i would also recieve a dinner voucher for the stuff around. i recieved the refund over a week later and only recieved the price difference for hotel but via a gift card, i dont know how i was supposed to use a food gift card to pay for a new hotel. i have repeatedly been trying to contact the manager whom i was in discussions with but have not had a single phone call returned.

The Everton Park hotel is extremely well located if a trip to the North West Private Hospital is needed. The motel room was great, the food in the hotel was nice and the staff were excellent. We were even able to have a late checkout until midday to accommodate my check in time for the hospital. 🤗

A good little motel. Staff friendly and welcoming. I would go back just for the pizza!

Rang the Hotel (10.37am) to try to book in early check in due to a change in our itinerary. Checked in just before 2pm and still hadn't heard back from hotel, and seemed to me that checking in early was a bit of a hassle. Apart from that, not too bad.

This hotel has it all. Nice clean newly renovated rooms. It also has a nice restaurant, a gaming bar & a sports bar. It is in a nice safe area with a small street mall nearby. The only detractor is it is a fair ways from the city center where most of the city attractions & pick up spots for day trips are

The Everton Park hotel is extremely well located if a trip to the North West Private Hospital is needed. The motel room was great, the food in the hotel was nice and the staff were excellent. We were even able to have a late checkout until midday to accommodate my check in time for the hospital. 🤗

Two night stay whilst attending the nearby North West Hospital, which is a short walk away. Convenient location with Woolworths shopping centre next door. Rooms are basic motel style but comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food in the pub is very good.

The room was very clean. We booked through Hotels.com and was advised there was only one night available. The reception advised there was more nights available had we booked direct. The bistro has great food. Staff were nice and friendly. Great location

Very very busy on the day of our stay...unable to get a table for dinner in the main area, only recently opened after renovations. Big crowd. Had dinner in sports bar, all good.No complaints. We'll stay there again.

It was close to where I needed to be. I found it quite nice to stay in but would have liked some better options for people like me get who up early and would like more than just a coffee.

Would have rated it excellent except for the noise in the mornings from bins, staff and tradies doing work. We were closest to the storage areas and the hotel itself so would try it again with a room further away. Bed was comfy, room was clean and the shower pressure was amazing. Staff were lovely and the meal in the bistro was great.
