The toilet in the room was broken. The AC/Heat didn't work well. Fruit flies around the fruit at breakfast. There was inclement weather and they didn't salt the parking lot at all. Tried to call the front desk multiple times to have the toilet fixed and no one answered.

Check-in was fine. No issues, but the man talked fast and was a little difficult to understand with his accent. The room was nice and seemed clean. The bed was comfortable. The gym needs a little attention. One of the 10-lb dumbbells is missing, the weight machine doesn’t have all its parts and the cable sheathing is worn in places. However, the Towels, wipes, and water dispenser were nice to have.

The property was very nice, clean and easily accessed. The staff were efficient and knowledgeable. My only issue was a smell in the hallway and by the pool. Smelled like someone was cooking cabbage. May have been from the construction across the street, but it was fairly strong. Staff agreed to look into it.

The air-conditioning was out in the hallways. Not good when the temp outside is nearly 100 degrees. Also, there was a very strong sewage smell that permeated the entire hotel including our room. The staff was friendly and the ac in the room was great. There were flys all over the food at breakfast which was gross. I would not stay here again.

Pool was closed, which was disappointing. That's the 3rd hotel on our road trip that has had the pool closed. They should refund some of your money when that happens. However, this was the nicest and cleanest hotel of the 4 we have stayed in so far on this trip.

The room was not very clean. The state of the bathroom was not as it was my last two stays. You could see the yellow ring in the toilet and hair and dirt was on the bathroom floor. Since I was there for a quick business trip, I just decided not to complain because I knew I'd never return. The front desk staff was nice, and they appeared overworked, but the staff over breakfast and the room cleaner were not. I usually leave a tip for the room service, however I did not this trip. Also, I had used a bath towel and left a small amount of makeup on it, and the room cleaner folded the towel and left it with the clean ones. My pictures didn't show up so I did not attach any. If I could rate a zero, I would. Such a shame because my past two stays were great experiences.

Getting to and from property is a little challenging with the way the streets are laid out. Blood stains on the comforter toward the head of the bed was disconcerting but housekeeping was prompt and put on new bedding, otherwise things were clean and comfortable

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I left a bag behind after checking out and the staff was kind enough to contact me and informed me. Thankfully, I was able to pick up my bag before I left town. I will be booking at this hotel the next time I visit West Monroe.

They gave us a Conference Suite with a conference table and a separate bedroom. The bathroom was DIRTY. The shower had visible mold, in the shower and on the frame also. The toilet had a ring and had not been cleaned. The desk clerk said that they knew about the problem. He said that is the King Suite I booked. Terrible!!

We booked a room for 5 people (3 adults and 2 children) and the room doesn’t have a pull out couch! They are queen beds and for even 3 children to sleep in a queen bed it’d be tight, how can you expect an adult and 2 children?! Why not say there are no rooms that sleep 5? I would have went elsewhere

The evening man working the front desk was not very helpful. The bed closest to bathroom had a terrible mattress. The hotel decor looked tired and worn. Not sure we will stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room size and setup was perfect. The bathroom was very nice. The room itself had very poor lighting, the lampshades were yellowing and shade frames were crooked, and the blackout window shade had huge orange stains all over it. The tv didn’t have a guide of any sort, not even a laminated card to tell what channels belonged to what network.

The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was horribly rude, except for the man cleaning the 2nd floor this morning. The man that checked us in at least spoke to us. The woman that was there this morning just stood behind the counter. Didnt speak to anyone. Didn't smile and avoided eye contact. Its like she was mad she was at work. My husband handed her our keys and said here you are, thank you. She just took the room keys and turned her back to him. Very rude.

The guy at the front desk was super rude. First, he refused to give me a receipt. Then, he canceled my reservation and told me I could re-book at twice the amount for the same type room he had just canceled. Then, he told me he had no boss when I asked him for his and also lied to the Monroe location on speaker phone claiming I "bad mouthed him." It was unbelievable and someone at The Hampton Inn needs to pull my attempted check-in video on 1/11/25 at approximately 3:30 pm to see how he is treating guests. He lost a lot of money in 2 days for your company and has no business working in customer service.

The room just had a stench and the entire place felt dirty and gross. Definitely not a Hampton Inn experience. I’ll second guess ever booking with another Hampton Inn after staying here. Breakfast was decent one day and dumpster food the next. Blah!
