Amazing Hotel! Recently renovated, this hotel is located in a quiet alley in the city center. It’s quiet and clean, with beautiful design and modern amenities. The breakfast is delicious! The staff is also friendly and helpful. Access to tea, coffee, and water in the lobby is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Hotel was in a great location in a quiet street but close to all amenities. Staff were all welcoming and helpful and gave me some great recommendations. Room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel. Access to tea/coffee and water in lobby much appreciated. Would recommend to friends.

Este Hotel es una verdadera joyita, personal de la recepción políglota, atienden 24/7 y eso no es todo son muy amables, díganme que más puedes pedir. Sus habitaciones pulcras, colchón y almohadas cómodas, limpian tu habitación diariamente. Bien ubicado y cerca de restaurantes, transporte y tiendas. Pero como todo un defecto tenía que tener, no hay estacionamiento propio esto considéralo porque si te quedas varios días pagar en los estacionamientos públicos que están cerca es costoso. Salvo este detalle que no opaca su buena atención lo recomiendo ampliamente y sin duda cada vez que visite Burdeos será mi lugar favorito. Gracias Majestic!!!!

Absolute best location! Literally a one minute walk to the tram hub and opera house. Very quiet hotel which suited us just fine for this trip. Our room was huge with three large windows which opened to allow air flow. The hotel was very clean. One thing that we did not like was you could not get a coffee from the machine during the breakfast hours unless you were eating breakfast (and yes, they had coffee in your room but no milk) not the end of the world but kind of silly really. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

This hotel was such a great spot to stay in Bordeaux. It was well situated, we were able to easily walk everywhere. Opera house, great restaurants and shopping all within a few minutes walk. The rooms while small, were well laid out, very comfortable, and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a fantastic breakfast as well.

Our room was very comfortable and well equipped if a little compact - adequate for our two night stay. The hotel had only been open since April and felt fresh & modern throughout. The lack of a view was disappointing- internal fire escape and rooms across the stairwell. Air conditioning at a very hot time of year was excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming whether speaking French or English.

Internet was fast.. air con kept room cool! Staff were over the top amazing! So kind and courteous very polite and eager to get you whatever you needed with kindness! The cleaning staff were outstanding as well! Lovely polite and extremely helpful! Beds & pillows were comfortable rooms well appointed! All in all we had an amazing stay at the Majestic Hotel close to everything! Thank you to all the staff!!!

Great location and very nice breakfast. The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice. However, our room was NOT READY for check in until 4pm. After traveling from Paris we were ready to unpack and get settled in. Rooms were recently updated. Overall, a very nice hotel that we would stay at again.

Séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel. J’avais réservé une suite en me basant sur les photos présentées, mais la chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas du tout : il s’agissait simplement d’une chambre un peu plus grande, sans les prestations annoncées. Suite à mon mécontentement, l’établissement n’a proposé qu’un changement vers une chambre plus petite et de gamme inférieure, sans aucun geste commercial. La télévision ne permettait même pas de diffuser du contenu depuis un téléphone (type Chromecast), et là encore, aucune solution n’a été proposée pour améliorer notre confort. Le plus regrettable reste l’attitude du personnel et de la direction : aucune excuse, peu de considération, et même des remarques déplacées. À aucun moment nous n’avons eu le sentiment que notre satisfaction comptait, alors que ce séjour était important pour moi. Payer 350 € la nuit pour une chambre minuscule, avec des prestations limitées et un service aussi peu attentionné, est difficile à justifier. Malheureusement, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, dont le niveau de service ne correspond pas au tarif pratiqué.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. It was also around the corner from transportation, which we used to get to Saint-Emilion, and to and from the train station. As well, the hotel is perfectly situated for restaurants, shops and sites.

Hotel situé à proximité immédiate de la place des Quinconces et du Tram. Il est donc idéalement situé. L'accueil est excellent et le personnel est très disponible pour nous conseiller sur les visites et restaurants. La chambre est magnifiquement décorée et équipée et la litterie très confortable. Anfin le petit déjeuner, servi sous forme de buffet est copieux et varié. Nous avons été pleinement satisfait de notre séjour et recommandons cet hotel sans aucune hésitation
