Stayed 4 nights

Unfortunately the stay was absolutely terrible and the worst place I have ever stayed at. The accommodation was in a state of disrepair, dirty, stained bed sheets, broken aircon units in 40° heat The first cabin we stayed in had a broken aircon and after an horrendous First night we went to the office To complain about the fact that It was dirty and that the air conditioning wasn't working. We also advised the lady at reception that we tried to report it the night before but the office was closed for the night. She then called the manager for the caravan site and advised him the aircon wasn’t working (he was on loud speaker) and he said there’s no aircon in the unit and it is evap When he came to the office he stated that the evap was broken as there is no water running to if and that it had been broken for a while My husband asked why we were booked into a unit that had no air con when it was 40° heat outside, fully knowing that we would be hot and sweaty in the room. Needless to say he didn’t have an answer, he went on further to say he had no other cabins we could move to and we should look for alternative accommodation on a busy perth weekend My husband stood his ground and insisted we be moved to another cabin and that it was their fault that we were in this situation. The manager finally moved a few bookings around and told us we could go into the cabin which was next to the one we were originally booked to. He insisted it was fully ducted aircon and this would allev
