Overall a great stay. Staff and security were excellent help. Just be aware this busy area is loud at night which makes sleeping difficult. Otherwise, the two pools are nice and never crowded. Lastly, the restaurant has good food and the free breakfast was great.

Very friendly staff. Full breakfast from restaurant menu. Well-kept grounds. Security guard. Unfortunately rude New Yorkers partying in neighboring rooms were pretty noisy past 1AM. Pool towels not easily available but they did call staff to provide some quickly. Small pool but well-maintained and easy bar access.

My room was clean consistently. I had no issues. The security is top-notch. I really appreciated them keeping people out. It makes you really feel safe. The staff at the restaurant was great. The food was delicious. Breakfast was freshly made every morning to order. I have no complaints I will definitely be staying there again.

The New Garden hotel is located in Sosua not far from the beach, food, and nightlife. The 24 hour security made sure guests feel safe. I had a rental cafe which I was allowed to part in the hotel parking area which was gated. Every time I needed to park my car or retrieve my car no matter the time, it was always accessible. The maid staff were efficient in cleaning the room daily and providing anything I needed.

I hated my stay here at new garden! The shower was one of the worst parts! It would go from REALLY HOT to ICE COLD and I stayed here for 4 days so I had to deal with it! I speaked with the people about it and they came and did NOTHING! Don't get me started on the ants ! Ants IN THE BED! They are REALLY tiny but they were at the head of the bed. I didn't want to sleep on the floor so I slept at the end of the bed wrapped in the blanket like a damn taquito. This place needs renovation! Never again!

It's better than most of the places I have stayed in during my visits to Sosua, so, on my next visit, I will pack my bug spray and look to book a room at New Garden Hotel.

Some of the rooms are in need of remodeling in the older buildings. The newly remoled rooms are very modern and comfortable. The shower in the new units need a dish tray installed for soap and other personnel items. Overall its in the heart of sosua and 1 of the better properties to stay

One bartender, female, told me she did not have a particular type of tequila, so she sold me one that cost quite a bit more. Found out this was untrue and I could have enjoyed a cheaper drink.

Had a miscommunication with orbitz not cancelling my 2nd reservation the hotel agreed and got my refund and they didnt have to. I stay here many times the breakfast is good and the staff especially Hiromi (front desk) and Manuel (security) always professional and courteous...the maids are always friendly and clean everyday. Never had a problem here...
