It is an amazing hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and tidy. The staff was very polite and helpfull. The location is excellent as it is close to the seaside, the shops, the Palace etc. The breakfast was very lucuriius with plenty of options for every taste. The only down side is the parking. There is pretty much no free parking and if you want to park you car in the hotel parking it costs you €35 per day/night. Overall: very happy with our stay.

A fabulous hotel. Just couldnt fault it, from the location, amazing roof top views, pool and jacuzzi. Right in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection to suit everyone. Staff very friendly. Clean, modern and very spacious room. Well equipped with safe, mini bar, hairdryers, clothes steamer etc. Rainfall shower and snuggly bathrobes and slippers. Whats not to like.

This hotel is the perfect location! Just steps from the palace. Upon check in, the staff outlined all the major points of interest on the map for me. The rooms were large, clean and with amazing AC! I picked this hotel for the rooftop pool, which has gorgeous views and seating for drinks/food. I do wish there were more loungers and that the hours for pool access started before 11am and lasted past 5pm - it did seem limiting. The breakfast is really delicious. The buffet is varied and large and you can order a la carte as well. The staff across all areas were wonderful.

Beautiful hotel! Big rooms. Nice showers…. And depending on the room you get, you may have a seperate bathroom. Helps when rushing to get ready with your significant other. Roof top bar was nice and the views were amazing.

Great hotel! The spa was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was Very helpful and professional. The location is close to everything you need including restaurants , shopping , the ferry , and all the tourist sights . The room was modern , and although the roof top terrace , pool and bar were closed for the season, it looked modern , clean and had an AMAZING VIEW. The hotel is in a very safe area , (even though Split is very safe anyways ) I would totally recommend this hotel . Great Stay !

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff is pleasant and incredibly helpful. Attention is paid to every detail to make your stay awesome. They even had beach towels in a tote bag for us to take on our island boat tour! The pool on the rooftop is refreshing and the view incredible. The only downside is that it closes at 5pm.

I stayed for 4 days three nights in May 2024, the hotel is split into two parts and there are two receptions which is a bit strange. The pros: - the staff are so pleasant and helpful, everyone from reception team to the breakfast staff and rooftop waiters are amazing - breakfast was delicious - hotel and room really clean The cons: - the hotel food and drink prices and extortionate (beyond what a normal 5 star hotel would charge) - terrible coffee - the noise levels from outside you can hear each night are ridiculous, I couldn’t sleep for three nights even with ear plugs, moved room once and was no better. - the pool wasn’t filled and there is a charge to use the hot tub per 45 mins which I think should be included in the room price, not an up sell. I would maybe stay again as the location is convenient but the noise levels really put me off returning.

The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location to explore Split and for day trips to other islands or Krka national park. The breakfast is delicious with lots of options. Staff were friendly and attentive. We were upgraded to a superior room which was lovely and clean with a huge bathroom.

The hotel is in a great location with easy short walks to wherever you want to be. The staff are friendly and breakfast was superb. The only point to note was with our twin rooms where the beds were exceptionally narrow and certainly less than 3 foot! We had a minor issue on checkout where the complimentary room upgrade was an extra €150 but this was quickly sorted. Well done to Ana, efficient service. We’d stay here again.

Brought us in thru the back door. Never knew of the nice entrance until the next morning. Paid over 2000 a night for adjoining rooms which were off the back reception next to the loud elevator. Drunk obnoxious people outside our window all night. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a five star hotel.

ディオクレティアヌス宮殿のすぐ外側にあり観光にもショッピングにも、さらにはドゥブロヴニクとの間の高速艇乗り場も徒歩10分程度ととても便利だった。部屋からも旧市街が見えて楽しかったが、さらにループトップバーからの眺望はとても素晴らしかった。スタッフの方々も親切でとても快適に過ごせた。難点をしいて挙げると、ツインベッドのサイズが日本のこのクラスのホテルにあるサイズからすると小さめで寝相の悪い私は落ちないかと若干ヒヤヒヤした。

Excellent hotel! Our room was very spacious with excellent amenities including a pillow menu! The bathroom had a separate shower and tub with dual sinks! Staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful! It is also very conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, ports, etc. And their breakfast buffet is one of the best i have ever been to in all my travels! Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at the Cornaro. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and directions. They had a wonderful breakfast included every morning. The views from the rooftop are fantastic but sadly the pool was not yet open as it was too early in the season. Overall a great location, being walking distance to everything within old town and an easy spot to get ubers if you don't have a car.

All staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. The professionalism was superb. Overnight clerk assisted in getting me directions to the pier. Food staff was exceptional including food. And finally I appreciated the help with my luggage.

The hotel has an excellent location and we loved the great selection of choices at the breakfast buffet. However, the front desk staff could provide better service. Our cruise line left a message with the front desk that was supposed to be passed on to us letting us know when we would be picked up. When I didn’t hear from our cruise line I wasted time emailing and calling them to get the information. Latter in the day I asked the person at the front desk whether we had a message and she checked and said “oh yeah,, your cruise line called and will be picking you up tomorrow at 2:15.” Then, to make matters worse, we waited in the lobby the next day about 20 feet from the front desk and told them we were waiting for our ride, At around 2:25 we got a bit concerned and asked the woman at the front desk if there was a problem with our ride and she said no, they are waiting for you outside. Our driver said he was there for 20 minutes and sent a message to the front desk to have us sent out!

The entire staff that we encountered was awesome. A special shout out to a young lady named Petra who helped us with directions and dinner recommendations. I cant imagine that with all things considered there can be a better hotel in Split.

Pros: Great location, large room, close to boat pier for ferry Cons Unfriendly front desk staff, I don’t understand no one smiles or makes you feel welcome. our floor and room had a smell, we mentioned to front desk, they said nothing.

The property in is a central position and restaurants and shops are close. The staff are very friendly and the few issues we had were quickly and efficiently corrected. We would stay here again if we visit Split.

Everyone in the hotel was professional and pleasant from the moment we walked into the hotel. They made us feel at home. Very clean hotel and excellent food. We really liked Igor in the restaurant. All of the servers and staff were awesome. Best location . Had a wonderful time and sorry to leave. Try the gnocchi and chicken cacciatore , just amazing and the breakfast buffet is incredible. Everything about the Cornaro was exceptional. The staff, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to wait staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful. The location cannot be beat. Definitely worth a return visit if we're ever back in Split.

Wonderful, centrally located hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms on the street side have a huge amount of noise. The noise lasted through the night. Obviously this is not the fault of the hotel, but be sure to ask for a room on the opposite side.

Excellent 5-star hotel with a sleek, modern design and peaceful yet central location by Diocletian’s Palace (a step away, without being in the middle of the chaos). Rooms are spacious (huge for European and even American standards), nicely appointed, and well-stocked (Nespresso, local wine with compliments, bath & shower, double sinks), and every toiletry you might need. The rooftop offers incredible views, a lounge pool, loungers, and excellent food and wine. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve had anywhere—delicious and extensive. Spa and gym are impressive—especially the massage from Maja, truly world-class. Service was outstanding, with special thanks to Sara and Barbara. Extra perks made the stay feel luxurious: reserved spa/gym after hours, beach tote with towels, daily wellness specials, even complimentary morning massage (check specials and availability). The crowd is upscale and relaxed. Only downside: room service is extremely overpriced with a €15 delivery fee. Otherwise, exceptional in every way. If you’re staying anywhere but here in the town of Split, you’re in the wrong place.

It is right on the edge of Split old town and just minutes walk from the ferries. The staff was outstanding- friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was large and delicious— with made to order omelets or egg Benedicts. A wonderful hotel.
