Another gem in Orbitz’s list of hotels. A good view of the Arctic Cathedral. It’s very walkable to the harbor. Excellent WiFi and free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the breakfast kitchen. 10/10

Hôtel agréable et chambre spacieuse avec un grand confort. Le parking est tout petit et nous avons du nous garer plus loin et malheureusement les places que l'on nous a indiqué étaient interdites au stationnement. Bien se renseigner pour éviter une amende car c'est arrivé à plusieurs clients.

This place would be great for an extended stay because of the kitchen and dining area. Free coffee is great too. The location is central though it's a significant climb up the hill from the harbour. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs, the walls and ceilings are thin so you can hear people in other rooms. The beds are narrow at 30". The bathroom gets soaked when you have a shower so there is lots of mopping up to do if you're not really careful. Generally we felt that it was fine and perfectly adequate if you are on a tight budget in Tromso.

Sehr gute Unterkunft für die erste, bzw. letzte Nacht einer Reise. Aber auch sonst empfehlenswert, um Tromsö und Umgebung zu besichtigen. Saubere Zimmer und Kaffee umsonst. Einziges Manko: schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten.

Hôtel très bien situé à quelques pas du centre ville. La chambre était propre, bien équipée. La salle commune avec boissons chaudes offertes et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner est un vrai atout.

The refrigerator in the room 31 smelled of scrimp and there was "scrimpwater" in the button witch got on my cooling bag and several things. smells terrible :-( Otherwise good room and location. Will come back.

We stayed here one night as a convenient spot for the excellent Arctic Circle tours northern lights tour. Great value for money and comfortable stay. Very quiet and beds small but comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Room was spotlessly clean. Nice views from 2nd floor. I would stay again.

We (2 seniors) had rooms on the third floor. There were 18 steps on one flight and 14 on the next flight. It was hard to bring our luggage up and down the stairs. Ther is no elevator. My room was beside the staircase and it was very noisy at night when people were going up and down the stairs. We canceled one night there and hoped to get a refund. The owner said to check with Expedia but we can’t find anyone there to communicate with.

The hotel is up a hill and in the winter does not make it easy to walk up with all the ice. The is no one on the premises which can make it very difficult if you encounter any problems during the night. I had to leave a day early because of the noise of the drunk young men from 2-5am. I was on the third floor and when asked for some help down with my bag after not sleeping all night I was told they do not do that. There was no one there in charge when I left so emailed the hotel to tell them why I left early. I guess because the room was prepaid they did not care because they never responded to me.

Godt nok til det bruksbehovet vi hadde for ei natt. Gode senger og grei plass på rommet, pent og ryddig, Men synes at resepsjonisten som var fysisk på jobb kunne ha snakket norsk. (Det er ikke alle norske som beherske engelsk). Ellers så mintes det nok litt om et pasjonat.

Saubere und ruhige Unterkunft. Sehr zentral gelegen und fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. In Winter sind die Wege in der ungeb6sehe vereist sodass es mit schwerem Gepäck schwierig ist, die Unterkunft zu erreichen.
