Es ist leider schmutzig. Beim reinkommen sieht man schon das Türen und Fenster seid Monaten nicht mehr geputzt wurden. Wir hatten Spinnenweben im Bad. Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel das hier und da renovierungsbedürftig ist. Wände, Tennich usw. Würde mich nicht wundern wenn sie auf Dauer einen Stern verlieren. Keinen Service was Getränke und co angeht. Es gibt keine Bar. Nur Automaten für Kaffee, Snacks und Getränke. Das Hotel selbst bietet nur Frühstück an. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine Pizzaria. Man kommt sich vor wie im Hochhaus Ghetto. Müll, Obdachlose die einen ansprechen und sogar eine Ratte ist an uns vorbei gelaufen. Gruselig. Nächstes Mal dann lieber ein anderes Hotel.

Nice rooms very clean. Very easy to take tram into the city center. Not much to do around the hotel itself. No food at hotel just vending machines.

Checking in and out was incredibly easy with the self-service desk, but there were always staff available to help with any issues. It's a very clean, cozy, modern hotel, and conveniently located right by the 2 tram for easy access in and out of the city center.

Overall great hotel - friendly and helpful staff, quiet location, comfortable rooms, and very conveniently located for getting to the city center, the tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Only down side is there is no on-site full time restaurant (buffet breakfast is offered) and few choices near by. However, if you like quick and easy snacks, there are 2 supermarkets 5 minutes walk away.

Great location. A minute walk from light rail. Five minute walk to grocery store and restaurant. The staffs are super nice. The only concern is cleaning. We have a dirty bedsheet. They didn’t change it for us. The room cleaning is also quite slow. There are flies in the dining area on the first floor.

Nice hotel. Most of the staff were excellent and the breakfast was wonderful. It is a ways from the city center, 1 hr walk. The room was quiet and for the most part very nice. The shower had mold and the temperature knob did not work properly so the shower was scalding hot.. As a family vacation if we were to come back to Amsterdam we would probably stay somewhere closer to the city center.

Schönes modernes Hotel mit gut ausgestatteten, schön gestylten Zimmern, inklusive Nespressomaschine, und Badezimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Amsterdamer Verhältnisse recht gut. Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb in einem schmucklosen Wohngebiet; Straßenbahn hält aber direkt vor der Tür, fährt in hoher Frequenz und braucht ca. 15 - 20 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt. Leider ließ unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft in Sachen Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig, von mehreren unangenehmen Flecken auf der Bettwäsche bis zu zahnpastaverschmiertem Wasserhahn. Das darf nicht passieren. Nach Reklamation wurde abgeholfen und uns wurde ein kostenloses Frühstück als Entschädigung angeboten.

Die Bettdecke war mit Blut und Urinflecken verdreckt, auf dem Bettlaken befanden sich Flecken und im Badezimmer auf dem Boden schwarze Haare. Deutsch wie in der Hotelbeschreibung spricht da auch keiner. Dieses Hotel nie wieder.

3 twin beds in the room and only one bed had a thin pillow top. One bed had broken springs and the other was like sleeping on a park bench. The air conditioner kept turning off requiring is to keep asking reception to turn it back on. We would have access to the thermostat and then not be able to use it. It was tidy, I wouldn’t say super clean.

Loved the heated floors in the washroom. Our room had a visibly broken blind. Quiet. Tram #2 which takes you to downtown in 15 minutes is directly in front of XO.

The room was phenomenal and I wish I could stay there for my whole stay in Amsterdam! Everything was clean, simple and modern, but comfortable and welcoming. Check in could be done at a self1help kiosk or with a receptionist agent.

Very good value for money hotel, in a very convenient location: close to tram 2 for the city centre and to the 369 bus stop for the airport. The only downside is that the hotel is overly automated: there’s very little staff, and they’re not always available when you need them. A manager should inspect all the bedrooms carefully, he could find handles of the wardrobe not fixed ( a matter of a screwfix), or dust in the upper part of the fridge, but nothing serious. Great breakfast!

Ich kann die positiven Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Unsere Bettlaken waren dreckig und am Morgen kam der Zimmerservice dreimal früh morgens ohne Klopfen in unser Zimmer obwohl es noch vor dem Check-out war und wir nach zwei Mal do-Not-disturb angegeben haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir nicht gut: das Rührei war viel zu wässrig, die warmen Gerichte teilweise kalt und insgesamt hat es sich für den Preis nicht gelohnt. Die Verbindung ins Zentrum ist sehr gut. Ich würde hier nicht mehr übernachten.

We received a wonderful welcome at reception. We were able to leave our luggage free of charge because we arrived earlier than our check-in time. I didn't have breakfast, so I don't have an opinion on it. The room furnishings generally show some wear and tear. I think it's a 3.5 to 4-star hotel. It's in an excellent location for transportation; the train is right in front, and the metro is 7 minutes away. There are also two large supermarkets nearby. I would recommend it if the price is reasonable.

Man lyckas med alla de hårda värdena, snyggt hotell etc. Men allt övrigt, personal, service, frukost är väldigt medelmåttigt. Torftig frukost, otroligt långsam check process i vad som kallas "express check in". Ingen personal synlig nästan, baren är tom och obemannad. Ett hotell, varken mer eller mindre.

We arrived early and requested to leave our luggage so we could explore, this worked well, although the reception staff were not very friendly. Later when we found our room after no directions from reception, we were pleasantly surprised by a large comfortable space with plenty of storage. The cleaners were amazing throughout the stay. We paid for breakfast, which was adequate. We would use XO Hotels again and recommend to others.

Vicky in the kitchen and dining room was wonderful. The kitchen and dining room staff were excellent. They were attentive. The kitchen staff had very good customer service. They were pleasant and kind. There was one person I can speak off at the front desk. She had dark hair and was professional and was very nice. But the rest of the of Frontdesk not as pleasant and lacked appropriate customer service.

During my recent stay at XO Couture Hotel, I encountered a severe issue. My privacy was shockingly violated when a housekeeping staff member entered my room without knocking or obtaining my permission. This intrusion occurred while I was partially undressed, and despite my immediate protests, the staff member did not promptly leave, forcing me to raise my voice to protect my privacy. Very good Hotel. Whoever you are far from all touristic places. We walked, but more than an hour walk each way. The tran stop in front of the Hotel and you can take it if you want.

Very good value for money hotel, in a very convenient location: close to tram 2 for the city centre and to the 369 bus stop for the airport. The only downside is that the hotel is overly automated: there’s very little staff, and they’re not always available when you need them. A manager should inspect all the bedrooms carefully, he could find handles of the wardrobe not fixed ( a matter of a screwfix), or dust in the upper part of the fridge, but nothing serious. Great breakfast!

Ich kann die positiven Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Unsere Bettlaken waren dreckig und am Morgen kam der Zimmerservice dreimal früh morgens ohne Klopfen in unser Zimmer obwohl es noch vor dem Check-out war und wir nach zwei Mal do-Not-disturb angegeben haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir nicht gut: das Rührei war viel zu wässrig, die warmen Gerichte teilweise kalt und insgesamt hat es sich für den Preis nicht gelohnt. Die Verbindung ins Zentrum ist sehr gut. Ich würde hier nicht mehr übernachten.

The hotel was clean, and conveniently located to public transportation. Loved being a bit away from all of the action. The WiFi left much to be desired, we were constantly getting kicked off of it. The heated mirror in the bathroom was a bit too warm and suffocating. The gym was pretty sad, and the game room was not existent and being used for storage. We only had one interaction with a hotel employee (you check in and out at a kiosk), and they were not very helpful. Also, having a restaurant listed is a bit misleading, as it is just the breakfast location.
