Nice and friendly staff. Quiet and great location accessible to local transportation. There didn't seem to be any air conditioning, so could be quite hot in sum

Breakfast was a bit dissapointing, bread was dry etc. No cooler in the room but we had a balcony to put stuff on. Everything else was top notch.

The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano.

The location is very close to the Ortisei main town and is walkable. The neighborhood is very quiet and on a meadow overlooking the other Chalets on the Alpine meadows. The staff is also very warm and welcoming.

The hotel was very walkable to the city center only a 20 minute walk. Overall quiet and good overall breakfast option.
