Charming property literally within steps of Ponte Pietra, arguably prettiest section of Verna. Owner Ivano and his staff really works hard to make guest stay as good as it can be. All furniture and fixtures are clean and functional. Elevator is quite functional. Parking was easy and breakfast was very good. Less than 15 minutes to Arena for opera made it an ideal place for us. Grazie!

The B&B in Verona was outstanding, from the daily custom order breakfast to the Vince wince of location. A suite with a comfortable bed, fantastic air conditioning and a sitting room for breakfast compliment our quaint stay at one of Italy’s romantic getaway cities.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. We konden onze auto parkeren in een garage onder het gebouw tegen 15 euro/nacht. We hadden de suite geboekt. Prachtige kamer. Kleine verouderde badkamer dit hadden we niet vetwacht voor een suite. Alles wel super netjes. Ontbijt is basic. Bij aankomst doorgeven wat je wil eten en wordt op de kamer gebracht.

Amazing hotel, fantastic host who told us everything we needed to know. Perfect location just next to the river with onsite parking for a small fee. Can’t say enough.. you need to visit. And Verona was pretty cool too by the way.

They were so kind and helpful. I absolutely love the receptionist, Rosalyn (sp?). She was great! The room was beautiful and clean, close to just about everything. Quieter area and there were so many restaurants within a block or two. Shower was great, room was stylish and beautiful. AC worked well. The pillows, towels, bedding and everything were top notch. The bed was very firm (a bit too hard for me).

The location was excellent, and the hosts were accommodating and informative. The in-room breakfast was very good for Italy (fresh fruit salad, juice, coffee, yogurt and granola, and a small sandwich). It was a bit difficult to drive to using Google Maps and Apple Maps, as you must enter by crossing the Garibaldi bridge or you will get lost in a maze of one-way streets and pedestrian traffic. However, once you are in, you are walking distance to mosts everything in Verona. Free Parking is about 350M away from the Relais, which was about a 5-minute gentle uphill walk. We highly recommend this property, and would happily stay here again!

This is a perfect location for enjoying Verona. The place is charming and Olga was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We parked in the garage, as arranged earlier, and communicated our arrival so she was able to help us park.

Excellent position in the old part of town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything you required. We had a smaller more basic room than the one in the photo, which was quite dark with only one window, but the bed was comfortable and provided an excellent base to travel from.

La struttura è bellissima. Le camere sono in una palazzina in pieno centro storico, con vista sul ponte Pietra. Siamo state accolte benissimo dal titolare, che ha saputo soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta e ci ha fornito informazioni dettagliate ed essenziali per visitare al meglio Verona. La colazione era abbondante e ci è stata portata direttamente in camera all'orario previsto. La pulizia della camera era impeccabile. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questa struttura.
La struttura è bellissima. Le camere sono in una palazzina in pieno centro storico, con vista sul ponte Pietra. We stayed in the suite for 3 nights. The main room is enormous! Super comfortable bed, 2 sofas, tables, quiet fridge, effective and quiet air con, classic decorations. It has the whole top floor to itself. There is a flight of steps inside the room down to the 2nd floor where a lift will take you to the foyer. There is limited roof space in the bathroom so if you are over 6’ tall (180cms) you will have to duck. Ivano is a fabulous host. He showed us his recommended walking itinerary and it was perfect. He brings breakfast to your room each morning and it’s great. The fruit salad is an absolute work of art. The location is just inside the old town at Ponte Pietra and there are many restaurants, bars and gelateria in easy walking distance. There’s 2 Michelin mentioned restaurants within a 5 min walk - 1 directly opposite. There are several bus routes from the train station to Ponte Pietra and tickets can be bought at vending machines or on an app. Wifi was a little patchy at times. Recommended as a place with real character for your visit to Verona.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is set in a beautiful historic building with so much character, perfectly located for exploring the city. We stayed in a suite — elegant, comfortable, full of charm and plenty of room. Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful, drawing us a map of everything making us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. This is truly a must-stay when visiting Verona! There was also a saxophone player playing on the bridge and it was amazing!!

He gave us a full introduction to the hotel and the wonderful top-floor suite, plus he recommended a route to see a number of key sites and views which was most helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the fruit salad, granola and yogurt. The internal lift meant minimal stairs, which was very useful for us. All in all, a brilliant holiday and we can thoroughly recommend the Relais A Ponte Pietra.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff who really care about delivering a perfect stay. Great location, yards from Ponte Pietra. This did make it a bit noisy around midnight to 1am, but it was a Friday night, so understandable. Highly recommended.

Excellent room, from furnishings to cleanliness, everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, and always available. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room. Ideal location for exploring Verona. We had a very lovely time, even with the rain, and would definitely recommend as somewhere to stay and visit.

For anyone traveling to Verona, THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!! The owner Ivano makes you feel welcomed from the first moment you walk through the door. He and his staff really want to make your stay feel as comfortable as possible. Everything about this hotel screams HOSPITALITY!!!! The hotel is located in the historical district, which is very clean and quaint. There are multiple restaurants within a very short walking distance. Our hotel room was immaculate!!! Cleanliness is VERY IMPORTANT to us, and our room was EXTREMELY CLEAN. We had a beautiful sitting room right outside our bedroom. Our bed was quite comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space to hang our clothes. The bathroom was modern with a fairly large shower and plenty of hot water. A delicious breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. There really are not enough good words we can say about our stay. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!!! If we could give it 10 stars, we would!
For anyone traveling to Verona, THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!! The owner Ivano makes you feel welcomed from the first moment you walk through the door. He and his staff really want to make your stay feel as comfortable as possible. Everything about this hotel screams HOSPITALITY!!!! The hotel is located in the historical district, which is very clean and quaint. There are multiple restaurants within a very short walking distance. Our hotel room was immaculate!!! Cleanliness is VERY IMPORTANT to us, and our room was EXTREMELY CLEAN. We had a beautiful sitting room right outside our bedroom. Our bed was quite comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space to hang our clothes. The bathroom was modern with a fairly large shower and plenty of hot water. A delicious breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. There really are not enough good words we can say about our stay. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!!! If we could give it 10 stars, we would!

I stayed here for four nights and had a great experience. The hotel owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast delivered to your room felt like a real treat. The room was spacious and stylish. The hotel is in a great location...just a stones throw from the river and loads of lovely cafes and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous hotel and amazing location! We loved Ivano (Manager/Owner) who is a great host and made sure we had a plan for all the sites to see in a day and a half (all the time we had). Thank you!!! A special place indeed!

We had a great stay in Verona except for one night when the people upstairs were loud til 5am. Management was great and talked to them first thing in the morning. Otherwise great. Good location, walk everywhere and lots of restaurants. The staff was fabulous.

Cannot say enough good things about Magda who was there to great us despite us running late. She went out of her way to be helpful and was so friendly. Lovely old building with amazingly well designed room to make best use of space. Right by Ponte Pietra. Can drop off luggage before parking in this walking zone.

Olga was very friendly upon our arrival, a little tight parking but located right in town convenient to everything. Went to see an opera at the Arena di Verona in the Roman amphitheater and it was spectacular. Perfect stay with great restaurants, cafes and bars right on our doorstep.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff who really care about delivering a perfect stay. Great location, yards from Ponte Pietra. This did make it a bit noisy around midnight to 1am, but it was a Friday night, so understandable. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect , a nice short walk into the main centre and very close to some nice restaurants and bars. The area can be quite noisy on a Friday and Saturday evening, however this didn’t bother us. The hostess was very welcoming and helpful with any information on travel, taxis, buses etc. The bathroom is lovely and the room was cosy and homely. The breakfast is very tasty, fresh and generous. Would definitely recommend for a short city break to Verona!

The B&B in Verona was outstanding, from the daily custom order breakfast to the Vince wince of location. A suite with a comfortable bed, fantastic air conditioning and a sitting room for breakfast compliment our quaint stay at one of Italy’s romantic getaway cities.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. We konden onze auto parkeren in een garage onder het gebouw tegen 15 euro/nacht. We hadden de suite geboekt. Prachtige kamer. Kleine verouderde badkamer dit hadden we niet vetwacht voor een suite. Alles wel super netjes. Ontbijt is basic. Bij aankomst doorgeven wat je wil eten en wordt op de kamer gebracht.

Very helpful staff, lovely room with nice bathroom. Air conditioning and fridge in room. Great breakfast brought to your room. If you need a taxi plan ahead and leave a time margin to ensure that you get one to collect you from the hotel.

A charmng hotel with excellent location right next to the Ponte Pietro bridge. The rooms are individual as the building is very old. Our room was beautifully renovated. Bed was good and plus points for the bathtub (though hot water was limited). Only minuses come from lousy soundproofing (we could hear the next door neighbours talking with a normal voice), the fact that we didn’t receive parking info even though I asked for it three times (there is no parking for the hotel even though the info suggests that ut’s available) and that the breakfast had no vegan options (vegetarian means cheese). The room delivery of the breakfast was though nice. The staff was friendly though I assume that there was some language barrier.

Very special small bed and breakfast right at the Ponte Pietra, surrounded by medieval architecture, restaurants, churches and the river. Staff were very helpful when we arrived a few hours before check-in storing our bags and directing us to free parking, just an 8 minute walk away. Room was spacious and delightfully ancient!
