My family was in Peoria to see my college son's orchestra performance. Check in was easy and seamless. Tom the manager was incredibly helpful and friendly, and made our stay more special by upgrading my oldest son and his girlfriend to a suite so our entire family would have the possibility of hanging out together in one place. The suite was absolutely stunning! The hotel overall is beautiful with the latest renovations, we've stayed here before and it is like an entirely new hotel now. The only disappointment for our group was sharing the hotel with baseball tournament teams, the pool was overrun with kids all night (which is to be expected when booking teams in a hotel) so my own adult kids were unable to enjoy this amenity as they had hoped. Maybe next time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Peoria.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. No where on hotels.com or the merchant hotel site directly made any mention of pool being down or limited hours. I booked the hotel specifically because my child, loves pools. We event for the Flow Wild at the peoria zoo and wanted to use the pool prior and the following morning. Sign said pool down for maintenance. I than went to the front desk and was informed the pool would be open from 6pm to 10 pm. Due to this, Hotels.com was not able to relocate us, as the pool was A: not completely shut down and B: the hotel did not advertise the limited pool hours. I than asked another employee about the pool and was informed the pool would not even be open at 6pm. When we arrived back from the zoo, around 9pm, the pool was open but it was also my child's bedtime. I asked the night desk person if the pool would be open in morning. he did apologize it would not be. i explained I only came for the pool and very frustrated would be unable to use it, since apparently its only 6-10pm. i explained no where does it mention this on the business website. He apologized again. This is the only person I interacted with that actually apoligized everyone early in day did not. I encourage anyone with small children to not stay at this hotel. Zero help by staff, and zero empathy or assistance. So much misrepresentation and misinformation. i never would have stayed at this hotel if informed correctly. Work experience ever

Adequate but the staff were not helpful, visit was during lobby construction, just not a good time to be there overall. Room was pleasant and clean so no problems there. Had issues with the TV but maintenance fixed within a reasonable timeframe.
