Magnifique, unique et très agréable boutique hôtel. Un peu en retrait donc paisible.Nous avions une chambre complètement nouvelle donc quelques petites fonctionnalités à mettre au point mais le personnel attentif a tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Déjeuner buffet fait maison et très généreux, vélos disponibles. Une adresse classe, distinctive et onéreuse mais parfaite pour une escapade romantique. À recommander.

Housekeeping never came to clean our room although we specifically asked at the desk for our room to be cleaned when we went out for three hours. The sheets are rough like sandpaper so had to give low rating on comfort. The bathroom flooded when you ran the shower. The decor of the lobby is beautiful. The garage space and entrance was tiny, and we had a tiny car (mini Cooper) and would have been impossible to park or go in and out with a larger car.

Staff was great. We changed rooms as the crazy room was uncomfortable and second room was much better. Breakfast was good and restaurant was closed for dinner the day we tried to eat there. A nice way to get off the standard corporate hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, with the most helpful staff with excellent English. Delicious breakfast and also does an evening meal on the pretty terrace, perfect if you have travelled far and don’t want to venture too far, although they provided great recommendations nearby for our other nights. Our room in the tower was amazing, huge comfortable bed. If traveling to Bordeaux and want a superb place to stay Yndo is highly recommended

This lavish and small hotel can't be beat. Modern, comfortable and large rooms that look like they were just redecorated. Everything is spotless and new. Indicated that we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. While I understand that an upgrade was not available (we would have had to move the next morning), I would have hoped they would have offered a much nicer room in our own category than the one we got. We received an accessible room where the toilet was too high for comfort, the bathroom flooded every time we showered and the layout was different than any of the rooms showcased online. I was told the hotel was full so I didn’t bring it up again until checkout (and the very sketchy internet access) and was promised a manager would reach out. It has been several days now and I have yet to hear anything back. Service was very good as far as restaurant recommendations and reservations were concerned but this was very disappointing.

Wir haben das standard Doppelzimmer gebucht, welches als „Secret Room“ von dem Hotel tituliert wird, weil es als einziges Zimmer im Keller zwischen der Hoteltoilette und den Aufbewahrungs- (viele Kühlschränke) und Putzräumlichkeiten liegt. Auch wenn als solches deklariert, das Zimmer ist leider absolut nicht Schallisoliert und somit hat man permanent das Gefühl, dass andere sich mit im Zimmer aufhalten, dementsprechend ist es auch laut. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, und somit war es in Ordnung. Für längeren Aufenthalt würde ich empfehlen eine andere Zimmerkategorie zu nehmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Daher alles in einem würden wir das Hotel, aber nicht das Secret Room empfehlen.

The hotel has only a few rooms but each has a theme and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is outstanding. There was a bit of difficulty finding entrance and a bit of a walk to the areas we were interested in visiting but there is plenty of nearby transportation

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel particulier de luxe et avec un design très recherché et magnifique. Très bonne situation géographique puisque l’hôtel est en plein centre de Bordeaux à côté de la Comédie, l’opéra et idéal pour le shopping. Très bien desservi tram( 1€80 le ticket e pour 1h de trajet ) navette pour l’aéroport (7€ en 20mn) et la gare pour un prix encourageant à prendre les transports en commun. Toute l'équipe du personnel de l’hôtel est très chaleureuse, à l’écoute, professionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est excellent aussi avec une variété de produits faits maison.
