There is some construction happening on the street currently, but we never heard any noise or were disturbed. Nice spot by the train station with comfy beds and clean rooms.

The hotel is nice for a stopover, or just to sleep and shower. Position wise is very centric and strategic, central station very near, tram, buses and subway very close. I ranked the cleaning very low because behind the bed it looked like it was months without cleaning and, even stranger for a hotel, room are cleaned every 4 nights, unless you pay extra (and it wasn’t at all clear when booked). On the other hand, when they clean, the service is good. On top of it I found the room very claustrophobic, with the bed against the walls on 3 sides and the room not even close to the 14m2 of the booking, unless you count the bathroom (and even so I don’t think they reach the 14m2). Windows can’t open completely. The personnel is though very nice and caring, but they couldn’t do anything about my requests. The bar at the reception with services all night long and during the day is very nice for drinks. Food to be ameliorated, but present (sandwiches and deli). Laundry is in another hotel or is an external service: in this hotel laundry services aren’t available. At the end, if to sleep only and for a short time very good. If to stay during the day as well, better to look for a bigger option.

I was really happy that the receptionist stayed after midnight, as I needed some help when I arrived. They were incredibly prompt, helpful, and charming. The hotel itself was very modern, and the space was thoughtfully designed and very well laid out. One small tip for future guests: don’t forget to put your room card in the card holder next to the door — that’s what activates the water in the bathroom. It took me a moment to figure that one out! 😄 Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the warm and helpful service.
