This boutique hotel was great! The staff was very nice and answered all of our questions. The only issue was the TV in the room did not work or the WiFi. The WiFi was on and off. Our room was on the second floor. There is no elevator so be ready to go up and down stairs.

La verdad el lugar está increíblemente bonito el hotel, todo muy bien y funcional, incluyendo el wifi, la limpieza, la atención del staff, el estacionamiento considerando lo complicado que es en la región encontrarlo, lo cercano a todo y lo tranquilo, fue una estancia muy agradable, solo considerar para personas con alguna limitación el subir escaleras pero el confort del lugar lo compensa, gracias por todo y claramente volveremos en la primer oportunidad.

Excelente servicio y el hotel es hermoso. Nos recibieron con una bebida de cortesía, nos llevaron al centro en la camioneta del hotel, son muy amables. Si hubiera algo que mejorar es su control de TV. Lo recomiendo totalmente !!!!

Original room had no natural light. Dungeon like atmosphere. Asked for better room. Got so-called luxury room at twice the price where the shower didn't work (scolding or freezing options only) and loud vibration on scolding. Jacuzzi tub only gave scolding water and stench if sewer while operating. Way too many stairs. Nuts were stale. Wine not worth drinking.

Got to the hotel at 2pm and were told our room wasn’t ready yet. We decided to wait and sat at the tables outside of reception. At exactly 3pm they told us our room was ready. We were then given the room right next to reception where we had been sitting. Nobody had walked in or out of the room in that entire hour. I understand checkin is at 3 but that’s pretty ridiculous. There were some (body) hairs on the floor of the bathroom that definitely weren’t ours but otherwise room was ok and the attached restaurant is great.

La habitación muy bonita limpia muy amplia y con mobiliario nuevo. Solo desayunamos en el restaurante 1 solo vez pero muy ricos y de buena calidad los alimentos y las bebidas. Si lo recomiendo. Great spot, bus stops almost outside to take you right into Centro or of course an easy taxi ride. My only issue was that that the photo of the room I booked showed a window and I had no window. The receptionist said a lot of rooms didn’t have windows. Room was very nice, spotlessly clean and had a very comfortable bed. There is a beautiful terrace with fantastic views. My room was on the top floor which was a challenge for me

Lo que me gustó fue el estilo de la hab. La decoración muy bonita y los blancos en muy buen estado.El desayuno incluido en la tarifa super completo. Lo que no me gustó es que la hab que nos asignaron es muy ruidosa, tanto por el ruido de la calle como el ruido de adentro. Al checkin me dijeron que el desayuno no estaba incluido y me dieron los cupones correspondientes hasta que les compartí los detalles de mi reserva. Antes de salir un dia pedi que me llevaran amenidades, ya que en la limpieza no me las habian dejado y cuando regrese despues de horas no habia nada. Tuve que volver a hablar La tablet no funcionaba, aunque esta ya no la reporté pero son cosas que deben checarse con anticipación. En un momento creimos que el control de la tv no estaba y nos dijeron que no habia otro para proporcionarnos. Finalmente lo encontramos entre la base de la cama y el colchon

Our stay there was an absolute nightmare. The manager was beyond rude and aggressive. We were charged 500 dlls for “damages” (our baby threw up on the sheets) and when we asked to reconsider the charge, the manager called the police and threaten us to take us to jail unless we paid. We paid under duress and left the hotel with one night still pending on our stay. I contacted Expedia directly but the agent didn’t offer any solution and recommended to contact the local authorities. The place is absolutely beautiful but the manager and staff are on a power trip and we didn’t feel safe staying there. I reported this to Expedia, and the local tourism authorities but haven’t gotten any answers back. This was the second time staying there and the first time the same manager was not very nice in her demeanor and customer service, but since the place is beautiful, we decided to give it a chance. I would stay away from that place until they fix how they treat their guests. Again they called the police on us because we told them the cleaning fee was absolutely excessive and were almost thrown in jail. The worst nightmare I’ve ever encounter and I am a seasoned traveler.

No lo recomiendo. No respetaron la habitación que pagamos. Nos estaban dando una más barata y pequeña que no habíamos reservado. Querían que pagáramos una diferencia y no había porque. Nos hicieron esperar una hora y como decidimos irnos y cancelar la reserva, solo así nos dieron una habitación más grande. No era tampoco la que habíamos comprado pero decidimos quedarnos. El señor de la recepción no tiene idea del servicio a cliente. Ni porque que mostramos la reserva entendía. No regresaría.
