The front reception was empty most of the time. I had to wait on the street before check out. The staff behaved nicely though. Room was very poorly equipped and decorated. It didn't look like on the photos. I felt I was overcharged for this stay. On the last day the toilet broke but it was repaired within 7hours when I was visiting the city. The location was good, close to Citta Alta and the gallery. In overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location, great staff! Very close to the old town of Bergamo, staff was very helpful in explaining how to get there, what to do, where to eat. They also arranged taxis for us which was a big relief! Thank you so much for the experience!
