Overall we had a very nice stay. The room was very clean and well maintained. Quiet area close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good. Comfy bed, but terrible, flat pillows. Pool looked nice, but you could smell the chlorine from the outside of the room and it was very overwhelming when we went in the room so we skipped it. We would stay here again. It’s a good location for visiting Nashville and the surrounding areas.

The hotel staff were very friendly! The room was very nice super clean with comfortable beds and a kitchenette! The indoor pool was nice as well and well kept. I enjoyed my stay here a lot and if you wanna go shopping you can walk over to the mall across the street.

Stay 3 nights in this excellent property. Our studio was spacious with full kitchen and very clean. Enough kitchen ware provided to make a simple meal. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold choices. Reception was excellent in providing info and extra room supplies as needed. Laundromat available and not expensive which is a plus when traveling cross country. Many restaurant close by. Supermarket within walking distance. Very convenient location.

Our family only stayed one night but from check-in to check-out, the staff from the front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen were so friendly and accommodating! Pros: -Clean pool -Clean workout room, while small, equipped with (2) treadmills and free weights. -Breakfast (free!) included a large variety of options and was actually quite good! -Beds are soft, kitchen was equipped with fridge, stovetop, sink, and some utensils/plates. -15/20 minute highway drive to Belmont University/Music Row -Hotel is in easy walking distance to a few restaurants -Downtown Franklin/The Factory was only a 10 minute easy drive -Area felt very safe and comfortable day/night Con (1!): Thin walls/floors. The check in person, he was delightful and it was the quickest check-in process ive ever experienced! The hotel is gorgeous and so was our room. The beds were amazing!! They have a nice outdoor space and indoor pool as well. Every staff member was kind and spoke to us. Everything is close by. There is a mall almost directly behind it and all kinds of restaurants within minutes and also a very nice super Walmart. If i am ever in this area again i will definitely be staying here again!! We give it a 10+!!

This hotel was NASTY. There was a big smear of poo on the toilet, the floors were dirty, common areas were disorganized and filthy. There were hairy bloody boogers on the elevator buttons. To say nothing of the amateurish and creepy art. And the thin walls. I didn’t enjoy my stay, but the guy next door was obviously enjoying the Pink Panther movie. Also, not as important, but there was NO BODY WASH or shower soap. Obviously, this is the kind of business that doesn’t clean itself, and doesn’t expect you to either. Front desk guy was informed of the situation and seemed blithely disinterested. Go anywhere else. The Bates Motel would be better.

The shower curtain had black mold all over it, when they made the room up they didn't leave any toilet paper and when I went to the desk they had to go hunt for toilet paper. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the fitted sheet didn't really fit the bed. The breakfast was not very appealing either.

Everything was very nice and cozy. Nice healthy breakfast options. Sheets were a little stained, but nothing too outrageous. Very good amenities in the room, equipped with a kitchen and a few dishes as well. Staff were friendly and kind, other guests were pleasant and chill as well. Good stay 👍

Comfortable stay. All surroundings in the room so clean. Seems still new. And the amazing view of the mountain and the courtyard. The mall just across the street and the hotel itself was surrounded with bars and restaurants. You can walk to steakhouse and cheesecake factory. Overall we had an excellent stay. The bed was super comfortable and coffee was always available. The hotel was conveniently located to everything and the water pressure was fabulous in the shower. The bedding and shower curtain could have used an upgrade, but overall we were very happy and would stay again. The room was also quite spacious!

Was clean, updated facility. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Easy check in Room was good size. Bathroom was small and no door in sink area (only for toilet and tub area. 2 negative was Tub drained poorly. (Only there 1 night so not attempt to get fixed.)

That said, the hotel was quiet, clean, and well-maintained overall. I’d recommend it for a short stay. However, given its extended-stay setup and full kitchen amenities, I believe the hotel would benefit greatly from upgrading the mattresses and replacing worn-out kitchenware to better serve guests staying longer.

The hotel is located in the same lot as a shopping center which was great! The staff was really friendly upon check in. I had booked a king room but when we arrived the only king available was next to the boiler room so we were switched to a double queen room because of the noise. I was fine with the room change but the noise from the guests above and beside us almost made me reconsider the room next to the boiler. The overall stay was nice just thin walls.

Overall, a terrific hotel. However, we called about housekeeping and were told they cleaned the room every other day. When that day came and went we called and they said we needed to ask for housekeeping. So we asked and they were supposed to take car of the room the next day. They didn’t. We finally asked for fresh towels and they brought them to us.

They have a nice outdoor space and indoor pool as well. Every staff member was kind and spoke to us. Everything is close by. Room was way better then expected and Terrence the afternoon/night shift manager was awesome. Around 10pm I was looking for some milk to go with the cookies I had and he helped me out and was super nice about it. The day lady manager and even the guy maintaining breakfast were just so genuinely nice. It's the people that make a hotel great to stay at (or not) and this was such an excellent example of that.

Was a basic hotel, breakfast was good but staff seemed a little frustrated since our trip was delayed the first night we got into town around 11pm but the place was locked up and staff was sitting right behind the glass staring at us, after a little they let us in and was very rushed to check us in, not a big deal and not trying to get anyone in trouble just after driving 8 hours straight it’s not the best walking into that situation. Also housekeeping beats down doors like cops about to raid the place all day long and working nights sleeping during the day was a challenge. Requested top floor for that reason but the rushed check in lady said everything was sold out so that’s hard to believe but I understand. I work out of state 12 months a year and rarely leave reviews it’s just the fact that we used to get a discount for Townplace but now they have stopped doing that as well so paying good money to not be able to rest and welcomed kinda leaves me burnt out on them, not basing this off one experience it’s a collective but there are a ton of great and friendly hotels out there that make you feel welcomed instead of bothered and those will be where I’ll be

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. Very reasonable price for what you get. Good location well laid out. I will definitely stay here again. It even feels somewhat quiet and secluded for being in the middle of the busiest part of Franklin

It was okay. The service was good. It wasn't dirty. The entrance could use better signage. I drove around in a circle trying to find it. The beds were comfy, and the full kitchen is nice. The location was convenient to a lot of restaurants and retail. The only problem I had was that my door would not close when I was leaving. I had to reach around the door from the outside to turn the handle on the inside to get it to close when exiting.

I loved everything about this hotel! We were able to check in 20 min early at night extra cost. Room was so nice and comfy beds! The staff was so nice and the breakfast was delicious! Definitely will stay there again!!!

The room was fine but the breakfast was so bad. We were staying there for a sports tournament and really relied on the breakfast, not leaving time to go elsewhere. I feel like with Hampton Inn, no matter where we go the breakfast is always outstanding. Not so here. The thought of the eggs turns my stomach.

Do NOT advertise full continental breakfast and buffet breakfast when you don’t have them — they lie!!! Worst breakfast at a hotel I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been to all 50 states, meaning I’ve seen a lot of breakfast offerings. Horrible check-in too… weird setup in the lobby. Don’t have any expectations of this hotel, then you won’t be disappointed.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The only thing were we a little disappointed with was the breakfast. Not a huge selection. Didn’t see waffles or pancakes and not many pastries, if any at all. The staff was very friendly, our room was very nice, and we loved that we were right by the Galleria Mall.

This hotel has become one of our favorites! The rooms are always very clean, beds are very comfy, and we love having a little kitchen. The pool is clean and the perfect temperature. Breakfast is AMAZING always a great selection. The only thing I will say needs some change is the front desk staff needs a little training, check in does not feel very welcoming at all. I have worked hotels and we were always taught to be friendly and welcome our guest. I felt rushed and under informed, I had to ask about the simplest things and they seemed very inconvenienced. Other than that everything else was great.
