Hotel San Martín

When I arrived there were no rooms available, the receptionist had a malicious attitude, it is a hotel that shows one thing on networks and when I arrived it is a very different one with dirty and poorly organized areas, when I was going to leave, as if by magic a room appeared, When I went to see it, it was in worse condition than anything I had seen. At the entrance there was a leak of water that filled the entire hallway, having to walk through the water and to get in I had to move two mattresses that were in the middle of the room. the door, when I was able to open the door the interior was in terrible condition in the end we had to leave, very upset I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and the rental platforms should be more aware of this since they are offering us something that not even they know how This is the quality, I made this reservation through TRIVAGO which directed me to EXPEDIA. GREAT PLACE, GREAT CONDITIONS *TRIBAGO AND EXPEDIA I SUGGEST YOU CHECK THE STATUS OF THE HOTELS SINCE I DID NOT EVEN HAVE A ROOM AND THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING ON THEIR PLATFORMS *

La peor experiencia, sucio, camas inservibles , mal olor, su personal de lo peor empezando por la de recepción y terminando con la gente de limpieza que prácticamente solo hacen la cama y no limpian nada, huele a pies, cigarro. Deberían pasar por pruebas sanitarias antes de publicar hoteles de este tipo.

Nos toco una habitación que tenía humedad y el polvo caía en cara, no cambiaban la ropa de la cama, la otra habitación no estaba y nos tuvimos que quedar todos en la misma habitación, a pesar de que se pagó lo de las dos personas extras, no hubo más toallas, instalaciones que requieren de mantenimiento, solo una persona fue muy amable que nos dio la habitación antes y nos ayudó a que las personas se quedarán con nosotros, ya que l segunda reservación no la tenían

Habitación sucia, mobiliario viejo , paredes y puertas en mal estado y mal olor en la habitación.

Personal atento y servicial, el lugar es bueno, con gran ubicación, a metros la playa y alrededor y cercanos buenos restaurantes para comer.
