Stayed 1 night

Cute sort of hipster hotel in a great location in Astoria. I had one of the “cabin” rooms, meaning no private bathroom, but the facilities were just steps away and never occupied. No breakfast provided, but there was coffee in the morning (yay!). All was quiet. I found free parking on the street a block away. I liked Norblad and would stay here again.

The staff was so kind and personable from the moment we walked in. They let us borrow a record player and choose anything off the wall to bring back to our room! Great location and in close walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go! We can't wait to stay here again next time we're in Astoria!

Beware it is not a Hotel. It’s a hostel that shares bathrooms with everyone. My elderly Mom and I made a reservation for two rooms at one reservation, like some other Hotels that have several rooms in one unit. I thought a represented hotel was just that. Shared bathroom in one unit. I was wrong. I didn’t get a refund.
