No tiene estacionamiento y te cobran 250 por día por ir a dejarlo en algún estacionamiento o en la calle. Si quieres dejarlo tu, también tienes que pagar el estacionamiento 250 por día. El menú de desayuno y comida es súper limitado y siempre que pides algo ya no lo tienen, entonces arman paquetes de lo que tienen y te cobran más de lo que decía el menú. La habitación en general está bien

Nice new property, clean and comfortable room. Because of the layout of the property sounds travel, doors closing, people in hallway etc. Nice small bar on the property and courtyard restaurant. Overall good experience for the one night stay we had. Staff was very attentive and accommodating.

Booked two rooms for one night. The hotel is new, was opened 7 months ago. It was clean, elegant, comfortable and convenient. The location is walking distance to the various plazas in the City center. We went to dinner in Plaza de las Armas, enjoyed live entertainment and stayed until past 10pm, then just walked to the hotel. Parking will be off-site, approx. 3 blocks away - the hotel has an agreement with a private parking lot. Overall was very pleased, price point was very affordable for what you get.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. However, there are major issues with services and utilities. First off, the shower did not have hot water available. We had to call maintenance twice for this (evening and next morning). Apparently, their boiler cannot supply all the rooms with hot water and it shuts down. It is very hard to get ahold of the reception. We had to physically go there to request anything (including hot water for the shower). Apparently, there is a valet service available to park your car. This was never communicated to me. At check-in, the reception staff insisted on having my phone number to send me directions to the lot. I had to ask them to show me the directions on their computer. The lot was full when I got there (15 min drive in traffic), and I had to wait for a spot to open. I found out from the other part of our group that their room was offered valet service, which was never mentioned to me. The smart TV in the room could not load any streaming services. Last, there is no place to park for 5-10 min at the hotel to check-in. I had to do this while my car was on the street, blocking traffic.

After a month in San Miguel de Allende I really loved the very zen vibe of this hotel. It was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Amazing architecture, combining the modern with a historical building to create a luxurious, comfortable and beautiful hotel!! Love, love, loved it!! My bed wow!! The linens were soo nice!! Very high end. Plus, the location is fantastic!! Walking distance to lots of historic monuments, restaurants, bars, and the theatre. My room was gorgeous, huge bathroom shower, nice size TV and beautiful lighting. The staff at the front desk was also wonderful and very helpful in setting up tours. They were very responsive and quick. I arrived Sunday morning and Abigail helped me find different theater events, musicals, plays, etc for Sunday night. Alex from the Front Desk was also very helpful and gave me several suggestions for where to eat for both local and authentic Mexican food, as well as fine dining. Gennaro the bell captain was also wonderful. He made me feel like royalty. Each time I stepped out of the building he made sure I was headed in the right direction. This hotel has an amazing staff! I can't wait to go back to Queretaro! I will definitely stay here again!!

this is a newer build addition onto an older mansion with a court yard. it was a very pleasant stay. the room was quiet, spacious, nice bed linens, and good shower. the included breakfast was passable.the location of the hotel is ideal for walking the old town. my only reservation is that the hotel is quiet dark and the 2 rooms i saw had no window to view the outside: one looked into a wall (i asked to move) and the other opened internally onto a hallway so the blinds had to be kept closed. i would also suggest that the hotel make some accomodation so a person can have a tea after the cafe closes at 9 o'clock. it was overall a pleasant stay and an very good value.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only issue with the hotel is noise travels very easily. When people walk down the hall, talk, open/close doors, etc. the noise echos and you can hear everything.

It is downtown and it is very nice location, the only problem I had, was with the internet we were on lower plant and internet was hard to connect, I do recommend staying on the first or second floor.

El hotel es una construcción antigua remodelada. La decoración es de buen gusto, agradable tanto en habitaciones como en áreas de servicio. El personal es poco amable, no están capacitados para atender al huésped, ni en front desk ni valet ni centros de consumo. El desayuno, si no comes huevo, te deja como opción tortillas remojadas, sin ninguna proteína a menos que pagues más. La fruta no es fresca, sino refrigerada de días anteriores. Los tés son de baja calidad y el café de goteo preferimos no probarlo. Lo peor, y que lamentablemente no se puede remediar, es que la construcción es una gran caja acústica. Los ruidos entran a las habitaciones amplificados, por lo que si tienes vecinos que lleguen tarde o sean ruidosos, no podrás descansar.

Everything was great! The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was super nice. However, the staff at the bar was VERY inexperienced which made getting drinks a little difficult. We will for sure stay there again next time in Querétaro

We had to call maintenance twice for this (evening and next morning). Apparently, their boiler cannot supply all the rooms with hot water and it shuts down. It is very hard to get ahold of the reception. We had to physically go there to request anything (including hot water for the shower). Apparently, there is a valet service available to park your car. This was never communicated to me. At check-in, the reception staff insisted on having my phone number to send me directions to the lot. I had to ask them to show me the directions on their computer. The lot was full when I got there (15 min drive in traffic), and I had to wait for a spot to open. I found out from the other part of our group that their room was offered valet service, which was never mentioned to me. The smart TV in the room could not load any streaming services. Last, there is no place to park for 5-10 min at the hotel to check-in. I had to do this while my car was on the street, blocking traffic.

This is a beautiful property that combines traditional Spanish architecture with modern amenities in a very elegant way. The service was top notch and they were very accommodating to our needs. I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to Querétaro.

This review is for the owners of this hotel to read. I do 80-100 nights a year in hotels and this hotel has potential that is being wasted. We arrived 2 hrs early and the General Manager was able to get us into our room. Thank you. The Bell desk was great and had the bags in our room and gave an explanation of the air systems. Thank you. Then I needed some rest. Unfortunately, the housekeeper staff needs to learn how to work in a hotel. They were playing music, singing and shouting a conversation down the hall to each other. This went on for 2 hours. No way to rest. The “I’m resting” sign they provide was on the door! Very unprofessional. Later we stopped by the bar. The bartenders were too busy talking with guests down at the other end. The drinks were terrible. Based on that we skipped the restaurant and went somewhere else. Later that night at 10:30pm when we were asleep the front desk called and told me they didn’t have WiFi when I checked in and they had to run my card again. I told them that would handle it in the morning. If you want to make money at this property you should hire a team that has hotel experience.

Un bonito hotel con cuartos grandes y modernos. El servicio de restaurante y de alimentos a la habitación requiere mejorar, MUCHO. No hay una carta de alimentos en la habitación, tampoco hay un directorio de las extensiones a las cuales se pueda solicitar servicio a la habitación y en el número que aparece en Google maps nadie contesta. Adicionalmente, cierran el servicio a las 9 PM no obstante la hora límite es las 9:30 PM y tampoco te ofrecen opciones con las que trabaje el hotel. En cuanto a los alimentos, sería bueno que utilicen pan de caja que no sea uno de súper mercado.

Very nice modern hotel only steps from a main square and all of the sights. Wonderful patio area to enjoy breakfast on, and a well stocked bar. Hotel has a restaurant, which served good food and was a godsend on nights with torrential downpours. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and hotel had a nice roof deck as well. Good restaurants nearby as well. Very nice staff. We would stay again.

Jose Luis was very helpful and kind as well as the rest of the staff we never got to meet Francis our guest keeping but she did an amazing job. Everything was very delicious to breakfast and lunch and everything at a walkable distance. Great staff and customer service and it smelled nice as well.
