Beautiful quiet spot! A walk or cycle from the Center of Frangkocastello (and where the beach is wonderful and child friendly too). The taverna on the sea front just infront of the property has excellent traditional Greek food and there are many more to try in the center too. Very peaceful location, with a few similar looking apartment hotels scattered along this coastline. The hosts are wonderful. A pool was just finishing being built right behind the current apartments property and looked like more rooms being added. We stayed in a two bed apartment. Slightly small apartment if you’re used to full holiday homes or villas but normal for a apartment hotel with all you need, and we had 3 balconies, one in each direction! Really beautiful views of both mountains and sea!

the room was smallish but spotless, AC Wifi shower pressure were fantastic; balcony very useful! Everything was well thought out; the shower had water backup (needs a lip) but the broom was right there. The hosts were fabulous, their recommendations great! Walking to beach a few meters away. Great place, we wish them well for the new complex they are building next to the property.

Her er en mere flydende og varm version, som stadig lyder personlig og troværdig: Vi har haft en fantastisk uge i vores lejlighed på Fata Morgana. Lejligheden havde gode og rummelige værelser, og der blev gjort rigtig godt rent under hele opholdet. Stedet drives af en lokal familie, som yder en god og personlig service. De er meget imødekommende, hjælpsomme og får hurtigt én til at føle sig velkommen. Stranden ligger tæt på, og området er et rigtig godt udgangspunkt for at tage på spændende dagsture – både mod vest og øst. Da lufthavnen ligger et par timers kørsel væk, vil vi klart anbefale at leje en bil. Det giver samtidig frihed til at handle i det lokale supermarked, som har alt, hvad man har brug for under ferien. Fata Morgana har desuden en fantastisk stor og meget ren swimmingpool, som passer perfekt til både voksne og børn. Området omkring poolen er dejligt med lækre solstole og parasoller, og det er et skønt sted at slappe af og nyde ferien. Vi har haft et virkelig dejligt ophold og giver Fata Morgana vores varmeste anbefalinger. Vi kommer meget gerne igen! Hvis du vil, kan jeg også lave en lidt mere  kort og “Google-anmeldelsesagtig” version, så den virker endnu mere naturlig som en offentlig anmeldelse.

Es war so so so schön! Besser hätten wir es uns nicht vorstellen können. Die Anlage ist wunderschön bepflanzt und ruhig. Unser Kind konnte sich frei bewegen, es gab einen Spielplatz und die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Es war die perfekte Oase zum entspannen. Ruhiger, naturbelassener Strand / top Taverne, Café und Supermarkt direkt in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber ,aber die Küchenausstattung sehr mäßig. Ebenso für uns ,als Nichtautofahrer ein großes Manko, dass jeder sein Auto vor seinem Appartment parken konnte. Der Blick von unserer Terrasse, war der auf einen Parkplatz . Dabei hätte es im vorderen Teil der Anlage genug Platz für parkende Autos gegeben. Sehr schade !
