We booked this hotel only for a night as there was no availability for more nights. What a shame! What a beauty! We wish we could stayed longer but will definitely be back. What a lovely place to stay !

I read excellent reviews online and chose this hotel based on that. I was with my husband and two children ages 18 and 21 and we only booked one night prior to our flight back home. I chose the "traditional" room which said "sleeps 5" and based on the photos and description I was under the impression it was a small apartment or area with 2 rooms and one bathroom but it was not. It was 2 separate rooms on the second floor of the house, each with a key and another key to open the bathroom door which was located downstairs. So we had to share a bathroom key and be properly dressed to walk around the hotel to go to the bathroom. There are 2 other rooms on the same floor that also share another bathroom and guests have to walk around to go to the bathroom. This was extremely inconvenient. I did not know this would be the situation or would not have booked this room. The description does not mention it. Now about the condition of the bathroom... very old and needs remodeling. Water leak from the sink went all over the bathroom floor and I have to use our towels on the floor. No soap in the dispenser - it hasn't been checked in a long time. The shower/tub was clogged and water very slowly went down. Overall very old and rundown. Rooms were dark and had good linen but not a single glass to drink water. Property grounds is beautiful and perhaps other rooms are nice but they need to put more attention to this particular house with 4 different rooms and 2 bathrooms.

The villa enjoys a tranquil countryside setting while still offering convenient access to Bologna’s main attractions. Guests often take advantage of the nearby hiking trails, visit the Marconi Museum, or make the scenic trip to the Basilica of San Luca. That said, some visitors have found the property a bit tricky to locate at first, citing its remote position and the presence of several entrance gates as potential challenges during arrival.
