Stay was great minus not being able to use hot tub. That was a major reason why we booked this place. Hot tub is not on continuously. Front desk said they needed a few hours to run and get hot tub hot water running. We asked them to turn it on and after waiting about a hour they didn’t, so we left.

I went couple times to the front desk to ask for sugar for my coffee and they couldn’t get me any because the kitchen was closed and then the pool was very dirty and just was not a favorite place

The property is nice. Close to small malls and good mariscos restaurants. The problem with the property is the maintenance and cleaning practices. For a relatively new property, the showers’ floors where incredibly dirty. I ended up getting an mold and bacteria killing spray to spray the shower.

Hello. This was a great stay for us, family of five. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities as well. Staff was very courteous and professional. Not sure it anyone from the hotel will see this, but as an improvement suggestion we found the water faucet (outside of the bathroom/shower) too close to the edge of the sink. Hopefully you can move the faucet closer to the sink. Just a minor thing but otherwise an excellent option. Thank you.

Everything was great, I remember the Mexico of old when people greeted each other. The hotel staff lacked that very thing. If I did not say good morning or good evening they did not either. If they worked on that one skill to make guest fill more at home this hotel would be the best. Everything else as I mentioned before was better than anything I had experienced at other hotels.

Housekeeping, shuttle and kitchen crue were polite, friendly and respectful. Their service was great and of great quality. The front desk crue however was not friendly, didn’t wear a name tag and seemed to be bothered when guests asked for anything. The parking lot had some safety hazards as there was the exit gate always closed and cars had to make u-turns or back up to be able to exit.

the night staff was amazing. The staff on check out were not helpful at all. We needed a taxi and they couldn’t help us. Holiday Inn around the world can always get a taxi for their guests. The pool was not in operation. We stay at Holiday Inn because we know we can count on them to be clean and very helpful. This was a definite disappointment.

We always stay at holiday inn in hermosillo. Its nice n area is great. A starbucks n Cafeino right next plus a small complex with delicous restaurants, shops n even an urgent care center. Only negative is the gym. Tiny n almost no weights
