Hotel in a good location walkable to both the Old town and Jewish quarter. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Was able to store our personal belongings on the last day which was a bonus. Would recommend to Family and friends.

Located in the Jewish quarter which is the best part of krakow for restaurants and is a great place to explore. Has air con which is great as you can’t really open the windows at night as the trams can be a bit noisy and so can the groups of stag and hen groups singing down the street.

This was an aparthotel and we were not sure what to expect. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. A window blind kept falling off and could not be closed. There was a kitchenette for basics but no kitchen towel should we wish to wash and dry the dishes. There was no real daily housekeeping. There were no wash cloths or facial tissue. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. The breakfast was complete and there was excellent service there. There was also excellent service at reception.

Our stay in Krakow was made truly unforgettable thanks to this incredible hotel. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home.
