B&B HOTEL Frankfurt-Hbf

Good for a one-night stop off in the city. Don't really like the need to check in before even entering the building, especially as you're required to stand outside with documents such as passports in full view of everyone in an area reputed to not be very good. I didn't like the need for a code to get into the room, why not just use a room key? Room itself was comfortable enough with lots of light and the bathroom itself was functional but good. The bed was comfortable although the room itself didn't have a second pillow - luckily not something I needed on this trip. Would I stay here again? For what I paid, I got everything I needed, and being close to the station was useful but the area wasn't great. I WOULD stay here again, but if I were to be in Frankfurt for several days, I might try and find somewhere more central and with a bit more in the room.

The rooms are great for its price. I hope they would include a free breakfast. The parking area was limited. Staff were nice & friendly.

Leider gibt es keinen parkplatz der zur verfügung steht (woe in der anzeige beschrieben). Dadurch musste ich mein fahrzeug auf der Straße stehen lassen, sodass sich mehrere personen an dem Auto angeleht bzw beschädigt haben.

Das Hotel ist in Bahnhofsnähe und die Trattoria nebenan ist ziemlich gut. Das war es dann leider auch schon. Die Zimmer sind winzig, das Layout lädt geradezu dazu ein, sich nachts am Tisch zu stoßen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und den Check In muss man umständlich über ein Tablett machen (Autokorrektur für den eigenen Nachnamen?!?). Alles in allem entsteht der Eindruck, dass man auf keinen Fall Kontakt zu den Gästen haben möchte.

Overall it was good. Just need to be aware that carpark entrance is extremely narrow.

Clean, friendly staff. Parking space is not good for vans or big vehicles.

Such an easy system for check in and check out that makes it perfect for short stances

This property is by far the cleanest we have stayed in during our travels all over Europe. The beds were comfortable. The air-conditioning worked great! Parking was tricky if you chose not to pay €15 a day for their underground parking. When we arrived, we were lucky enough to get a spot directly in front of the hotel! There are only four spots. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly during breakfast. Breakfast was pretty basic with no hot foods but delicious. (traditional meats, cheeses, breads, and jams). The machines to check in or convenient, but did not work for our check-in (wouldn’t accept our phone number). Thankfully, they are staffed 24 hours a day and our check-in went very quickly. Not having to keep up with a room key was great a simple code to get into your room.. There’s a great German restaurant across the street that we actually went to twice! The area across the street has a lot of drug use and loitering all day and into the night… It would be great if that was cleaned up. We did not feel unsafe, but it is unnerving if you have to walk through that area. Check out was even easier. We just simply left. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area with the opportunity.

Bedsheet had a stain, and it has been there for the whole duration of my stay. I forgot to notify about it. But it shouldn't be there on first place

We found the room to be dirty. There was tissue paper on the floor and the carpet was dirty. The bathroom shower door was broken and there was mold in the shower.

Spacious family room and comfortable beds. Clean and tidy, walls could do with a wipe and carpets to be cleaned. Close proximity to public transport. Overall a good stay for 2 nights.

Hotel was nice and clean. The layout of the room with bunk beds was nice but the room was very cramped for 5 people. All rooms come with a view of homeless people doing drugs across the street. The area is very sketchy especially at night.

Hotel au confort moderne, chambre propre et bien insonorisée vis à vis de la circulation et des bruits extérieurs. Situation proche de la gare centrale idéale pour l'arrivée et le départ.

Standard B&B hotel. Location is great but surrounding is debatable. AC did not deliver expected temperature.

I had a corner room with windows overlooking the street and a cityscape view. The sound was blocked out, so it was a very quiet and cool sleep. The staff were very accommodating.

Rooms too small

I’d recommend this hotel for 1-2 nights. It’s super convenient to the train station, which is why we stayed for 1 night. We were in the family room, which is a king bed and 2 bunk beds that are in a different alcove in the room. Great for some separation after traveling. The walk to the train station is 5 minutes and very easy. It’s a city, so there will be homeless but nothing shocking you are used to cities. It is a fairly noisy location. The street noise is very noticeable. AC works very good. It was very clean! I’d stay here again fir 1 night at the right price.

Staff lets me check-in early upon arrival, which is super helpful and save the day. The property situate near main train station within the city; however, you would have to travel a bit into the central to get decent dining options. Overall, great choice to travel by yourselves.

The hotel is clean and my room was quiet despite being right near a busy intersection. Breakfast was fine, typical German style. Big thanks to the front desk staff for letting me check in way before the 3:00 designated check in time. I'll stay here again when in Frankfurt.

O hotel é básico porém bastante funcional, está localizado há 2 quadras da estação central de Frankfurt, estava limpo, e houve trocas de toalhas todos os dias. De maneira geral bom custo benefício, porém é necessário saber que a região é ponto de usuários de drogas, e pouco segura. Outro ponto onde o hotel perdeu muitos pontos foi que ao alugar a garagem a recepcionista cobrou errado, e mais de uma semana depois nada me foi devolvido, falei na recepção e enviei email, mas nada foi feito. Assim NÃO recomendo esse hotel, que não valorizou a honestidade na relação comigo enquanto hóspede.

Mon expérience à cet hôtel a été globalement positive. Il est bien placé par rapport à la gare centrale, la chambre était spacieuse, calme et propre et le rapport qualité-prix du petit déjeuner et la chambre bon. Le personnel à l'accueil ètait charmant, à l'exception d'un jeune homme un matin. Il n'était pas présent quand je me suis présentée vers 08h30 et j'ai dû le dénicher dans la cuisine. Visiblement il n'a pas apprécié le dérangement et il me l'a fait savoir en me demandant d'un ton que je trouvais très agressif ce que je voulais! J'ose espérer que son attitude et manque de service flagrant au client est minoritaire.

The hotel was fine. Didn’t have any issues with it. But the area around it is a hellhole. Junkies everywhere and smell of piss and weed on every corner. I would recommend booking a hotel at least two kilometres away from the main railway station.

Les réceptionnistes nous ont très gentiment accueilli. L'hôtel est très bien situé à côté de la gare. Notre chambre pour 4 personnes était spacieuse et la vue sur la ville impressionnante.

The location is great. Close to trains and easy accesible. The area is good if you walk on main arteries but try to avoid streets as there is a considerable amount of dubious people.

Ideal um eine Nacht zu verbringen bevor man zum Flughafen muss. Sauber, prima Frühstück und nah am Bahnhof.

Great budget hotel close to the main train station. Quiet and clean with a nice optional breakfast. Even the view from my room was attractive.

Ich war Ur für eine Nacht im Hotel, dafür ist es in Ordnung. Fußläufig ist der Bahnhof gut erreichbar und in der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Nur das Frühstück in Hotel ist leider sein Geld nicht wert.
