A séjourné 2 nuits
Room on arrival was clean but TV was missing remote and also not connected to arial(no lead) or was able to be plugged in without use of an extension lead that meant the wires were dragging. Also no microwave in room as listed. Once spoken to reception, both TV and microwave were sorted. Area around hotel was not the nicest and not many shops/cafes/ pubs or takeaways close by for food (hotel doesn’t do food). No parking provided but there are private driveways in estate opposite that you can book through just park. Bus service to city centre very good and convenient (bus stops close to hotel).

Ideal location for getting to Evertons new ground took 15 mins to walk to the ground. 5 mins walk to train station and co stant buses outside hotel to get Into To Liverpool so was prime location and very well priced. Only complaint is room stunk of cigarettes and couldn't get rid of the smell. TV wasn't linked to Ariel and no TV remote. I ky 1 cup for tea and coffee. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was fresh and well maintained. Very steep stairs though and a lot of them overaok was value for money at £128 for 2 nights on a week d in Liverpool. I ky booked as was ideal location. To get to Everton match they should definitely advertise it as only 15 mins brisk walk to hilldikinson stadium l. Probably not far to anfield stadium either

We arrived quarter past three and were told our room was not ready for another 15-20 minutes. After strolling around for 20 minutes we came back and had to wait another 15 minutes before it was ready. Before going up to the room we were asked to leave a 5 star review… There was a funky smell in the hallways but not in the room fortunately. The window faces the street and when the cars and buses drives by its quite loud. Other than that it was OK but as an overall experience I would not recommend.

The room was very basic but had an en-suite. Being so close to a main road, it was very noisy which made sleeping impossible.
