This was an AMAZING property. The staff was so kind and very accommodating . Also, my Spanish isn’t so great but they spoke English for us very well, which we appreciated. Beds are pretty comfy. We slept well… and I can be a bit picky. The pillows are on the very soft side but I never asked for firmer bc I just doubled mine up. So I wouldn’t know if they offer different. Their AC work amazing. I took my mom for her 65th and this was the perfect property for me to choose. She’s lively but we still enjoy our quiet time. This property was on the playa and walking distance to all the major beach clubs and shopping. But perfect distance to still have quiet n relaxing space for your holiday. They offer $15/day bicycle rentals and ATV (not sure the atv price) right on site. And really anything you request, they do their best to accommodate and help with. The restaurant has the most delicious lemonades. My favorite was an activated charcoal, raspberry, lime and mint sparkling lemonade- DELICIOUS!! Food was yummy too! The spa treatment we had was heavenly and they offer daily yoga, on Saturdays a few group options thru the day. Which is set in an open air studio right on the beach (which is magical as you face the ocean for your class) I travel quite often and am very particular about comfort and customer service and We will absolutely revisit Lula. Probably many times in the years to come now. Definitely a beautiful relaxing experience.

Lovely place with 2 option. 1 ocean view and the other jungle view. I stayed in the jungle view as it has swimming pool and it’s a bit less expensive then the ocean view which is gorgeous. No tv, a bit less privacy but which did not impact us. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Lula Hotel Tulum exceeded my expectations I enjoyed an all inclusive experience with a full program of excellent wellness activities and spa services. The staff are service oriented, communicative and respond to the needs of guests. The atmosphere is relaxing, healthy in all aspects from the welcoming reception with sangria, turn-down service with herbal tea and chocolate, beach amenities (straw hat, beach bag), yoga mat, and a health focused restaurant. The beachfront is a great place to spend the day and it’s a short walk to eateries and shops.

The hotel was amazing, i liked the overall atmosphere. The beach was cleaned and plenty of lounge space for everyone. The concierge very friendly and always available, they helped us set up taxis and other transportation/tour options.

This is very beautiful property. Loved our room. There are plenty of cabanas for the guest. Food was amazing. There is a room for improvement for coffee but everything else was nice.

This property is just what we needed to unwind from a busy week in Cancun. Tulum can be quite busy at times, but once you enter this property everything slows down and you instantly become relaxed. Their portion of the Beach is amazing and easily accessible. Their restaurant is one of the top ones in Tulum. They also have a pool, yoga studio and small shop. When we traveled their price was lower than surrounding properties which made us a little nervous, but please know this property is top notch (and we are very picky). It was worth every penny and more! We would definitely stay again.

It was amazing staying at the Lula. The employees were fantastic. The facilities were well maintained. The beach was gorgeous. Luis, Adolfo, Carlos were great in the restaurant. Geraldine at the front desk. Fantastic employees, all of them. This is the place to stay in Tulum.

Nice, lovely and relaxing quiet place in Tulum beach. They kept our room tidy at all time without asking them. Every evening there’s a tea waiting for after getting back to dinner or cocktails. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at Lula was short but wonderful. The room itself is few steps from the beach which is a big plus. We stayed in the beach side of the property, and the room was bright, clean, and had all the amenities you could need. The location of the hotel is perfect also, far from the noise of all the clubs and dancing restaurants but still in a reasonable walking distance (10/15 min). This place will clearly be my go to in Tulum.

this hotel far exceeded our expectations, it was so beautiful, our room so comfortable. But it was the service and attention to detail that blew us away, the staff were so nice , little touches like tea and chocolates in our room in the evening. Also the food was excellent in the restaurant , which also had the best view of the ocean along the whole beach, we will be back.

This hotel is perfect for relaxation. We stayed in the jungle pool room. It was beautifully designed, very clean, the bed was SO comfortable, and the air conditioning was always on and easy to control. The grounds were just gorgeous and quickly felt like home! Furthermore, the restaurant... I can't say enough... it was my favorite meal and cocktail experience in Tulum (and we ate everywhere, Nomade, BeTulum, Hartwood, etc.)! Everything we tried, from breakfast to the fish tacos to the margaritas, sangria and lemonade... it was all incredible. Everyone who worked there was so nice and attentive, and really went out of their way to make sure we were having a great experience. I've already started recommending it to friends, and would easily stay here again. Thank you!

The property it self is amazingly beautiful, the staff is welcomimg, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the service over all was amazing. We will be booking our next stay with them. Highly recomend staying here if you are looking for a place were you could rest and still be close enough to enjoy the clubs and restaurants.

I would highly recommend staying at Lula. The property is really cute. There’s easy access to the beach, the rooms are in great condition. We stayed in the room with seaside view and those have a cute hammock and bathtub at the back. The staff is also very responsive. Overall we had a great experience here.

This hotel is fantastic. The room is spacious and with everything you may need. I will highlight specially the staff members, they are truly amazing. The only cons is the seasonal seaweed which made the beach not fully enjoyable.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We wanted to stay in the “hotel zone” and could walk to all of Tulum’s best beach clubs and restaurants. Room was stunning and we are pretty picky. Spacious, luxurious, AC worked perfectly (which can be rare in Tulum). There was hardly any seaweed on the beach and the water was crystal clear blue (went beginning of May). Staff was super friendly. Great value

Our stay at Lula was short but wonderful. The room itself is few steps from the beach which is a big plus. We stayed in the beach side of the property, and the room was bright, clean, and had all the amenities you could need. The location of the hotel is perfect also, far from the noise of all the clubs and dancing restaurants but still in a reasonable walking distance (10/15 min). This place will clearly be my go to in Tulum.

Amazing service - every single person that works there is absolutely wonderful. My only complaint is the breakfast pricing....its a little over the top. Pool room was comfortable. It could be noisy if people are partying by the pool so keep that in mind.

The accomodations are lovely. Bight, very spacious, clean. The one we had with balcony had lovely outdoor area with bathtub. Front deck had a great area to sit with view of the beach. The location by the beach is beautiful. Great walking beach with lots of places to stop for refreshments. The dining is a very limited menu at the hotel. The road at night is very dark so if going to other restaurants best to have phone light or flashlight. Even with that you have to be careful as no sidewalk.

Just loved this hotel. We had a wonderful room near the beach. Our room was spacious and had an outside garden area with an outdoor tub. It was fun taking a bath outside. Our room also had a deck area in the front and I loved sitting there in the morning drinking our coffee. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We ate at the restaurant multiple times, my favorite dish was a special they had with grilled fish. Every afternoon the restaurant had a happy hour with Aperol Spritz 2 for 1. The beach is a gorgeous white sand beach that goes for miles it seems in both directions. The hotel is well located for a short walk to the hot restaurants along the main road that parallels the beach. Probably one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever had.

A unique hotel in Tulum, with beautiful rooms, bohemian vibe and amazing staff. The front desk crew was always polite and helpful, Joshua in particular went above and beyond to help us, the housekeeping staff are magicians and Will at the restaurant was a real professional. Hotel is located in a great part of Tulum beach, next to the best restaurants and bars, but still a 10-minute walk away, so quiet enough for a good night's rest. It is also right on the beach, with a dedicated beach zone for guests, fully equipped with beach beds, chairs and food options. My only suggestion would be to extend the free coffee hours past 8am ;) and slightly speed up food orders. I will definitely return to Lula Tulum and hope the hotel will continue to keep its charm, great service and good vibes!

This hotel is perfect for relaxation. We stayed in the jungle pool room. It was beautifully designed, very clean, the bed was SO comfortable, and the air conditioning was always on and easy to control. The grounds were just gorgeous and quickly felt like home! Furthermore, the restaurant... I can't say enough... it was my favorite meal and cocktail experience in Tulum (and we ate everywhere, Nomade, BeTulum, Hartwood, etc.)! Everything we tried, from breakfast to the fish tacos to the margaritas, sangria and lemonade... it was all incredible. Everyone who worked there was so nice and attentive, and really went out of their way to make sure we were having a great experience. I've already started recommending it to friends, and would easily stay here again. Thank you!

The hotel is beautiful. The location is amazing!! Food & drinks were great. The staff definitely needs more training. There is a tremendous lack of communication. They continuously forgot to reserve our beach beds, yet would quickly resolve issues for those from outside of the hotel that are willing to pay for each bed. As guest we are given the right to reserve spots on the beach. At Lula’s kitchen and beach staff, there is a lacking sensation of welcoming energy. We weren’t greeted in the mornings. Everything was great aside from restaurant and beach staff. The hotel receptionists were very kind and well spoken. The ac broke one night and they quickly came over to fix it. Hopefully with some time they will improve!

It was amazing staying at the Lula. The employees were fantastic. The facilities were well maintained. The beach was gorgeous. Luis, Adolfo, Carlos were great in the restaurant. Geraldine at the front desk. Fantastic employees, all of them. This is the place to stay in Tulum.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We wanted to stay in the “hotel zone” and could walk to all of Tulum’s best beach clubs and restaurants. Room was stunning and we are pretty picky. Lula Hotel Tulum exceeded my expectations I enjoyed an all inclusive experience with a full program of excellent wellness activities and spa services. The staff are service oriented, communicative and respond to the needs of guests. The atmosphere is relaxing, healthy in all aspects from the welcoming reception with sangria, turn-down service with herbal tea and chocolate, beach amenities (straw hat, beach bag), yoga mat, and a health focused restaurant. The beachfront is a great place to spend the day and it’s a short walk to eateries and shops.

The property it self is amazingly beautiful, the staff is welcomimg, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the service over all was amazing. We will be booking our next stay with them. Highly recomend staying here if you are looking for a place were you could rest and still be close enough to enjoy the clubs and restaurants.

This was an AMAZING property. The staff was so kind and very accommodating . Also, my Spanish isn’t so great but they spoke English for us very well, which we appreciated. Beds are pretty comfy. We slept well… and I can be a bit picky. The pillows are on the very soft side but I never asked for firmer bc I just doubled mine up. So I wouldn’t know if they offer different. Their AC work amazing. I took my mom for her 65th and this was the perfect property for me to choose. She’s lively but we still enjoy our quiet time. This property was on the playa and walking distance to all the major beach clubs and shopping. But perfect distance to still have quiet n relaxing space for your holiday. They offer $15/day bicycle rentals and ATV (not sure the atv price) right on site. And really anything you request, they do their best to accommodate and help with. The restaurant has the most delicious lemonades. My favorite was an activated charcoal, raspberry, lime and mint sparkling lemonade- DELICIOUS!! Food was yummy too! The spa treatment we had was heavenly and they offer daily yoga, on Saturdays a few group options thru the day. Which is set in an open air studio right on the beach (which is magical as you face the ocean for your class) I travel quite often and am very particular about comfort and customer service and We will absolutely revisit Lula. Probably many times in the years to come now. Definitely a beautiful relaxing experience.

The hotel was peaceful and quiet with a lovely beach just outside the restaurant and bar terrace. The staff were incredibly helpful friendly and attentive and when I lost my phone card and cash did everything they could to rescue my holiday and still make it enjoyable. So much nicer vibe that the alternative big party places on the beach. A lovely breakfast every day and a very good mescalita to end it

this hotel far exceeded our expectations, it was so beautiful, our room so comfortable. But it was the service and attention to detail that blew us away, the staff were so nice , little touches like tea and chocolates in our room in the evening. Also the food was excellent in the restaurant , which also had the best view of the ocean along the whole beach, we will be back.

Overall excellent hotel, amazingly well trained staff, super attentive, clean comfortable room. We stayed across the street in a jungle room that we absolutely loved. Only negative was the Lula restaurant. We did have the grilled seafood on a Sunday that was very good and good value. My Shrimp was cold and had to be sent back. But was quickly remedied. Did not like the fact that coffee is charged per cup, which is silly looking at your breakfast bill and $20 of it is for coffee.

This property is just what we needed to unwind from a busy week in Cancun. Tulum can be quite busy at times, but once you enter this property everything slows down and you instantly become relaxed. Their portion of the Beach is amazing and easily accessible. Their restaurant is one of the top ones in Tulum. They also have a pool, yoga studio and small shop. When we traveled their price was lower than surrounding properties which made us a little nervous, but please know this property is top notch (and we are very picky). It was worth every penny and more! We would definitely stay again.

The accomodations are lovely. Bight, very spacious, clean. The one we had with balcony had lovely outdoor area with bathtub. Front deck had a great area to sit with view of the beach. The location by the beach is beautiful. Great walking beach with lots of places to stop for refreshments. The dining is a very limited menu at the hotel. The road at night is very dark so if going to other restaurants best to have phone light or flashlight. Even with that you have to be careful as no sidewalk.

Love this Hotel. I booked five rooms for 10 girls to celebrate my birthday. The hotel was perfectly located on the beach. Beds were comfortable . It is in a great walkable area. Highly recommend.

We really loved La Zebra. The staff were amazing, restaurants very good too. Our room was comfortable, clean and well stocked with a view of the gulf. The pool was a disappointment being located on an upstairs level with few loungers, and sadly we were inundated with sargassum so swimming off the beach was disgusting.
