Very happy with the siesta key beach villas. Was setup beautifully, beach towels provided, had a hot pad for cooking and utensils, pans, and dishes with silver ware. Was Microwave and Kcups. Everything was provided towels, dish soap, etc. They beach chairs for each of us, a wagon and a cooler. They had bikes as well. They had 3 outside hammocks, corn hole and connect four. A beautiful pool. And just a short walk to a beautiful beach. We would differently stay here again. So if we plan another trip here we will.

The restaurants and beach were very close, and they provided chairs, carts, and everything we could want (minus umbrellas or shade). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry room had only one washer and dryer (if you're expecting in-room or on-demand access), but it was nice to have it available. All in all, it was a great stay.

This location had everything we needed for our stay without a car. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and easy walk to the beach were a big plus for us. The free bikes onsite need a little upkeep but they were adequate for us to use several times, even a trip to Sarasota.

This small boutique lodge was a pleasant surprise. Conveniently located between SK Village and the beach. Staff was great and amenities such as secluded quiet pool, furnished bicycles, personal cooler and beach wagon were perfect. We’ll definitely be back.

This place was nice. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The pool was small, but nice rooms were nice and clean. Not much room in our room, but we managed. They have grills onsite, with nice gazebo for hanging out. They have bikes, wagons, and beach chairs which the wagons helped by loading up coolers n chairs for the beach. My next point you cant beat this property location! Very quick walk to the beach and walking distance to the village for restaurants and bars. The property is small and quite which is what i liked. I would definitely stay here again. However, next time i would maybe get a bigger room, and one that is not by the pool because the rooms opposite of pool have a little more privacy, but this place was great!

The staff were kind and the amenities were amazing! They offer free beach chairs, coolers, wagons, and bicycles. Literally a 1 min walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are also walkable. And their signature room scent is sooo yummy. Only critique is I was there was a better way to store luggage, our 4 person room got a little snug.

Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The owners have thought of everything and spent a lot of time on the details for this property. The location can't be beat: 2 blocks from the best beach in American and 2 blocks from shopping, restaurants, and bars. Need a wagon to haul your beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler? Check one out at the front desk. Want to ride a bike to town? Check one out too. Need beach chairs, cooler, water? The room comes equipped with them. Want to lounge in a hammock, grill your catch of the day, swim in a pool, or play yard games? The property is equipped. We'll be back for sure!

We had a very nice time at the Beach side Villas. We booked a room with a kitchenette, and it was very clean and fresh. The bed and linens were very comfortable, and there's were just enough dishes so we could prepare our own breakfast. I was also able to briefly see the inside of the large multi-bedroom suite some family has booked, which was also very nicely updated and clean. Although we didn't end up using them, they have beach cruiser bikes that would have been convenient. The Tiki area was a nice place to relax and have evening snacks, even that area felt updated and well maintained. Check in and out were quick and easy, the people were pleasant and professional. I would definitely stay again, as well as recommend this location to family and friends

The location was amazing. A couple of minutes of walking to the beach as well as to the Siesta Key Village shopping area. The beach and the water were absolutely gorgeous.The room was clean and tidy. There were a fridge, a “Keurig”coffeemaker, a microwave. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. However, if you want to sleep like home bring your own pillows:)

Remodeled and very clean. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Great amenities and just steps to the beach, shops and restaurants. Only downside was the air conditioning unit was very loud in the bedroom when it was running. But loved the stay and would go back again.

Great boutique style motel within walking distance to the village that has great restaurants, bars and shops. Very quiet and clean. Fun decor. Loved our small courtyard with the pool. Will definitely stay again!

Loved everything about this property. Staff was friendly and the location was fantastic 5 minutes away from the beach and main attraction and restaurant street! Cannot beat that! They also offered bikes for free! The only thing i can say I did not like was the smell of bleach in the room when we first arrived. The room was impeccably cleaned but I am personally sensitive to strong smells and it was overwhelming. Overall a great experience and I would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

I really loved my stay for the purposes of quick stays. It’s walking distances to all restaurants, bars, shops, & a few mins walk to beach. It’s very convenient. My only 2 complaints would be is the “split A/C units make a lot of noise especially when trying to sleep & the ceiling fans are all the same throughout all rooms. I was in a dead sleep & my ceiling fan light went on twice. I had some other minor issues which were fixed right away. Otherwise it was perfect spot.

We loved the resort room was a little small for my family of four though no places for our clothes and luggages. We moved some furniture around to accommodate. Loved the location to beach and shopping and restaurants!!! I would definitely stay again with my best friend, a little tight for a family of four 2 teenagers and my husband and I.

We rented a Suit (#19) for a day, $246 . The room is very small, the bed produced a lot of noise. the AC Unit is just in the close beside the bed close to you (no easy to sleep with the noise of the unit). The toilet paper is like paper sand, take your own toilet paper with you . The exterior lights were on all the night and the lights goes inside the bedroom, not easy to sleep.

Great clean property. My only complaint, the rooms are extremely tiny and the beds have sharp wood frames. Both my husband I kept hitting our knees and legs on sharp corners while trying yo navigate around the bed. Wood corners without padding is murder.

Location is what staying here is all about. The property is steps away from the beach and steps away from the village. We booked two king rooms and one was essentially a closet with a king bed and a toilet. My advice would be to contact the property and ask about your room specifically. The second king room was spacious but had a window a/c unit and we could not close the blinds. I had to use a towel to cover the open window.

I would consider staying at this property again, but I would better prepare myself. It's a great location, a few blocks from the beach, shopping, dining, and nightlife. The staff was always very friendly and pleasant. We never had housekeeping, even though we had called for it one of our days there. They said there would be a wait of over an hour, which was fine, and then called us back when we were at the beach, and we missed it, asking if we still needed housekeeping. We could still get clean towels and toiletries from the front office. The rooms are very small. There are no closets or open storage space. The appliances are super outdated. Because of that, what usually takes 45 minutes to cook pasta dinner took us almost 90. They don't have everything you need in the kitchen (strainer), can opener, or larger pots/pans. They did provide us with beach chairs and coolers inside the room. You can reserve wagons and umbrellas from the main office (those are super outdated, too). We would stay here again, but fewer people stay in the room. We did a two-bedroom 1 ba with 6 people, and it was cramped without a closet and storage space. I would plan more eat-out meals as the kitchen is only good for cold prep or small meals.

Cute little villa in the middle of everything. Easy access to the beach with carts and bikes available. Everios within walking distance which made it easy to get around and not having to worry about driving and parking. The villas are cozy and had everything we needed including a cooler bag, ice and beach chairs and towels. I would recommend this place and will look to return again.

This is our fifth year in a row at Beachside Villas! It is the perfect location! A quarter of a mile from the beach and a quarter of a mile from the Village! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! We love this place!

Siesta Key beachside villas was a beautiful resort for an overnight stay, so clean and decor and furnishings immaculate and lovely. Enjoyed cocktails and beer and dinner at the Big Tiki hut venue they are in affiliation with and chicken nachos was some of the nicest food in our whole 3 weeks in Florida. The beach, 5 mins walk away, is absolutely stunning. Had 2 lovely days there. We had a wonderful night stay as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to be back soon :)
