This property was so nice. Everything is new, clean, and in a great location to the beach and fun spots in Siesta Key. The new beach wagon that includes everything you need for a day on the beach (umbrella, chairs, cooler, noodle, etc.) was such a bonus!! The kitchen had everything you could need. The pool area is well maintained and the grills were in great condition. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stood 2 nights and we loved the property. The property was right up the road from the beach. It was only a couple of miles from Seista village. They provided a wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella, which was very convenient. We enjoyed our last night by the pool. The fire pit was a nice added touch. Janna was very friendly and responsive.

Property was very nice, room was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Nice kitchenette. The pool and pool area very nice. The location is great. Close to the beach and some restaurants and bars. Each room was provided a wagon, cooler, chairs and umbrella to use for the beach which was so nice. I would definitely stay there again!

The stay at Twin Palms was outstanding. The unit was clean and neat with great service as needed. Great location and just as advertised in the pictures. Short walk to the beach and they provided a wagon, 2 chairs and cooler for each room. Ice was just across from our room.

We will definitely be back. It was a great peaceful get-a-way. Easy assigned parking, clean rooms, nice pool. There's also a free shuttle that runs right by the property and it will take you into the village for shopping, dining, etc.

The room was spotless when we first arrived. 6 beach towels were provided and 4 regular bath towels. Full kitchen was nice. The pool was well taken care of. A wagon with chairs, umbrella and cooler was provided for going to the beach that was a 3 minutes walk away. The owner was very nice over the phone, responded to my texts quick and was very pleasant in person.

Twin Palms was cute place. Very quiet and clean. We had several problems in our room. Could definitely use some maintenance. Shower and toilet both leaked. Front blind fell down and broke when we tried to open it and ceiling fan over bed stopped working and light started flashing off and on in the middle of the night. Overall I liked the place but probably wouldn't stay there again

I stayed at Palms of Siesta Keys at unit 5. The bedroom was beside the bedroom of unit 4. The guy in unit 4 snored for 3 days straight keeping us up all night. The design of unit 4 and 5 is not soundproof. I would not recommend renting unit 4 or unit 5. Also the last day there, I saw a cockroach by kitchen table. I tried to get a small refund from Jenna the manager but was ignored.

Very clean property and no clutter in our suite. A beautiful pool right outside our door. A three minute walk to the beach. Great eating establishments to walk to. Wonderful experience and we hope to return!

The property was clean , but the room smelled like mildew really bad , we returned home all of our close stunk and had to wash all clothes 3 times to get rid of the smell . Will not stay again for what it cost to stay there.

Twin Palms was fantastic. Easy parking, clear instructions regarding entry. They supply each room with beach accessories (beach buggy, cooler, umbrella, etc). There was a nice dining table and umbrella for each room. The interior was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The kitchen had a lot of things you would need to prepare and have meals. Within walking distance to a great beach. There was no office, but I was able to text a few times and received helpful responses very quickly. Really loved our stay. Wish it had been longer!

This is our second time here, and I would come back a third!! The place is very relaxing. There were some minor hiccups, but nothing huge to keep us away. The grills (2) don’t work properly, my husband lost some hairs when trying to start it 😬 I can see this is dangerous. The pool is perfect and very conveniently located for a quick swim in the heat. Loved it, the whole family did. The walk to crescent beach cannot be beat, and the drive to Siesta beach is fast. There is so much to eat/shop/do in the area. The bed was great in the main room, but the sofa bed- not so much… Not very Comfortable, unfortunately. Also, it is easy to hear everything outside, so if other vacationers are rude and decide to swim at 3am…… it will wake you. This place IS a gem.

Staff is wonderful especially housekkeeping. Room is a little small, no places to put your towels, wifi and tv not working. For 4 days we made it work and we werent in the room often anyways. We love siesta key!

Small old-Florida style resort. It certainly has some years on it but our unit was recently renovated throughout, with granite countertops. Unit consisted of a smallish hotel room, queen bed, and a fully-equipped galley kitchen. Room opened onto a nice little courtyard with a small pool, tables, chairs, grilles. Bathroom was small but very nice newly tiled shower, new fixtures. Cute and charming rather than lavish. We loved it and would return anytime.

First of all the air conditioning was not working properly, as a consequence I wasn’t able to sleep well. Secondly, I was not able to connect to the wifi and when I try calling to report the issues nobody pick up the phone. I left a message on the first night but nobody returned my call. When I called the second day, again nobody pick up, so I left a message and did not receive a call until 3 hours later, which at this point it didn’t make a difference since I was checking out the next day. All in all their service sucked!

Always a great stay at Twin Palms. It’s close to the beach and has a really nice pool if you don’t want to mess with the sand. Janna is very attentive to all requests. Gisela does a great job keeping all the units clean. Twin Palms is quaint little place. We’ve visited 4 times so far and plan to return next time we are in the area.

When we arrived at the place we cannot find their office. We had to call. We felt lost. They said they emailed me for check in instructions but I didn’t not receive any at all. We stayed for four nights and no one bother to give us more refills of our shampoo and conditioner. No restaurant on site. They didn’t even give us complementary water as in Florida it’s so hot. The check out time is too early. We asked a favor to check out an hour later than they allow because our flight was in the afternoon but they said NO. We will never go back to this place.

Loved our stay at Twin Palm's. Everything was exactly as promised, easy keyless entry, very comfortable bed. Beautiful area, perfect for walking and very close to restaurants and shopping. There is also a free shuttle to the main Siesta Key village and beach. Highly recommend and wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Siesta Key.

Good area however the walkable closest beach is Crescent. We are not a fan as most of it is private. Save time and drive 2 miles to Siesta Key.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. The cart with cooler, beach chairs, towels and umbrella is a great amenity. Pool is clean and tables with umbrellas a must. Many great restaurants within a mile. Agent very attentive. Would recommend.
